sir.... HOW i can identify BIOS is corrected or good or BIOS ic is faulty. i want to know about my Asus H81M-CS motherboard.
BIOS ic - winbond 25Q64FVAIQ

If the program writes properly without error, bios ic is good. else, faulty.

no sir... i have not write/flash BIOS ic, i have checked every important voltage on my Asus H81M-CS motherboard, it's giving proper voltage on every important location on motherboard. but it's not giving any POST and no post beep, if i turn on it without ram so after that it's give 3 beep sound.
so how can I identify BIOS ic and BIOS is good or faulty/corrected.
please help.

In these conditions, we can't judge it bios ic related issues. It provide commands to the pch. So, post and all depends on pch. Here u r asking about bios ic. So, bios ic and program both will be ok in this situation.

one more question. it could be issue of ram (maybe) so how can I check/indentify my DDR3 Ram is faulty or not ?

1st ram slot required voltage and signals should be proper.
2nd ram speed should be match to the motherboard requirements.
If all are OK then also no results, then we can suspect on RAM
