This is some of the best tool grinding content I have found on RUclips. I have a fully tooled Cincinnati No2 T&C grinder that I am learning how to use. Watching you setup your machine is extremely helpful and informative. Thanks very much.
@robertoswalt319 It is evident that my feline companion performs visual examinations of me approximately ten to thirty times daily without employing ionizing radiation. ♥️😎♥️
Thank You,Sir, well explained! I own a U3 TC grinder, a Deckel S0 clone. "Should be" possible to do the same, but a "real" TC grinder like yours would do it much more exact and repeatable...
this is a wonderful video, I had no idea just how much work goes into resharpening a dovetail cutter..... you attention to detail in explaining was very helpful to this neophyte machinist.......thank you so much, Paul down in Orlando, Florida
Very informative. Glad to find your channel. Looking forward to the next, and I will check out your previous videos as well. I see we have chickens and KO Lee tool and cutter grinders in common so far.
Great video. I'd like to make a center of rotation gage for myself. Any chance you could send me some simple dimensions of yours? Thank you! PS: The vacuum head dims you sent me worked out great!
Glad you enjoyed the video. More to come... Sure I'd be happy to send you some dimensions. It will take me a few days but I will get something to you as soon as I'm able. Cheers!

Thanks for your comment! Thanks for watching!
I observed that your supervisor, who happens to be a cat, came out to inspect your work. ❤
Precision grinding requires a cat scan to validate the precision of the work.

Excellent video. Is that KO Lee A Dakota model?
It's a B2060 model. I remember having to wait a bit longer for it because it has a longer than normal table.
Great video. What model of tool grinder are you using there?
Thanks! It's a K,O Lee 2060 from 1994
thank you
You're welcome

Nice video but you really need a soft faced hammer for those fine adjustments.
Thanks for the tip
