for anyone who sees this im using toon boomn harmony 20 and the same effect can be acomplished with just the colour-override node. just set the colors that u want alpha to 0
holy crap I've never thought of doing something like this before. I thought this was gonna be about the line splitter tool and how it can be a bit jank / some tricks for it, but instead I had my third eye opened.
this is a very good trick! but I have only one problem, when I place the isolated line in front of my character the outline looks a few pixels thicker in render, any idea how to adjust that? I have tried with matte-resize or cutter but I don't like how it looks like
I have followed this and I can only get it to output a black image with white outlines. The preview on the display node shows the full image but the camera view only shows a black image with white outlines. Not sure where I'm going wrong...
This is gold man! I keep coming to it!
Tip - You have to keep your composite as - bitmap - otherwise it will not work, if on - pass through.
Your amazing! I've been trying to figure out a methods for a little while and this made my brain less mush

What do you see in render mode?
@@OnionSkin Ahh. In the render view It looks right. (Im a bit of a noob tbh so that might have been an obvious solution)
I have no idea what you just said
this guy sound like draw with jazz🤔
why not just use the line art node?
Try it, it won’t work. Not with lots of layers overlapping like this
Thank you so much. Um. Silly question but can you show us how to import rigs and such. Like how to utilize 360 rigs
Please go slower and step by step I did not notice anything :(
