Great video! I tried the Pixel 9 Pro Fold and ended up selling it on Swappa this week. Here's why I went back to the Z Fold 6: Performance: The Z Fold 6 is noticeably faster and smoother. Software: Samsung's software is more polished and intuitive. One-handed use: The Z Fold 6 is easier to manage with one hand. Gaming: The Pixel 9 Pro Fold struggled to run games smoothly for me. Customization: I missed being able to customize the cover and inner screens separately, which you can do on the Z Fold 6. Cover screen: The Z Fold 6's cover screen is more practical. The Pixel 9 Pro Fold's giant bezels eat into the usable screen space. If I hadn't used a foldable before, I might have been okay with the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. But after experiencing the Z Fold 6, there was no comparison.
All valid reasons. I'm not a game player so that's not something I measure. Interesting your appeal for the front screen. I still struggle with it being too narrow for me. I do miss all the extra features on the Samsung but not enough to overcome the narrow front screen. If I had to choose between the Pixel 9 pro fold or the Samsung Z fold 6. I’d go with a Pixel even though Samsung has a better software OS. Only because of the wider outer screen and the color accuracy on pixel is more on par with what you actually see in real life. Samsung is to overexposed with pictures. Also can you show what content looks like with captions on? Are they on the screen like most devices or do they utilize the extra space and put captions below content?
That's definitely a personal preference that I actually agree with. To answer your question, both devices in landscape mode, the CC will bleed into the actual video. One more than the other. I don't get it when there is plenty of black bar space to hold the text. They both need to fix that. You can adjust the size of the text so it's less invasive. Thanks for watching and commenting .
