I had a Jaguar xf in an almost identical colour to this and people used to comment on how nice it was the metallic really make this colour…nice job dude 👍
If you're using solvent don't lay the 1st coat of base too heavy. You will always get some reaction. Whether it be fish eys (silicone) or fry ups (crinkling) . Look good for a homer.

How much should painting a car should be? Was quoted 5k for prep and paint incl. paint. What if I prep myself? Also would the primer not crack overtime on the KBD front bumper? Do u have to use a flexible primer? Where would I buy paint like Midnight Purple (a darknight purple, not the R34 one)?

Dark metallic green is such a dynamic color from green to black to blue/green. I’m just honestly in love with this color

So was that just a 2000grit wetsand or did you go higher ???
I stepped up my grit sand paper.
Actually started with 1000 then 1500, 2000, 3000, and last 5000
