    Apologies, I mispronounced Rod Steiger's name (it's "Sti-ger" not Stee-ger")

    • @psychcorp4449

Not to worry, Arthur. I noticed this even at my first viewing of this video. The same can be said regarding the pronunciation of Cecil B. DeMille (Hollywood Forever Cemetery). I have always heard the first name pronounced "Cecil" (with a soft "e") as opposed to "Cee-cil" (with a pure "e"). Rest assured, your tremendous contributions far outweigh any putative mispronunciation of any names.

This is where my distant cousins, Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds, are buried too.
I had no idea that we were related until after their deaths I saw our shared family name of Herrman/Harman on 'Celebrity Ethnicity' for Carrie through Debbie's side.
The Herrman/Harman family were Moravian Brethren initially fleeing persecution in Moravia/Bohemia to Germany.
Our common ancestor, Heinrich Adam Herrman, came to Philadelphia from Germany via England in 1726. They later settled on the New River in Virginia.
I live in Fullerton, CA, so I will visit their graves soon.
    RIP cousins.

Your videos are superlative for many reasons. What impresses me the most is your excellent narration. It is a pleasure to view your videos because of your excellent tone of voice and vocabulary, excellent enunciation, informative content, and friendly demeanor. I look forward to viewing your next video of Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills covering the grave of Brittany Murphy. Might I recommend also producing videos of the Hollywood Forever Cemetery and the cemeteries in Culver City that also have the graves of many celebrities? Thanks again for your excellent work.

Actually, Andy had 3 consecutive number one hits: "I Just Want To Be Your Everything," "Love Is (Thicker than water)", and "Shadow Dancing" (#1 for SEVEN weeks in 1978). A feat which has not been accomplished by any other artist to this day!

About once a year I indulge my morbid side and watch videos dealing with death. Having seen a few of these by now, I can say without reservation that yours are EASILY the best I've ever seen. I can usually call it a day after watching only one or two of these videos due to the amateurish nature of them but yours are so well made I watched them all and now I'm still wanting more. Thanks for sharing these videos and also for taking the time to pause on the graves of not so well known stars and production people. I'm sure these lost celebrities would appreciate your warmth and attention to detail and above all, the respect you show for them as people.

There couldn't have been a better actor to portray John Coffey. His size made him seem menacing, but his sweet and tender spirit was so endearing. She was not 'nuts', but she was afraid of not being able to do any more voice acting work as she aged. (She had nothing to worry about - look at June Foray, who was a voice actress for Warner Bros. well into her 90s. Frank Welker is 78 and still going strong as both Fred and Scooby-Doo today.)

I respectfully disagree with the comment left by Chrissy Stepford who said "Music detracts....Doesn't enhance." In actual fact, the background music and music you select for specific narrations completely enhances the videos. For example, the background music that you selected when presenting the information about Yakima Canutt was perfect. I would also add that most people are not aware of your perfect timing of having the music end right when you conclude the narration of the person whom you are presenting. Again, I would use your presentation of Yakima Canutt as an example. It is these subtle observations that distinguish the viewer who appreciates the full scope of your talent from those who don't.

I honestly love how respectful this videos are done and the fact that you talk about their work & don't go in to how they died.

Long time viewer, first time "commenter"? I watch, and rewatch these...I patiently wait four weeks (sometimes five!) for my favorite you-tuber to post this macabre, addicting video. Needless to say, I am a huge fan. BUT...nothing gives me greater pride, then hearing my three year old daughter exclaim, "I love that halloween show!" every time she hears the intro music. Thank you, Arthur!
PS we are pushing five weeks and I'm having withdraws :)

I enjoy rewatching your videos as well as any new ones. My daughter and I visited several Hollywood cemeteries when we visited the USA from Australia in 2019. This was the first one we went to. I must admit we hoped we might spot you filming a video but alas no. Thank you for these wonderful videos.

I had always hoped to travel when i retired. I'm a cemetery tragic. Sadly, that was not to be. Thanks to Hollywood Graveyard i can see the graves i wanted to see if i could walk. You also view these people with respect and not in a morbid way. That is what happened when we die. we can be forgotten. Your research is marvellous. Well well done guys.

Thank you so much for these videos. You do a splendid job with the tours.
I grew up watching many of the older Hollywood stars on TV as a kid, and was a contemporary to the younger performers who passed much too early.
I can still remember having a heavy heart when I learned they died. Such talents silenced.
