Pretend that you want to move and start a life together in the Dominican Republic instead of the US. If he ghosts you, than you know your answer
Great idea
Gotta add that you expect him to work and provide
@@ckreonAs a man should.
I agree, shes gotta flip the script on him to find out. Guaranteed he's bragging to his buddies that he's so great some American idiot is going to bring him over.
Say you want four babies in the next six years also.
"Pictures of him going to work" ..and he got fired for no reason... Run🏃🏾
Ruuunnnn
I don’t really speak Spanish and he’s still learning English 😅. Maybe you should slow down and learn each other’s languages before they get engaged.
Run VERY FAST. EXTREMELY FAST!
@@PlayingwithproxiesEven worse! "I'm learning Spanish and he speaks NO English at all" ❗️❗️❗️And she goes there to see him. NO EFFORT shown on his part!

Regarding the first caller, I’m from the Dominican Republic and I can tell you that her “boyfriend” is desperate to leave the country and he sees her as his salvation 🤣🤣
This young lady is way too loving and trusting. The guy? Forget about him.
If you know any hot Dominican women that want to leave let me know 😉😂
@@jeanmccallum5034 Some people are just desperate to be loved.
The first case is like "I can barely understand what he is saying, but I know I want to marry him"
She's definitely a bigger girl.
"The first case is like "I can barely understand what he is saying, but I know I want to marry "...details details
I know a couple that was in a similar situation. From what I heard their relationship was fiine albeit challenging at times. Unfortunately she died in a car accident a few years later. The difference is they met here in the US and attended the same church. Personally I was not happy about the way they proceeded with their marriage but they were mature adults in their 40s and there were mutual friends and acquaintances who could vouch for his character.
This caller is in a long distance relationship with someone she can barely communicate. The foundation of their relationship is shaky. He is also presently unemployed. Too many red flags. Maybe I have seen too many episodes of Dateline, but I fear that this may not end well for her.
Bizarre as it sounds, people have married barely able to communicate and the marriages turned out to be long lasting and happy.
😂😂
As an American born Dominican, I can tell you run fast and don’t fall for it.
Yep that’s insane 😅
Run like Hell !
I’m half n I was born here I have a lot of family members in that island 🏝️ girl run like hell 😂

1st caller......he's just looking for U.S. citizenship. He will drain you of what little money you have and dump you in a heartbeat. WAKE UP !!!!!!
Precisely, he's a scammer and he found a willing victim.
Don't tell that strong independent woman what to do.
As a Latino I thought the same thing
I’m Dominican and you’re totally right
100%
First call is literally how my dad became a American citizen back in the 90s. Once he got what he wanted he left the women and got back with my mom. Terrible thing to do and never underestimate the desperation of those in poverty in a third world country.
I am 2 minutes in and all I am thinking is: RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!
Yes. But also, this is also on her. Who the fugg decides to get married with someone in a long distance relationship that you have only met 4 times?
I smell pregnancy... But still
90 Day fiance vibes 😂
I appreciate Dave's concern and wisdom. Thank you for putting on your "Papa Dave" hat and giving this young girl some wise advice.
Hope She Listened!
lol this guy called in just to argue with Dave? 😂😂
Some people just have that urge.
The second one right? 😂
Yep, the whole life guy did.
Nothing wrong with a good debate . It's stimulates critical thinking skills and expands your mind to what others think about the subject
The whole life salesman thinking he was gonna change dave's mind 😂
Funny wasn’t it! 😂 That guy was just selling his product and trying to defend the immoral whole life policies he just sold to his family members.
We had one in the family and refused to buy his junk. Told him to his face it was junk (he wouldn’t sell term to family said he didn’t like anyone that little lol). After that he avoided me and any family functions at our place, which was fine with me.
Term is a waste of money. Whole life is not.
@@katemiller7874how so?
Total opposite. Dave on the other hand let his emotions get the best of him. The whole phone call, his blood pressure went up and down. 😂 VS agent dude remained calm. I know alot of people who are like Dave. Their emotions get the best of them.
The Insurance guy literally called just to argue with Dave 🤣
AFTER he spent time typing out his arguments on Dave's website. Give it up, Dude. You might as well be calling Donald Trump and trying to convince him that he is arrogant.
@@stephaniesonnier9130 I bet he could convince Donald Trump that Dave is arrogant 😛
That first caller needs to RUN! I married a German who I sponsored. The bleep hit the fan and I was left holding the bag! Girl, for the love of your life, RUN! Listen to Daddy Dave!
Why would a German need a green card ?
@@billymabum3514 Fact: B/c it’s my decision how much/little to share Billy.
@@sunsetkizz1 unlucky 😂
I don't see a German woman wanting to marry an American just to move to the US. Whatever the problem was between you and your ex, that wasn't it.
To explain the first call. Dominican guy quit his job when he got his sugar momma from America sending him money, and is only buying time to come to the US to start sending money back home. Then after 2 years, he'll get his 10-yr green card and say good bye to sugar momma.
Just google Sanky Panky for more info on this very common DR scam 😂😂
And she's too blind to see it
I hope she wakes up
As a Dominican woman I have to agree with Dave. But that is true with people all over the world that wants to come here to better their lives.
@@Otiliastodolist and I'm all for that. However, there are so many criminals and deadly drugs that cross our borders every day that aren't vetted. This is very dangerous
Dave didn’t ask how much $$$ she’s sent him already…
For the caller with the $430k in student loans: you most definitely can become a nurse with very little to no need for student loans. There are programs you may qualify to help you cover the cost of tuition and many courses from your biology degree will absolutely count toward your nursing degree. Then, I recommend you move to a relatively low cost of living area in Northern California, work for Kaiser, earn over $200k per year, and pay off your student loans in 2-3 years.
I watch your channel, great advice! I hope he sees your comment!
2 Year Associates Degree at a local community college can absolutely get you in the door as an RN as it's all you need for the RN cert.
After that, you can work your way up to higher roles and supervisory roles that put you in 6 figures.
All for the cost of under $12-15K and that's paying out of pocket either by loan or cash, with no grants, subsidies or scholarships.
In some states, Associates degrees at a local state school is nearly free outside the few costs of fees and books.
He could also use his bachelors to go through a 12 month program and become a perfusionist. Average pay is 130k but the managers exceed 200k. The lower 10% still make over 90k. I inquired at the program in Houston and they said the bachelors can be in anything but medical related is a plus.
South Dakota is paying for nursing degrees as long as you work for their hospital. A friend's daughter is moving in May.
Cpu l imessage you or talk bc I need some guidance from the medical field. I want to be become a license practitioner but focus on herbal medicine.
I think I would move to “the middle of nowhere” for 3 years if it made me 2.5 million dollars.
Absolutely no brainer!
I'd live in TENT if I were going to earn a few million! I lived in a tent for two years while deployed for a hell of a lot less! AND had people shooting at us!
The doctor call was a no brainer. Move to the middle of nowhere where there is nothing to spend your money on and NOBODY AROUND TO TRY AND IMPRESS. Rake the cash in for 20 years, early retirement and walk away with 17Mil MIN.... 😂
I am screaming that over here lol Are you kidding?
Yeah but you might be selling your soul. There is a reason for the high pay….those are jobs from *****!
After that insurance broker call, Dave probably yelled at his assitant, "Don't let anyone like that through again!"
Nah, good drama makes for future viewers. That video is on so many Ramsey fan channels.
Facts!! Homie got Dave all mad 😂😂😂 Dave kept interrupting him so we all know who won that battle. Not tio Dave 💀

“Life is hard. It’s harder when you’re stupid” - John Wayne
Amen Brother...
Stupidity is also always expensive and/or painful.
Well, that was helpful.
@slickster3211
dont forget that sometimes the stupid tax is paid by OTHERS.
try getting into a wreck with an uninsured motorist or being related to a person who costs you money for their bad decisions.
namely, knocking up a woman who refuses to get employed yet hits you up for child support. theres so so many ways OTHER folks stupidity becomes your problem.
becareful who you become attached to. (by money, marriage, sharing a child, friends and so on) their problems can become yours.
the stupid tax just by association.
Here's another way to put it: The reason why rich people are rich and poor people are poor is that rich people are smart and poor people are stupid. One way to get smart is to learn a skill that pays a living wage.
First caller is red flag, flag on the field, full stop, NO.
Truth- a whole parade of red flags. 👀
Women like them Dominican men
Red flag, green card.
@@MrClassicmetal This is hilarious
LOL Full stop. Do you feel smarter saying that?
"I did take my muddy boots and walk all through your house there" adding that to the vocabulary, brilliant ✨
I know... I absolutely loved that one!!!
First girl sounds like one of those poor country guys picking up girls vacationing there, talk them into marriage to get his visa to US and then she's paying for everything or abandoned. RUN GIRL! I'm glad she called Dave and is paying attention to all his questions and advice. She's young and naive and the perfect target for an opportunist. Talk to my sister who did her thesis on tourism in Jamaica and the prevalence of scam lovers!
OR all that plus trafficked. 😢
I would SO love to read her thesis - great topic
@@TexBirdie She would be so flattered. That was 20 yrs ago - It was in university print then but not sure how that works. I'll ask :)
I would love to reqd your sister thesis as well as a Caribbean American i have heard many stories recolving it ...its quite wild but it crazy what people will fall for yet it is quite interesting
First caller - Don't. My friend did this and her " husband" used her, abused her and left her with nothing. So please listen to Dave, he knows what he is talking about.
For the dude for the 430k student loan, Military offers Repayment programs and they need health professionals. Benefits that no other company will give.
I agree. Also research and development in the medical industry pays well I wonder if he's looked at that
At this point he is not a healthcare provider of any kind.
We need an update on the Dominican Republic marriage
James broke my heart....what a difficult position to be in. I often thought about whether or not I would pass boards when I was in the healthcare field....and knew folks who didn't. So tough. And as far as the NYC woman---take the tundra job!!! I moved to a rural underserved population to pay off my loans and then fell in love with it---stayed for a decade. Now I'm retired at 56 :)
You gave that young lady EXCELLENT advice. I’ve been there. Luckily it just cost me hurt feelings and not financial ruin. I would have appreciated that information from a “Father-figure” when I was a young woman. 😊
To the tundra woman: Go for it, the tundra may have a lot to offer. It’ll be an experience you’ll never regret. Just don’t eat the yellow snow.
she had her mind made up before she ever called honestly, you could tell by her voice. She sounds beyond privileged.
My friend, I would live in a shed with no electricity if it meant I made 500k a year.
I agree and the time goes by faster than she’ll realize & they can move back to nyc or wherever
But it's lemon flavored? 🤔
Where is this tundra in the US, doesn’t she just mean Alaska?
Ha ha ha - what could possibly go wrong ??? 23 and 22, no English, no green card, debt, no job 😢😢😢
A mountain of red flags.
on that first call: if you marry a foreign citizen and bring them here and sponsor their citizenship, you are financially responsible for them for a set amount of time, even if you get divorced.......

He's not interested. Matter of fact there are TONS of options if only he tried a bit.
the 1st caller need to RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She doesnt know anything bc she's accepting his excuses.
first caller i know Dave is right. 22 years old, language barrier, ,no job and wants to get married? and only met 4 times/9 months is not enough to marry someone. I say just date or call it quits.
Recipe for disaster
I was dating a guy in Florida, we actually even lived together for 4 months. Chilean. After 3 months in I figured out he was illegal and even was deported before 😂 you can not trust anyone 😅 after we broke up I was getting calls from collectors about him owning a lot of money, luckily I was smart enough NOT to share any financial responsibilities with him 😂
The guy is obviously a scammer looking for a greencard.
I wish my daughter would…uhm no!
The fact that either he felt the need to send pictures of him going to work, or she felt the need to ask him to send her pictures of him going to work, is a huge red flag. It’s the same as these scammers who send women pictures of their bank accounts to prove they’ve got that $5 million in the bank but they just can’t access it. Run honey run.
$800k living in a cheap rural area? You can basically retire in 10 years if you play your cards right.
Call 3. Nursing is the way to go. Go to a community College. 2 year bachelor's. Become a nurse and work you way up to nurse practitioner. Gonna take some time. But he will make decent money to pay off the debts and live. And nursing is a very honorable career path
Nursing isn't a career for those who can't hack it in medical school. He said his bachelor's in biology also ended badly. While an associates in nursing would be affordable, entry is competitive.
I think he needs to address his academic failures and difficulties retaining information for tests, etc
I wonder how often students flunk out with that giant debt? So terrifying!
@@colleengarcia7752hopefully they figure it out long before he did. Was he cheating on previous tests? You have to know you’re not retaining most of it.
Exactly, perfect idea
Shocking that none of those credits will transfer. I'd suggest teaching biology or other science. Small portion of loans can be paid/erased after teaching a specific number of years.
Dave you are spot-on I believe that girl needs to run
Scared for the first caller - you can’t even speak each other’s languages ….thats a must first.
He playing her lmaooo
“If it’s arranged properly”
Arranged properly should be a given lol
No, actually a way that insurance guy makes a living is if it somehow oops! Isn't arranged quite properly!
Ok let's call a spades of spades, first caller is being scammed. Period.
This girl also should know that she will be expected to financially take care of his parents because their culture expects it.
girl run
As fast you can boiii
Girl is love blind, she will sell her mother's microwave and give the bf the money, facts
The Poppa Dave is awesome! Thanks for switching hats and giving this young girl advice. ❤
The doctor's wife and Doctor should consider the tundra. They might be surprised by the peacefulness and the pure beauty of the place. Also, people around there will be super happy to have y'all there and welcome you with open arms. They need you there. You might find a super tight community there. These are all in the past, but food for thought if someone else is considering this. Obviously, I grew up the opposite way on the sticks raising and growing all of our own food. We were green before green was a term, as in we composted, and grew organic food, and all that stuff. I go back and forth between wanting to live very rural and living in the city. If I was married I would probably want to go rural, but the city is easier for me to meet people.
I love that every life insurance salesman that tries to defend whole life always says "if the policy is written correctly" when confronted with an issue. Yeah that's the problem, no one writes them like your ideal case - including you!
Getting your cash value out of the policy should be the default condition of the policy. The fact that you have to write the policy to reflect that is a major clue that something is hinky.
@@ASimoneau What 99% of them are talking about with "writing it correctly" is setting it up so that in the latter part of your life, the cash value is used to purchase paid up additions which increase the death benefit, and to pay the premium. But of course, that's not really getting the cash value out - that's using the cash value to buy even more expensive insurance with a slightly higher face value (because you are older in that period).
@@funtechuI have no doubt that's true, but this specific broker flatly denied that he was referring to paid up additions when he talked about "writing it correctly."
I was once in an insurance company class to obtain an insurance agent license the instructor said something about life policy I asked him if I can give this information to the client he says NO if you do the client will not buy it so I asked so I need to lie to the client he said no you don’t lie you just don’t tell them everything.
My response was saying Good Bye as I got up and left.
Exactly , why wouldn’t it be written correctly
The medical student who couldn’t pass boards should go to CRNA school. Find a hospital that will hire Associate Degree nurses, apply for hospital to pay for him to get RN Bachelor’s and then off to CRNA school. I bet a lot of his prior classes will be accepted.
And hospital systems will pay off his student loans-or a good chunk. Also, Rural Health Districts a huge need and have awesome opportunities: total tuition reimbursement (Nurse Practitioner or PA - 3 years for him)in exchange for a multi-year contract with the District.
This is a hard path for a smart person, he does not qualify for this path.
The med student’s situation is a scandal-he got swindled by the whole medical scam.
@@saralynndunkerson2509 He would certainly make a longer journey to where he's supposed to be (let's assume the best: that he falls into place somehow, through new chances along the way), but what is the alternative?
the insurance guy was so mad. lmfao. he was seething!
The second guy with $400000 medical school debt and no medical degree….I’m so sorry…. That’s horrible…
You could tell on his voice 😢
These are the people Joe Biden is wanting to spend $400,000 of YOUR money to buy that ONE VOTE.
I feel so bad for him, sounds like he gave it his all... Hopefully he makes it through
He almost has to keep that high school biology job for 10 years and get PSLF. There’s almost no other way to dig out of that type of debt
@@danielpinzow3900 what happens if you go bankrupt? Does it write off all debts?
First Lady is oblivious smh
Sounds like she’s desperate
I've been to the Dominican Republic, and those people are as beautiful as ever.
yet thats only on the eyes. not sure of their personality, character, finances, morals, religion, work ethic, and so on.
even in america, i know lots of attractive actors but once you get to know them personally, they can be proper jerks. (or generous folks)
all i know is Looks are deceiving. some of the most cruel folks are the prettiest ones.
but I will never stop saying it, Dominicans are hawt. idk if they just only hired the sexy ones to work the hotels, restaurants, resorts, and airports but they were all beautiful people. like an uncanny level. there were ZERO ugly ones.
Omg it wouldn’t be a question for me if I was offered a job at 850k I’d live wherever. 🥴🥴
I'd live in Palestine for that much
Retire in 5 years 😂. I hear you
For just 3 years - DO IT
It’s still a lot of money, but remember that’s 500k after tax in some states. So it’s really 500k vs 223k.
And those jobs are no picnic….
First caller even knows how crazy it sounds when she says it outloud. 🙃
Dave is spot on.
What about the military? They have programs for doctors.
Probably too old.
They recently raised the enlistment age because there is not enough people signing up
For a doctor they may have exceptions. I know when I was thinking of going back in they needed meteorologists bad enough that they were willing to take my time in service off of my age. @@brucefredrickson9677
Im surprised Dave didnt ask the first caller if shes sent him any money. If she did, RUN!
Surgeon’s wife just does not want to wait one extra minute to buy all the things, does she?
Insane. Moaning on about how bad it would be to go live in a small town for $850k
Who wouldn’t go for three years for an extra $1.5 million?
She doesn’t like his advice, you can hear in her voice that she’s already made her mind up.
She sounds like she is high maintenance and only into the NY lifestyle. A spoiled princess.
He's going to be miserable long term
She called Dave. She can’t be the way you think.
Tell him you will live in dominican republic...see how keen he is
I bet he’d ghost her. 😂
😂😂😂
For second caller, have you considered being a pharmaceutical rep? If you have great personality skills and aced the chemistry part of your education, it might be a fit.
Oh my gosh the lady asking if 500k and a 3 year commitment a year is worth the move to get out of debt quicker 😂 moooove !! As someone who has lived that far north, it’s amazing and you’ll be fine 😂
My suitcases would be ready in a day !
The dental school thing.
If you want a diploma from a high-end school, take every possible unit you can at community college and no name schools and transfer everything to the good school and take the very few units left to get the degree
well that is great advice. maybe you can even start from home then. just work the system wisely 🙂
@eltern_herz I have 2 masters degrees from USC and MIT I have zero student loans total spent 13,984 on school and books.
Great tactic!
First caller: Run and don't look back.
Such a sad call. This lady needs to put everything on hold. Let’s see how long he can wait. I think Dave’s advice is perfect! Thank you for caring about her.
First caller, “ DON’T DO IT “ you will end up supporting him and his family he might have a wife and children I seen this before they will swoon you until you fall then they take control my advice “ STOP “
I don’t think she’s ever seen 90 day fiancé.
i love seeing an advisor call out a bs salesman.
As an American-Dominican, my advice to her is to never, ever, ever talk to that guy again and to never, ever, ever consider marriage in the Dominican Republic. I know I’m Dominican, but unfortunately, our culture often embraces fraudulent behavior, praising it as ‘tigueraje,’ which could be translated to English as ‘Con-Artist.’ While I am an exception due to the upbringing provided by my parents, I represent less than 0.5% of Dominicans.
I was roommates with a Dominican dude in the military and he used to shave his pubes in the sink and didn't clean them up.
“Hes from the DR and has no money…sooo I’m 40k I debt”…lol
To the guy who failed the boards… medical sales. Get a job at a pharmaceutical they pay well and your knowledge is very useful.
The ins guy is my fave call 😅
I’ve been married 18 years and used to even work with my husband when we were dating and I’ve never seen pictures of my husband going to work. I think Dave gave great advice. Probably the most concerning thing though is the language and culture barriers. Communication is so necessary for longevity in a marriage and I hope this young sweet lady, who is smart enough to ask questions, considers how she may feel if he comes to this country using her and then leaves her or leaves her to be the provider while he hangs out.
“Love” is a hormonal bursts called oxytocin and seratonin. This girl’s brain isn’t even completely developed and her abilities to be rational, focused and logical are not there yet. She’s in a fantasy which will become a nightmare. I hope she’s reaches out to a therapist, a pastor or an attorney.
I think the first call was fake. No one could be that ignorant.
The first caller sounds like a 90-Day Fiancé episode 😂
Omg that insurance guy! Exactly what I hate arrogant salesmen. Ugh.
I don't disagree - but Dave is also arrogant. His way is the only way and everyone else is wrong.
Overall, I love listening to his shorts and I think he generally give great advice. But he isn't always right.
How was he arrogant? Because he knows his products and can speak to them as an expert in his field?
I have sincere and significant love and respect for Mr. Ramsey.
I would bet banks, whole life insurance and time share companies do not share my opinion.
The caller that failed the med exams X2..........he isn't telling something
Key words
“If set up appropriately” 😮. Dave Ramsey is right!
I remember the first caller. I like that you tell it like it is Dave. I've been listening to the Dave Ramsey show for 13 years now and it did change my mindset.
I loved Dave before this but gained a lot of respect from him on this one being a father figure
First one he probably just wants a green card I watch 90 Day Fiancé you can tell which ones are the users
She’s obviously never seen the show.
I’d rather watch these Dave reruns than new shows when he’s not there. The others just can’t carry the same water
It's the tough love for me! We need more of it these days.
George is good. The rest are meh.
Dave is sooooo right!!!!! I had the same feeling when she said he lived in Dominican Republic.
I love his ranting, it's an eye-opener
Dude, that guy who went into debt for medical school then couldn't pass his boards...holy moly. Nightmare scenario.
And they cut that off so quickly at the end! I wanted a deep dive on that guy to help him find his way out, but it just ended abruptly!
This happens more often than you think, especially in the Caribbean medical school system with their abnormal attrition rate.
Dude sounded like he pushed himself through a lot and was desperate. Like, close to doing something dumb desperate.
Sad thing is... he didn't become stupid, if he went well on the beginning of university chances are he is smart and capable of going ahead but got overwhelmed/developed some mental health problems and that stopped him.
I've seen extremely capable, smart and motivated people get out of track on university because their mental health got bad.
Depression quite literally can lower your logical thinking capabilities and destroy your memory and a demanding/ high stress academic career is the perfect way to develop anxiety and get that to escalate to depression.
Should have found a cheaper way to go to school or gone into a different profession. That's a big gamble for someone with a borderline IQ.
The way she says um huh says it all…she is going to regret this.
First called this is a NO-No,
Both term insurance and whole life has left me set for life. I was 66 years old and disabled when my husband passed away
Life Insurance tends to work great when the person dies. That doesn’t mean that one of them doesn’t work out in most peoples favor.
Good advice to the first caller marrying the foreigner. I made this mistake. I wasted 5 years. Deep hurt lingers.
1st caller, as the mother of a 22 yr old young man, living in the Caribbean, I know my son is not ready to be married yet. Still a boy at heart, still studying and still relatively reliant on us. No way can he take care of a wife or kids as yet because we would be the ones financing his marriage. Its too early for u all to be thinking marriage. Take ur time, dont rush it cause u may regret it.
2nd caller represents the Big Apple.
I know haha. You could hear it from faraway. What a dumbass
The dental school - per year 91k for the course and 46k for living expenses, in student accommodation. What a rip off.
That young lady, with her boyfriend from the Dominican republic, she needs to know that she has other, less risky, options. She also needs to know that her ability to attract worthwhile men will diminish as she ages. She doesn’t want to waste 10 or 15 years in a bad marriage, because when the marriage ends, her options will have narrowed significantly. Take the time to get it right the first time. Speaking from experience.
The second guy is full of rage and just wanted argue. Ridiculous
Because someone like Dave can significantly cut into his industry's bottom line. He's probably had customers that have told him they don't want his whole life products because of information from this program.
Have you ever noticed that Whole life insurance agents argue whenever challenged. Term life is just simple.
That red flag went up in my mind too
He's looking for a greencard...girl, run! I am pretty sure you'd be able to find someone here in the States.
James was the most painful call. I hope he figured out a plan to get out of that debt!
34:36 I agree, Dave! This is not fair!
Dave is an awesome person!
James needs to move to a state that doesnt limit the numver of times you can take your boards... like arizona... easy fix
There is a reson he failed his exams. He would be a horrible doctor. Would you want the last person in the class cutting on you?
@@garystone5338This is true. When it comes to my health, I want the best of the best. Don’t lower the standards like they have for police workers. You see what happened there.
I’m so glad that people who know are writing in with solutions for this guy.
I failed the boards too, it really breaks you
Life insurance guy is insufferable
That was the way to handle it……it was very full of love ❤
6:29 Yea, as a fellow immigrant with family that also immigrated here.
You’d be surprised how many people get conned out of their minds. And not just citizens. I’ve seen people outside the country con tf out of immigrants HERE.
Classic tale: Man walks into jewelry store. Wants to purchase some expensive jewelry send to his “gf/bf”. Logs into “whats app” and send pics, gets call midway through purchase and you see the person on the other line “I love it! *sitting in bed or some sus looking room*.
I’ve seen so many hard working people come in after long shifts in construction or the office ect. Dudes/gals lacing confidence and you can tell they are in love. They will ask for recommendations, ect
Almost guaranteed the partner living outside the country has another life and or is seeing another person. Meanwhile the person here, whether citizen or immigrant, is working hard sending money and gifts. All to find out in 3-5 years that their “beloved” was using them.
Seen it happen tk family friends, customers, ect ect. You warn em, but they refuse to believe.
The people owing a million dollars in student loan debt makes me have anxiety for them. Holy cow.
I feel for the guy with the student loans, he sounds so distraught, I pray for him and that he gets some help/suitable job.
I'm liking for the hard truth about student loan math. Great episode, as much as each of the stories make me squirm
