I love your videos along with giving proper detailed instructions. When boiling eggs for deviled eggs I use your same method (with the pin hole) and cook them for 15 minutes. I really appreciate knowing that 10 minutes is a good number for semi-cooked eggs. I never thought of using chicken stock when making a bechamel sauce - brilliant idea for when I am making a chicken pot pie.Your mustard bechamel would also be a great twist on a French croque monsieur/madame Thank you for sharing your mothers recipe. I am always left inspired.

Thank you so much, Greg. I love your idea to make a French croque monsieur/madame with the mustard bechamel. I need to try this! Wonderful tip, thank you.

The sauce looks very good and all. I remember my mother made it once when I was young. It's not typically in our sauce Romanian repertoire, but looks good. But why leave the potatoes so plain?

Thank you, the potatoes and the sauce go very well together, but you can do other side dishes too.

Looks great! Will definitely try it. But is it really 10 tablespoons of mustard, not 10 teaspoons?

I know, It sounds a lot, but I really use tablespoons. To be safe, perhaps try first less and make a taste test before adding more.
