The charger is a Ute kit from Smyth Kit Cars. The guy makes Ute kits for Subaru Imprezas, Audi a/s 4’s, new style chargers, beetles, Jetta’s, and even Grand Cherokee’s. Definitely recommend looking them up. There’s some really well done examples of the kits.
"rebuilt title" is the same as a salvage title. It was totaled by the insurance company for some reason (flooded, or wrecked). A salvage title V6 is worth no more than $5k.
rebuilt means that its been repaired and inspected and the title was reinstated as rebuilt. No it is not the same as flooded or wrecked. It could have been repaired or in other cases it could have been a stolen recovery vehicle with no damage just totalled due to it being stolen. There are cars on IAAI that were stolen and recovered and then sent to auction as salvage for theft. with no issues. people can get these cars for cheaper and get the title reinstated as rebuilt. Then use it like normal.

In Canada your car has to pass a safety test to see if your car is road worthy, ie: mufflers, no engine lights, bald tires, he meant the car didn’t come with a 30 day safety certificate when bought (Mazda 3)
The paint matching on the mazda is just how cars sometimes come from the factory,I had a grey Mercedes and if you looked at it in pics or in the right light,the bumpers were darker than the rest of the car.i got them resprayed to match and the guy doing the spraying said its because the body of the car comes from a different factory to the bumpers so they can be different paint mixes on the parts
For a Kia or Hyundai, maybe. If I'm gonna be dropping cash on what is supposedly German luxury I'd expect them to at least paint match my shit. Then again those cars don't come with indicators either so 🤷♂️

if im being completely honest, it really depends, id personally go with the supercharger if youre planning to do canyon driving, just to even out the torque curve and powerband, but if youre only doing highway pulls then id go with the turbo to have the most top end power
"Safetied" is a car that has passed safety inspection in Canadian provinces that require it. If the seller has not passed a recent inspection, the buyer has to before getting plates, therefore buying an unsafetied car is a gamble since you could find a whole can of worms wrong with it (brakes, tires, lights, windshield, etc, etc) that may need fixing before you can drive it. That probably explains the low price.

I have a question, I drive a 2013 BMW X5 xdrive35i which comes with the N55 engine which is pretty much a n54 but with a single turbo, I really like this style and model of x5 and was wondering if I should just stick with this and rebuild or if I should upgrade and get a 2013 x5m, or stick with my current x5 and also just replace the brakes with m brakes, I already have a aftermarket turbo system over the stock turbo and I’m not sure if I should put more into this car or “upgrade”, also I think you should do a supercharger for the instant boost

I will say, my V6 Jeep can get groceries and get up on the highway. It has the ZF 8 speed automatic. Shifts are pretty decent, could probably use a tune. I think 2nd gear is dragged out a bit, as are most ZF transmissions. Still peppy, but won’t win any races except against a Scion FR-S apparently lmao

Here's the thing about white, gray, and silver car paint: They're incredibly fickle. Things like air temperature, humidity, batch mixture, air/paint mix, particle size, and spray gun type all play a role in how it matches. If any one of those things is different, the paint will not match, no matter how hard you try.
@@davidmiller5192 Those three are especially notorious, though. You can get a close match with a camera designed to identify specific colors, particularly in automakers that use a lot of similar colors (looking at you, Mercedes-Benz.)

When you add a flex agent to paint it changes the tint slightly thats why bumpers rarely match the rest of the car.
It’s mostly the fact that bumpers are plastic versus the rest of the panels being metal, but ya even bumpers from the factory don’t match perfectly.
The charger is a Ute, it’s a kit you can buy for about $4000
Vs can hold up to a safe 550hp ish on a stock block. You can do more but thats a gamble 🎰.
