Their is a man who does ASMR videos.. he is RELAXING ASMR. His style is so good, videos like this showing his things, and those type of videos are gold for ASMR I think.
i've watched you for years Chycho, and I can clearly say I am very proud of every video you have meticulously produced..and just wanted to say THANK YOU for being you...you are an intrinsic GIVER in a world of intrinsic TAKERS...so again, thank you my friend, for just being you.
Thanks for the love, Jason. I'm just lucky, one of the first and primary lessons I was ever taught in my life stuck with me, sharing is caring, that's pretty much name of the game for me.... and thank you for watching, by the way, I wouldn't be here without this love :)
the happiness seen on your face while you talk about the games and recall of fond memories of playing them is really satisfactory to watch as well as really relaxing and interesting. ty :D
I need an hour long video of just the Double game lol, the wood sounds are amazing @.@ It's awesome watching you talk about your collections. I love when people get excited about things they love, it's the most endearing thing. Definitely subscribing (:
Chycho, helps me to get asleep sometimes. And tonight is such a night i go to this video, after several years to help me relax and snooze away. Much love and respect from the Netherlands
This is real ASMR. No tapping BS, no near sexual whispers. Just a smooth and relaxing voice, and interesting subjects. Quality stuff. (By the way, I could listen to your chess pieces hitting each others for hours).
I agree, except for the tapping. As long as the tapping is natural, most of those huge ASMR channels do it way to frantically and randomly. Natural ASMR is best ASMR.
I just have to say, although it will sound very random, you would be a fantastic counsellor or behavioural specialist for kids! Your calm approach to natural subjects and flawless conversation...Also I think it's wonderful that you kept all of your games and personalised rules etc. in such good condition throughout the years, what wonderful memories!
Thanks for the support, Chany. I really haven't thought about doing any counseling work, even though I do find myself in situation that require it when I teach my students math. I've found that much of teaching is not explaining the subject but supporting and listening to the students. As for the games, I love them so I kept them safe :)
amazingly relaxing video man, and it was so cool to see how much excitement and joy this brought to your face, you definitely earned a new subscribe and nice freaking beard man!
When I first got Squad Leader, I would stay up all night listening to NPR jazz all night learning the rules and playing. It was my first war game. I was hooked.
Thanks, Sonny. As for movies, even though I have some dvd's my main supply is the sharing community. That said, I have put out a video on 5 of my favorite war movies and plan on doing a lot more movie talk. Here is the war movie video: ruclips.net/video/LG0f_JQskW4/видео.html
Great collection. Hero Quest is fantastic. Played that in the early 90s like crazy. Highly recommend if you want something pretty light and fun. Would love to see you explain your version of Axis & Allies. Seems like a cool way to play the game.
Cool. Looks like Hero Quest is getting a lot of love. I'll check it in the next few days to make sure that it's complete and see what I can do to get a game going. As for our version, we basically play it like risk with slight modifications. Basically you take turns picking provinces, place one unit at a time, start with certain funds, and a hand full of axis and allies specific rules. I'll see what I can do to formalize the rules and possibly provide an update video.
I love this channel. I love ASMR as a whole, but you pull off stuff like math and politics in a way that's calming and relaxing. Intellectual ASMR is amazing in itself.
HERO QUEST! Hahaha man for some reason I knew you were going to pull that. Got 2 boxes lying around myself. Was a great game much like a very simplified inspired D&D game. Great video as awlays.
I actually have some vids lined up to do. Plan on doing one for Monopoly, one for Axis and Allies, and at least one for Diplomacy. Probably get to these some time in the Fall or early Winter when our group starts up our game nights again.
Always find myself comming back to your older videos especially this one still wondering if you will show your video game collection that you mention in the end of this video? Thanks for all the content you have put out and continue to do as well 😎
Greetings again Chycho, my new plant additions are doing well. I think its great you have your grandmas old set of dominoes and backgammon board . Backgammon is my favorite We root from the same portion of the world, first generation in America .
We play board and card games around here a ton, I wish we had some of these! I'd like to suggest a few to look into, but I can't pick. They all look amazing! Great video!
Thanks for showing your amazing collection! Have you looked into a game called GO, aka Baduk? It’s an abstract game like chess or checkers, but can take you a lifetime to master. It’s my favorite abstract game. Definitely worth checking out if you get a chance.
Thank you for the recommendation. I have looked at it, others have recommended it to me as well, but, unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to play it yet.
Not gonna lie, I wasn't really seeing clearly, as I just woke up, and clicked on this video thinking it was gonna be an old Asian wise man (the beard got me) showing board games, but this is actually really nice. I don't even like board games, yet this makes me interested in them.
Hey Chycho - I used to watch your videos and have recently rediscovered them (notifications now turned on!). Sometimes I love watching the videos whilst paying great attention, and sometimes I love to listen whilst I work and they just relax me. Have you ever done a video about earning your living by gambling? It'd be really interesting to hear that story.
Hi Jack, good to have you back on the regular basis. As for my story about making it as a gambler, no I haven't made a video about it, not yet anyway. Once we start a full series on craps though I will definitely be putting out one or two disclaimer/warning video(s). One reason for this is to share some of the things that i've learned, which will include telling some stories, the other reason is to really make it clear that gambling is an extremely dangerous path to travel. It is doable, but one has to be able to manage life while giving it a go. A lot more on this later, it's going to be a touching subject as you can guess ;)
chycho I really enjoyed the video learning how to play Street craps the other night :-) - it was my bedtime when I started watching it but it was past 1am by the time I finished! Need to find someone to play with now 😬. I’ll keep an eye out for the story of your Vegas and gambling days in the coming videos. I have been to Vegas 4 times now (I live in the UK) and I couldn’t even think to do something like that for a living. I don’t have the skill or the self control, it wouldn’t end well! Will be interesting to see how your mathematical mind helped that and how/if at all it tipped the odds in your favour. I hope it ended well for you and you left on your terms.
Vegas is/was fun, brother, but it was a hit and go and definitely not the way I made a go at it when it came to gambling. That period was mainly about house games in my home town, Vancouver, and the games we played were poker, backgammon, craps, and monopoly... and there was a variety of poker type of games we played, a lot of it being Texas hold 'em. Omaha, 7 card stud and its variations such as King-Little and Follow-the-Bitch. Fun games ;)
As a hardcore board gamer, I'd love to see some of these games in more detail. I'm a big fan of Carcassonne, Axis and Allies, and Diplomacy! Awesome video! You should look into Fantasy Flight Games...
I don't think i've played any of Fantasy Flight Games games, they have a huge selections. Thanks for the recommendation. As for a closer look, I'll see what i can do :)
Hey, Chycho! I was wondering if you've ever played the board game called "go" (AKA weiqi or baduk). I think it's right up your alley because the game's complexity naturally gives rise to a diverse spectrum of strategy, tactics, and math. Also, it lends itself well to ASMR because it's played on a thick wooden board with lots of smooth stones that make pleasent clicks when played :)
Quite recently I was watching a lecture titled something like "Why did the Germans lost WW2" (could have been by Dr Victor Davis Hanson but I'm not sure, went on a binge, watched a bunch at one go) at one point the lecturer said that by the end of the war its the US's GDP was greater than that of the Axis, the Soviet Union and the British Empire combined.
Yeah that sounds great, and perhaps Axis and Allies and Diplomacy, when you were talking and explaining about going to a competitive event was really interesting, I find it so engaging when you tell stories/memories about things. You seem so passionate about everything you talk about, which I rarely see in people. Never change friend!
Thanks for the love, um, much appreciate it. As for taking a closer look at Axis and Allies and Diplomacy, done deal, would love to. Just a heads up though, it might be a while before they come up, the list of videos that I want to get done is getting very large indeed... fun :)
100% for sure we do this year, let's say this Spring, within the next two months. Thank you for the reminder by the way. I was getting to it and then I started going through comic book boxes to do the ebay listings and the gaming boxes all got buried. I'll dig them out in the next couple of months and start getting organized. It's a promise I made that is long overdue. Thank you :)
I loved axis and allies I always played it with my family it was always a great time! and I also played risk a lot and I still do Because in 2010 risk got it's own computer game which I still play with my friends
I think I have the same backgammon board! It was my grandfather's back in the day in Iraq and it was brought through the generations to me. You should do a backgammon gameplay/tutorial video :)
haha... would be an awesome time. I'd put on some tea and make some chocolate chip cookies... and if the game called for it, we'd have a side bet or two going ;)
"Hey chycho shall we play one of those new games we bought?" ".....nah let's play the fourth set of Axis and Allies" Haha! Always enjoy your videos, thank you.
haha... that's actually what basically happens with us. We love our modified version of Axis and Allies so much that we've just stuck with it. So much fun but I think at some point we'll have to expand our repertoire :)
Really enjoyed the video! I'm 16 now and when I was a bit younger I played video games the same way I would get really competitive with them and binge play them with my friends all weekend some of those times are my fondest memories. Are you strictly a board gamer or do you place computer or console games aswell? Thanks for the relaxation! :)
You're very welcome. As for gaming, yup, I've had my stints on both console and computer games. As far as I see it, for the most part a gamer is a gamer. At the right time in the right mindset for the right game we will play it on any platform.
Love this video chycho! Since you clearly love Axis and Allies, have you seen Axis and Allies global 1940? It combines the Europe and Pacific 1940 maps into a huge (178 x 81 cm) map with nine playable nations. Takes 12+ hours to play but is absolutely worth it. If you didn't live 2,500 miles away I would invite you over for a game :)
omg! I would love to play that. The games we end up playing take anywhere between 3 to 8 hours or so, our modified games that is. And one thing is, we have a hard enough time getting 5 of us together, nine players would be incredibly hard to manage. That said, I think a bigger board and more options would definitely sit well with our group, I think I need to track this baby down. ....wait, I just checked ebay and there was only one listing and it's set at $550. Is this the one you mean? Is that the right price for it?
Oh goodness! It is a bit pricey but not $550. www.ebay.com/itm/AXIS-ALLIES-1940-EUROPE-PACIFIC-NEW-SEALED-BOARD-GAME-BUNDLE-2nd-EDITION-/331304036295?hash=item4d234267c7:g:7JgAAMXQUmFSdvyN
So the world board is the Europe and Pacific just placed together? Is that how it works? If so, then easy-peezy, just have to buy both of them and it's a done deal. That $550 price tag seemed insane.
Here is a good explanation as well boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/61692/axis-allies-europe-1940. I've found 5-6 players to be about perfect even with nine nations. China, France, and Australia don't have a ton to do. I honestly find it hard to go back to the original now, this giant version is just that good. Think I paid $180 for the pair at a local shop, but it's been a few years.
For sure I did as a kid and for sure I do as an adult. I'll show you guys the videos games I have and talk about them in another video, very much looking forward to it actually, just have to find all my games in the boxes :)
That's what I thought too but I figured I would look it up before replying. I actually found the game on ebay. I think they released it just for the movie so I don't think it would be very engaging, more like a promo.
hehe... just me being me, maybe I should send my resume to Hollywood.... hmmm... no! I think I'll just stick to making videos here, I enjoy this too much to give it up :)
Maybe at some point, right now though I would much rather sit around a table and have the interaction face to face, otherwise with my work and hobbies I would on the computer 24/7.
The rest of our gaming group has but I haven't had the time to immerse myself in one yet, not since the early to mid 2000's anyway. The most would have been War Craft if you can call it that.
I actually put a little short video together about some of the music I've listened to. Here is the link to the vid: ruclips.net/video/0d5I7M2s7NI/видео.html Mainly I listen to Hip-Hop, Electronic, and Metal.
haha... I actually thought about that, making an ASMR game night video, the problem with that is that Axis and Allies and ASMR (i.e., chill video) do not seem to be compatible... lol ... when those dice start flying and those units start dying, oh MY!! :))
Oooooooooooh you got that Dune original board game (no longer available). We have to make do with that Twighlight Imperium spin off which is a Dune board game clone (they could not hang on to the rights to Dune).
Very happy to have it, including the expansions packs as well. And I don't think I mentioned it in the video, but one of them is almost mint, never been played and most of the units haven't been popped out yet :))
No I never have but they look great. Crusader Kings looks like it's a huge series. Nice! I'll add it to my watch list and keep it in mind for my next purchase. Thanks.
The gameplay looks amazing for it. Once I get a better set up where I can spend hours in front of the computer - hours more beyond what I do right now that is - I'll definitely be giving one of these digital strategic war games a go. I'll add this to my list as well... so much to try so little time. Thanks :)
Anyone remember a game called Dragon Pass ? Sometimes called White Bear and Red Moon. I so regret losing an original copy on my journey to "maturity". sigh
I feel like you'd really enjoy AD&D. lots of math, percentages, etc. Calculating someones Armor Class using a mathamatical formula, albeit a simple one, "THAC0" or "to hit ac zero." Combined with the roleplaying and community aspect, it seems tailor made for you.
I did play a little when i was a kid, in elementary school, and loved it. We all ended up going to different high schools though so our group disbanded. Maybe one day I do again.

I wish teachers were more like this guy
Their is a man who does ASMR videos.. he is RELAXING ASMR. His style is so good, videos like this showing his things, and those type of videos are gold for ASMR I think.
I love how much you smile, how authentically cheerful you seem.
this is honestly the most innocent and pure video i've ever seen, i love it
i've watched you for years Chycho, and I can clearly say I am very proud of every video you have meticulously produced..and just wanted to say THANK YOU for being you...you are an intrinsic GIVER in a world of intrinsic TAKERS...so again, thank you my friend, for just being you.

You're very welcome, pleasure to share really :)
Not sure why, but this is one of my favorite RUclips videos. I've watched it at least five times now!
Mastermind was an all time favorite of mine!!!
I need an hour long video of just the Double game lol, the wood sounds are amazing @.@ It's awesome watching you talk about your collections. I love when people get excited about things they love, it's the most endearing thing. Definitely subscribing (:
Awesome, welcome to my channel. And I do agree, love is contagious :)
Chycho, helps me to get asleep sometimes. And tonight is such a night i go to this video, after several years to help me relax and snooze away.
Much love and respect from the Netherlands
Lots of love right back, brother. Peace and happy dreams from Canada :)
Natural ASMR is best ASMR.
you can just see how much you enjoy sharing these board games with us and it’s great
Awesome stuff, Chycho! That Mastermind box brings back so many memories of playing that game with my sister. So cool! Thanks for sharing.
My pleasure :)
Made my Monday better. Thanks for sharing the collection.
My pleasure, it was fun to share. Peace :)
amazingly relaxing video man, and it was so cool to see how much excitement and joy this brought to your face, you definitely earned a new subscribe
and nice freaking beard man!
haha... thanks on both counts, and welcome to my channel :)
chycho no, thank you good sir, for the videos
When I first got Squad Leader, I would stay up all night listening to NPR jazz all night learning the rules and playing. It was my first war game. I was hooked.
What a game to start with, Awesome! :)
This has to be my favourite Chycho video to date. I also have to admit I've played way too much of some of these, especially Axis&Allies!
loved board games when I was younger, want to get in to them again after your video 😀
:)
I'm really enjoying this video, very cool collection man!
Thanks, Rats, love the games :)
Great video! And nice details added in your editing :)
Thanks :)
you have a very unique voice that is perfect for ASMR
:)
Great video. Really looking forward to the video game collection! Maybe a movie collection someday?
Thanks, Sonny. As for movies, even though I have some dvd's my main supply is the sharing community. That said, I have put out a video on 5 of my favorite war movies and plan on doing a lot more movie talk. Here is the war movie video: ruclips.net/video/LG0f_JQskW4/видео.html
Great collection. Hero Quest is fantastic. Played that in the early 90s like crazy. Highly recommend if you want something pretty light and fun.

Love sharing them, Jen, and thank you for watching :)
I love this channel. I love ASMR as a whole, but you pull off stuff like math and politics in a way that's calming and relaxing. Intellectual ASMR is amazing in itself.
Thanks, Brendan, and I'm with you, I'd love to see more educational asmr content.
HERO QUEST! Hahaha man for some reason I knew you were going to pull that. Got 2 boxes lying around myself. Was a great game much like a very simplified inspired D&D game. Great video as awlays.
Awesome!... and thanks, brother :))
I remember asking you to do this!! So happy you did :) Tks from all your loyal subscribers
Awesome! Thank you for asking for this. It took some doing to find the games but so glad it happened, just needed a push, a request. Fun :)
I used to play on that same exact traveling chess one with the roll out mat when I was in 3rd to 5th grade! Haha nice!!!
board games by the fire place or wood stove's the best! thanks for the awesome video.
My pleasure :)
love these games . mastermind i loved that game back in the day . and yes wooden chess set better to play . keep the videos coming .
You deserve more you are great at what you do.
Thanks, brother, slow and steady is good for me :)
I really hope one day you can do a complete breakdown of Diplomacy. It would be so intriguing.
Would love to do this, one day I promise I'll do, maybe when i upload the rest of the Diplomacy game I videoed at the tournament.
Great video! Please keep doing this kind of quality videos.
Thanks, Dario, and will do :)
I think it would be great if you did playthrough videos of these games, or rules explanation videos.
I actually have some vids lined up to do. Plan on doing one for Monopoly, one for Axis and Allies, and at least one for Diplomacy. Probably get to these some time in the Fall or early Winter when our group starts up our game nights again.
When he says "okay" i get the most tingles 😂
this made my day, thank you for this wonderful video!
My pleasure :)
excellent video. thank you for sharing this hobby with us
My pleasure. Thank you for watching :)
The best thing about HeroQuest is the Brode Sode!
Ahh, Double and Mastermind! Such great memories playing those as a kid :)
I'd play any board game you wanted whenever you wanted to play it. I'd always be down to play. loving the videos man. subscribed.
Awesome! Welcome to my channel, brother. Peace :)
Glad to see I'm not the only one who still has Hero Quest. Amazing video! Thx for sharing
My pleasure... as for Hero Quest, we got to hold on to those gems :)
This video is awesome! Great games and great stories! 😊
Always find myself comming back to your older videos especially this one still wondering if you will show your video game collection that you mention in the end of this video? Thanks for all the content you have put out and continue to do as well 😎
Indeed, I will be. Finally ended up doing our posters collection, and video games are next on the list, fingers crossed we do this year :)
Greetings again Chycho, my new plant additions are doing well. I think its great you have your grandmas old set of dominoes and backgammon board . Backgammon is my favorite
We root from the same portion of the world, first generation in America .
Passing on family games is the best :)
indeed, the board that you have is a piece of art. Cant buy that at any store
That craps table😍😍😍😍!!!!
Well done!!
Thank you, many games were played on it, much fun was had :)
We play board and card games around here a ton, I wish we had some of these! I'd like to suggest a few to look into, but I can't pick. They all look amazing! Great video!
I really enjoy your Videos :) Keep it up
Will do, Emerald :)
OH my gosh this is awesome man!

New to your channel u have some intresting video's keep up the great work!!
Thank you, and welcome to my channel :)

Thank you for the recommendation. I have looked at it, others have recommended it to me as well, but, unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to play it yet.
Ah, Avalon Hill. Along with GMT, and technically Victory Games, it forms my main corps of board games
I've been waiting for this for so long : ))
I've been itching to make this as well. Thanks for waiting, it was long overdue.
Did you ever try Heroclix? Basically board top miniatures, like Squad Leader but the stats are on the base and the units are superheroes
That game looks great but, unfortunately, by the time this came out my heavy core gaming group was no more :(
Not gonna lie, I wasn't really seeing clearly, as I just woke up, and clicked on this video thinking it was gonna be an old Asian wise man (the beard got me) showing board games, but this is actually really nice. I don't even like board games, yet this makes me interested in them.

Will you be doing a detailed video of the individual games like you said?
I doubt if I'll be doing one for all of them. The ones I'm thinking about doing is Squad Leader and Dune. Anyone in particular you had in mind?
Yeah that sounds great, and perhaps Axis and Allies and Diplomacy, when you were talking and explaining about going to a competitive event was really interesting, I find it so engaging when you tell stories/memories about things. Wow love your vids man!
Thank you, love making and sharing them :)
I think I have the same backgammon board! It was my grandfather's back in the day in Iraq and it was brought through the generations to me. You should do a backgammon gameplay/tutorial video :)
Would be fun to do. Thanks for the request. As for the board, I hope you have many many years of amazing games on it :)
you should try Eldritch Horror! It's a great cooperative board game. Excellent video
I know this game and have been meaning to play but never happened. Definitely on my radar :)
Man. If I was your neighbor, I’d come over whenever you wanted to play any of those games.
haha... would be an awesome time. I'd put on some tea and make some chocolate chip cookies... and if the game called for it, we'd have a side bet or two going ;)
@@chycho sounds amazing! Hey, the more action the better.
If you like D&D/fantasy and strategy games, you'd probably enjoy Lords of Waterdeep and its expansion, Scoundrels of Skullport. Nice vid!
Thanks for the recommendations :)
HeroQuest is awesome. A case study in beautiful simplicity (as fantasy games go)
"Hey chycho shall we play one of those new games we bought?"
".....nah let's play the fourth set of Axis and Allies"
Haha!
Correct, the two combine into one large map. I believe the rules for the global game are in the Europe box.
Great video I was wondering did you play video games as a kid or even now, if so can you talk about some of your favourites
For sure I did as a kid and for sure I do as an adult. I'll show you guys the videos games I have and talk about them in another video, very much looking forward to it actually, just have to find all my games in the boxes :)
chycho awesome can't wait have a wonderful day
You too, Victor. Peace :)
I was sitting here expecting you to pull out a jumanji board xD Great video
haha...don't know too much about the game but the movie was definitely fun. RIP Robin Williams.
+chycho I think there was no game just a movie
That's what I thought too but I figured I would look it up before replying. I actually found the game on ebay. I think they released it just for the movie so I don't think it would be very engaging, more like a promo.
Captain Cosmo that's some dark voodoo jungle shit
I love that one from Cuba, very nice
Chycho!!!! You fuckin Rock brother!!!! Thanks for everything
:)
Hey chycho, we've previously spoken. Just wanted to say that your videos are really into ASMR, many others are more like acting gigs, hehe.
hehe... just me being me, maybe I should send my resume to Hollywood.... hmmm... no! I think I'll just stick to making videos here, I enjoy this too much to give it up :)
chycho
Yeah, you do that, anyway pretty good work, keep it up. :)
Thanks, brother (or sister), will do :)
chycho
Brother, dear chycho, hehe
Still have a soft spot for Avalon Hill.
You should try getting Tabletop simulator off steam and getting some old games going!
Maybe at some point, right now though I would much rather sit around a table and have the interaction face to face, otherwise with my work and hobbies I would on the computer 24/7.
chycho Yes I feel the same way, but if you have lots of far flung friends around the world it can be a great way to get people together.
Chycho, do you play total war games or civilization games on PC as they are like the computer game version of a lot the risk type games?
The rest of our gaming group has but I haven't had the time to immerse myself in one yet, not since the early to mid 2000's anyway. The most would have been War Craft if you can call it that.
I'd be interested to know what kind of music you listen to! Love the videos
I actually put a little short video together about some of the music I've listened to. Here is the link to the vid: ruclips.net/video/0d5I7M2s7NI/видео.html
Mainly I listen to Hip-Hop, Electronic, and Metal.
Funny, I just watched a video about the math behind "fair dice" by Numberphile and soon after stumbled upon this.
24:15 Shogun is amazing! Better than the current show 🥺
Such an amazing game... as for the show, I actually liked it a lot, fun :)
@@chycho To much reading of subtitles 😂
billmaxvoxpax playing mastermind 😍😍😍
This guy might be the most interesting guy on the You Tubes
i feel like if he didn't have a beard, he would be 99% Vladimir Putin
More like Vladimir Lenin
Everett Gropp nailed it!
Without the Putin though!
whoa!! you have DUNE! It's top on my list of games I'd love to play
It's a fantastic game if you can get the right people together.
I bet it is. Every time I see it pop up for sale on Board Game Geek and other spots, it’s so darn expensive though.
i would LOVE to play Shogun
You're like the Bob Ross of math videos Chycho.
Thank you for the complement, Clint, an honor :)
Please make a "game night" video. Perhaps asmr gameplay of how an Axis and Allies game would go.
haha... I actually thought about that, making an ASMR game night video, the problem with that is that Axis and Allies and ASMR (i.e., chill video) do not seem to be compatible... lol ... when those dice start flying and those units start dying, oh MY!! :))
Wish you were my neighbor, we'd play ALL of those. I have most of them as well.
haha... that we would.
I remember playing Axis and Allies with my old man when I was home sick.
Chycho have you played any Paradox strategy games - Crusader Kings or Hearts of Iron you would love them I think !
No I never have but they look great. Crusader Kings looks like it's a huge series. Nice! I'll add it to my watch list and keep it in mind for my next purchase. Thanks.
Paradox games are board games in a digital platform, I´ve been playing Hearts of Iron IV just amazing.
The gameplay looks amazing for it. Once I get a better set up where I can spend hours in front of the computer - hours more beyond what I do right now that is - I'll definitely be giving one of these digital strategic war games a go. I'll add this to my list as well... so much to try so little time. Thanks :)
Wow!
Anyone remember a game called Dragon Pass ? Sometimes called White Bear and Red Moon.
I so regret losing an original copy on my journey to "maturity". sigh
must be fun to smoke and play those games
I feel like you'd really enjoy AD&D. lots of math, percentages, etc. Calculating someones Armor Class using a mathamatical formula, albeit a simple one, "THAC0" or "to hit ac zero." Combined with the roleplaying and community aspect, it seems tailor made for you.
I did play a little when i was a kid, in elementary school, and loved it. We all ended up going to different high schools though so our group disbanded. Maybe one day I do again.
That craps table is spot on! I like betting on 9, 5, the yo, and hard ways. Hard ways kill me though. Brilliant!
haha... hard ways are the death of us all.... as for me, I love the outside numbers: 4, 5, 9, and 10, and the horn-high-12 :)
