You know I did have this in the back of my mind, but is it guaranteed to go through? I’m sure this Gov have been promising similar for a while and nothing’s happened! When you say acorns scheme, what do you mean?
@@jonnymarsden leaseholds have already been abolished in Scotland. The leasehold market in England is basically prepared for the government to put in place the legislation to abolish leaseholds. However, there was a comment from the housing secretary making clear that leasehold reform was coming forward in the next session of parliament
