      Hey I’ve seen those Hall effect sticks and their result. There seems to be a jitter on those, which in my opinion can be beneficial for aim assist. I’m actually very intrigued by those, was checking HYPR website, I think we need to pay duties and customs when they are coming to U.K.
      The reason I mention the jitter is because of victrix gambit, it has a very minor jitter even when the stick is moving, I honestly believe my aim to be very good on gambit. So I’d definitely want to test those ones from HYPR, thanks for sharing bro.

    I am an experienced shooter player, especially PUBG. I bought the G7SE and used it for 4 months. I do not recommend buying it guys. The joystick is heavy and not as smooth as a traditional Xbox controller. You will feel the player’s movement being heavy and the rotation slow. Perhaps you will not feel a significant difference in games like Call of Duty, but I felt a big difference in a game like PUBG, which has limited sensitivity. My level dropped, and I had to go back to the old traditional hand, and my level quickly returned. I hope the reason for the heavy joystick is not due to the magnetic analogue.

    Snakebyte triggers don't have vibration motors, but G7 SE does have. Actually in its price range only G7 SE has triggers with force feedback, which is very important for me. As we see in this video, even many controllers that are way more expensive don't have this very important feature.
    G7 SE is perhaps the only hall effect controller with 4 rumble motors. Even if you could find another, rest assured that it would most probably be much more expensive.

    • @thephototechy
      @thephototechy  7 месяцев назад

      Hey the Ksilver modules do have less stick tension, but I think that’s for a reason. HE sticks do feel a bit slower at the get go and having less but more or less equal tension all the way to the edges makes for an amazing aim experience. If you need the higher tension of normal controllers then I don’t think you’ll like controllers using Ksilver Hall effect sticks.

      I know I am late replying to this, and you might not believe this, But if you get a USB C cable with a higher data transfer speed it does have an affect on reducing latency.
      I found this out because I purchased a higher quality USB C charging cable from Amazon, for just my phone, that was claiming to be more durable and last longer without the worry of the ends breaking from the connector but this cable also does data transfer.
      And I was curious to see if this cable would fit into my G7SE since this controller has a tight connection port and to my surprise it did fit, so I decided to try it while playing Assetto Corsa.
      And I notice that I was getting a quicker stick response as if the controller had been slightly overclocked. I then put the USB C cable that came with the controller back in and fired the game back up and notice that my stick response had slowed back down. I swapped the cables again and the stick response improved.
      If you do decide to get a different cable make sure it is not only just a charging cable but also a data transfer cable, Because there is a such thing as a USB C charging only cable.
      The particular USB C cable that I purchased has a 480 MBPS data transfer speed, but there are cables that go from 10 GBPS all the way up to 40 GBPS.
      Just in case you are interested the cable that will fit the G7SE, it is the Statik TsumoCharge Fast Charging Cable.
      Just keep in mind if you are interested in this cable it is a USB C male to USB C male cable, So you will need a USB C female to USB male adapter, which are really cheap.

For someone who’s had bad stick drift issues I’d say the G7se would suit them better, my only concern is a slower aiming response on the G7se, it’s something that takes a bit if getting used to, going back and forth from a normal potentiometer stick to G7se you feel it the most.
