Scovillain rising to NU would be so funny

Many ppl feel like Scovillain is a rather “unfinished” Pokémon, and, quite rightfully, believe it should get an evolution in the future. I completely agree with this, and that evolution should have an ability I just made up called “Pepper Power” (gives +2 Spe when I’m sun, as the effect of chlorophyll, cause peppers are plants, and gives Fire type moves a x2 boost instead of 1,5x, because peppers are hot
Are there any conditons for the boost to take effect or do they just... activate upon switch in
Work just like Adaptability and Chlorophyll do. (I know it’s broken, and I really wanted it to be)

Assuming Tera Water and Electromorphosis, you could KO with Discharge or whatever if I did the math right. Probably was Static anyways, in which case Discharge para could be an option? but that also assumes the set has room for Discharge. Toxic, Volt, Slack, Muddy wouldn't leave room, so ehhhhhhh.... (Also ik a lot of people run Static but you could want a Toxic on a mon and I don't always feel that ability has the most synergy; e.g. you want to Toxic the Umbreon but it gets Para'd by Foul Play first).
it was prob static; i dont think ive seen any run electromorphosis in this meta.

Scovillain is a mon that offends me. It was the first ever Fire/Grass type and is a hilarious design concept, but it suffers from having the worst ever stat distribution; slow frail mixed attacker, AKA Seviper Syndrome. But because of Chlorophyll, it can actually do stuff occasionally. I don’t like knowing a Pokemon with Seviper Syndrome can do something.

no shaming but the people who think scovillain is banworthy should probably reconsider their priorities
i think if you believe sun is problematic that it's a fine conclusion to draw; i'm personally not convinced that a different sun wallbreaker wouldn't pop up in its place though
