Same thing happen to me it was a nighmare i found the best way to do it is to prime the tub first with a roll on primer and then roll on the glaze you sould only need one can of HOMAX glaze per tub

We have used different brands, which were all roll on. They were ALL better than the spray on! :-)

If I ever did this I would use paint as well rather than spray.

After second thought, as I get older and OLDER, the shower seems to get slippery so maybe the unintended roughness will work to prevent slips. LOL! NO!! It was a crazy mess and not worth it at all. :-)
