Delicious Semolina apple filled cookies

SEMOLINA APPLE COOKIE
Semolina Dough:
Flour 3/4 cup
Semolina (fine) 3/4 cup
Icing sugar 4 tblsps
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Milk 2-3tblsps
Apple filling:
2 apples (peel & cut to pieces)
100g granulated sugar
5g corn syrup
1tsp corn-starch dissolved in 2 tsps of cold water
60g walnuts
