Every time you explain a bit more of why you do what you do...this is great because it's fine to follow directions but to know why makes it easier to analyse or synthesise a procedure.
These cooking tutorials are so cute, like cookies🎉❤🎉 I can't have enough of them. Eating with eyes is ...cool, it works like psychological placebo, hunger is gone, only watching is like eating😂😂😅😅😅
Pains me every time your poor little machine is working that dough..hopefully you’ll get a sponsor soon for a new mixer🎉 Hello from Minnesota. Love the videos btw❤
I'm really loving your channel, and, YAY to you for this proper apple bun recipe... Here in Canada, such pastries are already quite devoid of any real apple substance, so these are fire!! 🔥
Love the baking science and baking information in this episode. Do you think the mixer taking an hour is a Swedish power/appliance thing? I have a kitchen aid stand mixer in Canada and I’ve never had a dough take me that long to mix!
I wonder if you have tried the salt kolebulle from fabrique, it’s absolutely amazing, I wonder if that’s traditional Swedish or just fabrique makes them.
Hi cecilia, I’m going to Stockholm in November and wonder if you have any recommendations for local/authentic bakeries and restaurant? Thanks and I really love your channel and your recipes!
Hey Cecilia, I line watching your videos, but….i do t have a machine to mix the dough the way you do. I do things by hand, but no way could I do this by hand! Any suggestions?
You look so beautiful in those light, earthy colours! Lovely tutorial. I would probably substitute cinnamon for cardamom in the dough, but I *love* cinnamon.
I love the look of your recipes but it feels a little overwhelming seeing these huuuuge quantities being made. What I mean is that I’ll have to halve or even third a recipe but then I’m a little confused as to how large I’d have to roll out the dough and such. Perhaps you could make some recipes in smaller batches in the future? ✨❤
@@4rl0ng I know how to cut measurements in half, third a recipe and whatever the amount I need but her bun recipes require rolling out these huge amounts of dough. I’m a visual person and would like to see how the smaller amount looks, that’s why I watch youtube videos after all.
I tried these and they are indeed apple-y! I did half a recipe. Too much flour though: good bread recipes have variable listings for flour depending on humidity. This was the absolute max flour so I ended up having to mix more liquid in after the dough had already come together…. The filling has WAY too much butter, half of it melted out the bottom of the rolls. Kind of waste. Maybe it would have been better to do it in a pan like for sticky buns, but I did them individually on a sheet pan. I like the idea of the apples and while they were tasty, I feel like a different shape of bun would be a better option for these, like a pouch or danish style.

Me too! I learn so much from her

You CANNOT skip cardamom!!!! It is totally essential for buns!!!
How much dry yeast would I need?
It's in the recepie description. Press 'more' to see it.

They have in Sweden a local brand , don’t remember name , ( you can buy in US and Ca too) very good
@@gigibenea3529. It’d an Ankarsrum. I mentioned her name to the rep as being a great candidate as an influencer.
