    I’d say, when rolling the dough into balls, the bench makes it a bit more grippy.

    These buns came out so pretty & look so tasty.
    I liked your vanilla sugar tip. What do you use it on?
    I have been experimenting with making fruit crumbles.
    Best one so far was cherry-blueberry.
    Do you ever make lemon bars or fruit crumble?

    Thanks for sharing. Any chance you have a video on bear claws in the works? Not sure if they’re a thing in Sweden but so yummy. It’s rare to find them in the US. The Model Bakery in St Helena Napa Valley makes them but I only get there every couple of years. Would be delightful.

    Have you had any issues with running the Kenwood for that long? I have the same model, and since the instructions state that it shouldn't run longer than 7 minutes, I'm curious.

    Do you have the conversation from fresh yeast to regular yeast?

      1/3 dry to fresh. So this recipe would use about 23g

    I am Amercan of partial Swedish descent and have visited Sweden a few times. I have recently been diagnosed with an autoimmune problem. I cannot eat anything that is refined. Is there any way your recipes could be adapted using alternative flours/sugars and no dairy?
