Instead we drink mate, with maybe some bakery/pastry, or bread with butter.

The sandwich was a "Lomito" essentially a filet mignon sandwich with the works that's why it was so good it's the best type of sandwich you'll find in Argentina

"DOC" = "Denominazione di Origine Controllata" (designation of controlled origin)
Basically means, "it's the real thing/not an imitation". It's mostly for wines, but also things like balsamic vinegar, cheeses, and salumi.
So sonny sends his crew to the slums of India to send him videos to narrate, while he's at the 4 seasons in Argentina, living like a king 😂😂
He hired local crews to do that, actually. And he also tried to have a local narrator, but enough people complained about it that he had to take over.
Those India videos look like they used Sonny's voice to train an AI bot to imitate him.

Sonny: It was great to see the #1 ripoff in BA! The 4 Seasons is NOT & never was on the serious foodie tour. I've been to Argentina numerous times! I've eaten at 100's of restaurants from street food take out to high end parrillas but never have I seen the ultra high prices at the 4 Seasons & in US$ no less! WOW! Total disrespect for tourists! No Porten̈os are stupid enough to eat there. It not even trypical argentine cusine! Your video at Siga la Vaca AYCE at $20 was nice & is a place for tourists & argentine families 😅
