    Before pouring the material in mould should we grease it with oil or butter???

      No need to grease the mould, if the chocolate is tempered properly, it will pull away from the mould when set.

      Oh no… are you using enough chocolate to coat the mould and Setting it in the fridge between each application.? The more chocolate the stronger it will be. Let me know if you need any more advice.

      Thank you so so much! I used black candy buttons, but if you want to use real chocolate, you can colour it with a black oil based food colour . Good luck! Please let me know how it turns out if you try.

      Une dernière question avez vous tempéré le chocolat ou l’avez vous juste fait fondre au micro ondes ?
