@@Chrochella The biggest affordability crisis in american history is prob about 5 years away. Why 5: the middle class is being squeezed to buy what they cant afford. As someone who has never liked oysters but haven't had them in a really really long time, and wants to try them again.. what's your best oyster advice for an oyster noob?
I like to do the same thing when I go fishing off Barbara river in the state of Georgia pull up to a bank grab a handful or two oysters eat them raw while we’re fishing
It’s called being a good steward of what you’ve been given. Why would anyone purposely destroy something just to be selfish? I’m no tree higher but even I know what it means to be responsible and mindful of resources. Because all you have to do is look at how the Chinese destroy their oceans and land. It’s gotten so bad that Chinese citizen has to drink bottled water because the entire country’s water supply is ruined. Is that what you want to happen to the US?
@@BythewaterI absolutely love these areas. St Leonard, St Mary's, the Bay, patuxent river... All of it❤️ I live at the base of the mountains by camp David and I miss the salt water, crabbing, fishing and foraging so much! Haven't been down that way in several years. Love your content

Having that oceanic grocery store in your backyard is awesome. ❤

Only time I have seen that tiny tobasco bottle was from an MRE when I was in the military 😂
I appreciate your totally normal reactions to the foods you eat. It doesn't seem played up or melodramatic at all.
I completely agree!

I’m so jealous. To walk out and grab fresh oysters anytime is mind blowing 🤯!!!

What you’re describing isn’t just a Maryland thing, it’s happening all across the US.
The US dollar is shrinking by the second.

In Florida, we avoid picking oysters that are exposed during high tide. Because of the heat and bacteria growth.
Love this ❤❤
Do you get pea crabs in your oysters around there?
Life is Good
I have to sub!
Thanks!

I can’t say I’ve had a good oyster the first one I tried was a bad one and well kind of ruined them for me lol
I can understand that
Is that a .410 shell? Weird spot to find one
It was a AAA battery
That there’s an mre Tabasco
Not sure how it came to me though. I found it in my junk drawer
Eating it hurts too .
Oysters literally have no idea what’s going on other then I got a bit colder after the shell was opened.
It’s a quick ending
Where are u from?
I grew up near Annapolis MD and then came down to St. Mary's College about 20 years ago
