Oh gosh when Stef started tearing up I almost cried. She said she wasn't not in pain near the end, but I can't help but worry. I'm so glad she's able to get this! We love you Stef!! Take care~
Yeah, she did seem okay during the live-stream and all. She wouldn't lie about not being in pain of course, I'm just being a bit sensitive because it does look rather painful xD Yes let's hope for a speedy recovery~
I cannot believe that I'm so happy for someone that I don't even.... know? Like omg. Watching someone be so happy with who they're becoming and taking the steps to see themselves how they want to is so adorable and nice. I feel like that girl from Mean Girls who just wants everybody to get along and bake a cake out of feelings.
Hartford Hobo Yes! Like seeing how far she's come and how happy she is makes me really happy 😊 I can't express how happy and proud I am of her! I hope she has a quick recovery ☺️
Heather Hunter the majority of the swelling should go down within 7 days, and then another big chunk in the 7 days after that. afterwards, I'll have a TINY bit of swelling for up to a year or two but it's not swelling that anyone else could see, just sensitivity.
Does this make anybody else want to cry or tear up? I love Stef and seeing her like this , crying and bruised makes me hurt so bad for her. I'm so happy Stef and i'm pulling for you all the way!
I can't believe how articulate you are through all this, like I had really intense jaw surgery when I was younger and was beyond function for daaayysssss but here you are damn near fully functional. I'm so impressed!!
TreClaire I think jaw surgery, (if you had the type of surgery I'm thinking of,) is a lot more invasive. Stef had mainly flesh and bone shaving. Jaw surgery is messing about with the joint.
I really cried through this. Not because any graphics or anything but because I'm sooo happy for you, and it was so intimate watching some bits with you and your family going through this
I started crying when you were being so thankful, it's so beautiful how far you've come :') and seeing you blossom into this beautiful rose, i'm so happy for you and I love you Stef
Hey sweet bun kid. This is a 35 year old woman speaking. Good job on following your goals. So... Think of me as a Grandbread saying... Thank you for being WHO you are.
Also happy holidays Stef & to your family. I don't know what you celebrate, but what a great Christmas present (or insert whatever you celebrate instead of Christmas) ❤️
Oh my gosh. I love you and your Mom together. She is amazing, you are amazing. I love how you keep saying "mama". Such a mama's girl, i am too. Oh, btw, your lip injections look fabulous. lmao. Feel better soon, i hope the swelling goes down quickly.
No injections! It's actually a portion of the skin they took out below my nose to do the lip lift - they take off the top layer of skin, shape it appropriately, and snake it into the top lip so it's permanent and will age just like I was born with it. Thank you!
What a beautiful heart, you had me in tears 💗💗💗. I myself am going into surgery in 3 days for a severely deviate septum, non- cosmetic surgery. I'm terrified, due to my age (35) and the pain of course. But, you may have just given me enough hope to make it through my own surgery. Thank you, much love, 💗💗💗
Good luck! I've been under twice in my life, once for about an hour, the second for three hours. Each time I woke up very sleepy and dizzy, but I was fine the same day. I'm sure you will be, too. I hope your surgery goes well, and don't worry too much! :)
Ivan Hguone HAHAHA I don't know if the burn on my lip would be considered stunning but you're sweet, thank you! or perhaps you meant the beginning of the video. love you!
It's so great that you are documenting this so openly. It'll be so helpful for people who go through this in the future. Wishing you a speedy recovery!!! And I'm so happy for you!
Look at this girl...LIKE A BOSS!! I am glad to see you handling the recovery well, and just glad for you in general. You and your mom will always have this special time, very bonding life experience, that's priceless.
Your mom is an amazing woman, you are so lucky that she is supportive and loves you. I am a mom too and I will always stand by my children no matter what. That is love.
I cracked up over the yoghurt convo. Also, even through the swelling you can see what a great job the doctor has done. I kept thinking about the surgery and how crazy and amazing it is that we have the technology and science to change someone's face like that. You look fab Stef xx
Tell momma not to be shy. She looks great and she is showing true mothering to be by your side in such an emotional time that will be hard all the way around.
I love Stef so much. Even right after she had surgery and was in some pain she was still giving people her own input and informing on this process and what comes along with it.
hearing your constant reassurances to other women like "you may not be able to eat right away, and that's okay" is so heartwarming. you are so unbelievably kind and we are all endlessly grateful for you shining a light on your transition. God bless your beautiful heart.
I cried a lot. You're amazing. I hope you know that. So much love in the comments. It's refreshing. You're perfect, Stef. We love you so much, and this made me less scared for my surgery. Thank you for helping us and comforting us even when you're post-surgery. I hope you heal quickly. Much love from Oklahoma. 💙
"..the moon is almost crashing into the planet and Link hasn't done shit to help me yet .," omg there is your humor through talk this, you are strong and I hope you have a speedy recover can't wait to see 💕💕
Shazza Rose ok idk if I'm the only one who noticed but... SHE ALREADY LOOKS SO MUCH MORE FEMININE AND GOOD EVEN WITH THE SWELLING!!!! She's always been beautiful but her results are showing so quickly! And I'm sure she notices them before we do, as this is her personal experience
I don't know why i didn't watch this when it came out, but i want to tell you that you are so strong and amazing and beautiful, my heart is literally melting of how proud and happy i am for you, i love you so much stef
I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to watch this as I am truly scared of blood/hospitals and the body. But I can see from your posts on Twitter that you've been so brave this week. Sending love and support to you.
Hi Stef! I had a major reconstructive/cosmetic surgery this July, and I wanted to tell you that, for me, the post-op depression was not right away. I was thrilled with my results immediately even though I was swollen and bruised, but I got hit really hard with it about 6 weeks after, maybe a couple months. It didn't last long, though, maybe a week. If you get post-op depression, it could be well after the swelling has gone down, so look out for it, 'cause I didn't realize until later that that's what it was. Be confident that you made the right choice for yourself and it is worth it to feel better in your own body! Anyways, I am thrilled for you, and wish you a quick and easy recovery!
Stef you are so sweet and I've actually been excited watching all of your videos waiting for this. I'm so happy for you. I even started getting emotional when you did because you are just so amazing and deserve to be so happy.
Stef I feel so overwhelmed by your happiness, I hope everything turns out more than perfectly and I'm so proud of you. I've never cried for a person I don't know but I feel so moved by you. you are a wonderful human being. I'm sending my love.
STEF! Im a trans guy & I have been watching you since way before you came out. I cried hard when you cried, you're so deserving of this. it's amazing seeing you come into yourself throughout your transition. i myself am finally starting my medical transition this year. cant wait to see your beautiful face, thankyou for keeping us updated ♡ also your recovery is going amazingly well and fast judging from the other ffs stories ive seen. love you! ♡
So happy for you! Your mom is the best by the way. She is so supportive and it really brings tears to my eyes. It makes my heart very happy to see parents who genuinely care about their kids wants and needs, and support them.❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for these updates. It's very interesting to watch. I'm super excited to see the results!! Love love love love you! I hope you recovery quickly :)
I'm so ecstatic for you!! Honestly before the surgery you we're glowing with happiness and my heart is just swelling with pride. I've been watching you for a little over a year now and I honestly can't help but want to cry whenever you get one step closer to being fully comfortable in your skin. I hope your recovery is smooth and with minimal pain! Love you lots
Stay strong, gorgeous! This will be behind you as part of your journey before you know it. Your bravery and willingness to share such a personal time in your life with us is possibly out of your comfort zone. Yet you are doing it, and doing it well! Your dedication to educate through your own personal experience is nothing short of inspiring and humbling. I look forward to seeing more of your amazing personality show it's beautiful self. It seems as though the more confident you become with your exterior, the more you grow and flourish internally. I am a 37 year old heterosexual cis female, that is married with 4 children. I stumbled across your channel a year or so ago and have been following you ever since. I look forward to watching your videos and have learned so much from you. Thank you for being so "real" with us. I have a strong feeling that there are some pretty great things coming to you in your future. The universe has a way of repaying people that are putting so much good into it, and you my dear are on fire!! Happy Holidays! I hope you have a speedy recovery!
Eventhough I know you're gonna be just fine and your pain is manageable I can't help but get kicked in the feels when you start crying with you looking like that. I'm keeping your recovery in my thoughts.
Awww baby girl you are so strong. We are all so happy for you. May you have a wonderful recovery and thank you so much for sharing this. I know it can be hard to let the internet so far into your life, but we all love supporting you on every step of your journey to feeling more like you.
The gratitude and happiness from both you and your mother made me tear up. I used to watch your videos a while ago when you began your transition and stumbled across your FFS videos. I'm so happy for you! Congratulations, wish you all the best
Oh my god I cried watching this because I am so incredibly happy for you. You were beautiful before, but I'm so excited to see your results. I love you, Stef and get well soon! 💖💖💖💖
I was crying the entire time, I'm so happy for you!! Your mom is wonderful. It's always good to be prepared for the worst so that you're not too shocked when you first encounter the pain. I wanted to go through FFS but my healing is always pure hell with complications. I'm proud of you Stef, you go girl, you already look AWESOME!
"the moon is crashing into the earth and Link hasnt done shit to help me..." xD you remind me of myself on morphine when i was in the hospital omg. like i was there but not
I got so emotional right along with Stef when she was talking about how grateful she was. Thank you so very much for taking us along with you on your journey Stef!
it actually made me cry seeing your face all bruised up and swollen and i feel like you're in so much pain it makes me so sad but also so happy im so proud of how far you've come with your transition you are such an inspiration to so many others i love you never stop being you xx
Oh my gosh I just had surgery too! I had a tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, and nasal membrane reduction though, not ffs. But I totally feel you on this video, I'm watching this as I recover and try not to talk myself and try to handle my own pain. Hope you (and I) heal quickly, thanks for sharing! :)
lschizzle I had a septoplasty and tonsillectomy a few years back and it hurt!! I am so glad that is over. They put these really big plastic stents in my nose and I think having those pulled out was the worst thing. At the time it happened I convinced myself if my septum ever goes back to being crooked I will not be getting the surgery again just to avoid that pain.
I am so crazy happy for you. I teared up watching this. it's amazing how excited I can be for someone I have never met or talked to. Stef, really I hope you are just filled with love and joy!
I can't wait to see how you'll look once the healing starts, it's hard to believe that you could look anymore stunning than you already did but I'm sure you will look absolutely fucking gorgeous. lots of love and strength for the coming weeks, we're here for you :*
your mom is so supportive, I came first came to your channel from your syndrome and seeing you now is just so amazing even if I did JUST find your channel
I love you so much, Stef. I've been there since the beginning (I believe your t-blockers; wow that feels like the other day haha) I can't believe how well you seem to be healing. Wishing you a fast recovery, Breadmom!
The way she says "mama" at 6:14 is so cute
Rachel Waltrip I know! She is so adorable. Love her
Rachel Waltrip yes!!! 😘😘
Rachel Waltrip it really was cute. I thought one of my babies were calling me. 😅❤
I cried at that and idk why
Oh gosh when Stef started tearing up I almost cried. She said she wasn't not in pain near the end, but I can't help but worry. I'm so glad she's able to get this!
We love you Stef!! Take care~
she seemed perfect on the livestream, don't worry too much. lets just hope she heals up quickly :)
in the last video she said she was not going to sugarcoat anything so ! im sure she wouldnt lie about the pain
Yeah, she did seem okay during the live-stream and all. She wouldn't lie about not being in pain of course, I'm just being a bit sensitive because it does look rather painful xD Yes let's hope for a speedy recovery~
Kitty Minx I didn't understand why her right eye is black :(
Kitty Minx They keep people medicated in order to manage pain.
"don't worry about me" * starts worrying way too much*
Same
Shipi K. I reacted the same way.

YOUR BROWBONE LOOKS TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAT'S INCREDIBLE!! when is the swelling supposed to go down?? Glad you're staying positive!!
Heather Hunter the majority of the swelling should go down within 7 days, and then another big chunk in the 7 days after that. afterwards, I'll have a TINY bit of swelling for up to a year or two but it's not swelling that anyone else could see, just sensitivity.

No. This just makes me laugh.

TreClaire me too. I didn't bathe until my third day and cried after trying to just drink water. I'm amazed
TreClaire Lol and she's cracking jokes and stuff already 😂😂😂😂
TreClaire it's easier the first night than it is the second night when the swelling starts kicking in.
I really cried through this. Not because any graphics or anything but because I'm sooo happy for you, and it was so intimate watching some bits with you and your family going through this

Chloe Klemstein yogurt and Oreos yeah I would say we do hahah
Chloe Klemstein I thought that was what they said. I guess our yogurts do get kinda crazy sometimes!
As a fellow Canadian who has never been to the United States... I am very curious as to why your yogurt is considered crazy.
most american yogurts have insane amounts of sugar lol
We also have bizarre flavors, too. I know Yoplait makes some odd ones, like Boston Creme Pie and whatnot, haha.

I got so emotional right along with Stef when she was talking about how grateful she was. Thank you so very much for taking us along with you on your journey Stef!
So happy 😍 seeing you emotional brought a tear to my eye ❤
Oh my gosh you can already see such a difference.
wow you are so beautiful!
so happy for you!!!
and your mom is so adorable!
the way you say 'mama' makes me wanna cry it's so sweet
The fact that her mother is SO supportive just makes me so happy and reminds me of how caring my own mother is.
I'm so glad you're not in pain, I was wondering what the dark line under your nose is?
Unknown Geek i think its some stitches?
Unknown Geek it is stitches from the lip lift
I started crying like a baby when you teared up! I'm so excited for you, and you look so beautiful!!! Stay strong!
it actually made me cry seeing your face all bruised up and swollen and i feel like you're in so much pain it makes me so sad but also so happy im so proud of how far you've come with your transition you are such an inspiration to so many others i love you never stop being you xx
Hope your recovery goes well @Ischizzle :D
lschizzle I had a septoplasty and tonsillectomy a few years back and it hurt!! I am so glad that is over. They put these really big plastic stents in my nose and I think having those pulled out was the worst thing. At the time it happened I convinced myself if my septum ever goes back to being crooked I will not be getting the surgery again just to avoid that pain.
oh sweet pea! you are so strong and brave! I CAN'T WAIT to see this next step in your journey. happy for you! 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚
I am so crazy happy for you. I teared up watching this. it's amazing how excited I can be for someone I have never met or talked to. Stef, really I hope you are just filled with love and joy!
