@@TwinSister1957 really in this video I didn’t see any homeless. The city of Santa Monica and Venice have to manage this it’ll kill the tourism business I’ve been there five times and it wasn’t too bad.Isn’t there an obligation to the business owners who are paying A large amount of taxes
