Great review, Kevin.
I like that your videos have continued to improve. Most importantly, your attitude has matured significantly which makes watching your reviews much more valuable. I get it, you’re blunt, but this style of review keeps your opinion honest while not sounding so arrogant. I like it! Will continue to follow your reviews due to your honest opinion, no BS approach.
1st con is the stop sale/recall. Dealers can't sell you one until Toyota resolves this driver curtain airbag issue.
My wife test drove both the tx and this one. We bought the TX.
Massive congrats! Could you please share with us some of the differences you noticed with the TX and GH?
@@MeynMotorGroup sure. First I have to say that which car we purchased was my wife’s decision, I didn’t try to influence her in any way. We went to see the Toyota first. They only had two in stock and they were black and dark blue , those colors are not my wife’s favorite. Her favorite color is Pearl white and tan interior so she got into the grand highlander and I noticed that she was not really excited, so we thank the sales guy and drove to Lexus, when we got to Lexus, they they had a white interior in the show room. The sales guy show her all the different features of the car. She took a seat on the drivers seat and she looked at me and said this is beautiful, This is the one I want. Do we I responded well why don’t you test right drive it so you are 100% sure. I was worried that the car was a little on the large size, but I ask her and she said that the car felt fine. After we purchase the car a few weeks later. I asked her the question. Why did you pick one over the other and what she said the Toyota felt too much like awork truck. She said it felt industrial. Also it helps that Lexus offers the Birch interior and she loves the light color. I see a lot of RUclipsrs making a big deal about the four-cylinder to which I asked my wife and she said oh I thought it was a six cylinder ?I think the RUclipsr focused too much on the performance side and they don’t take into account really who is the target audience of a particular car, when it comes to the TX, I would say that that my wife is the target buyers , and she does not even know what a turbo is.
Hope this helps.
Nice. Can you tell me what made you chose the TX? I got the GH. Mainly to avoid the Turbo. I would've preffered a V6 Hybrid over a 4cyl Turbo Hybrid.
@@AliSidTex she sat on both an liked the TX more. She said the GH felt like a work truck inside.
@@aross924 I had my mother in the GH and she said the same thing, if feels like a work truck inside lol 😂 can’t believe they both said the same thing
Best in class ❤👑
Nice Persols!
Why thank you my friend!
Best review channel ever. 👍👍
I'm humbled by that my friend thank you for your kind words!
Sunroof are nice but man if you keep car long enough the vinyl hoses that run on pillar shrink and eventually leak due to disconnecting from the exit connection portion. Nice video one question when that got me thinking when you mentioned the steering is one of my biggest concerns. Is how much play does it have or is it the way it feels when you mentioned steering. I ask due to having a Yukon with steering gearbox and it’s the worst feeling in the world having so much play and after replacing everything new you still have play. I test drove pilot 2025 and didn’t like it. Test drove Chevy traverse also nothing that stood out. Test drove Acadia I liked that one but the mpg isn’t as good as this car.
