Hi i abscond from my previous employer and when asking for experience letter they don't reply to my mail and even if i offer them to pay off thay deny it so i joined new company and make fake experience letter of that company but(appointment letter and salary slip are genuine ) so during bgv my previous employer saying that he will take legal action against me for fake experience (company is a startup ) what should I do
Start-up always do this also happened with me too. They never provided me salary so I quit the job and attended walk-in in HCL got selected but when I was asking abt experience certificate they totally ignored me. And I discussed this with my HR he said only offer letter and reliving letter is enough because I was a fresher with 5 months experience in start-up. You kindly talk with the HR or to the Manager regarding this issue but don't open up about fake experience certificate... they'll understand you and gives you a solution.

SOF is statement of fact to justify what have you done before joining the concern .
After filling the form within how many days you received resend that form again and can we again upload the details and Submit after that

When do we need to complete the online onboarding form.. I have 50 days left in my joining.. can we complete now or I need to complete before joining date. And joining will be online or offline from office. Please guide on this.
U can fill the form ambuj..if there is offline onboarding.. they will inform you before itself ..fill the form and wait for further updates.. All the best ambuj

In online onboarding mail I got offerletter and compensation structure to upload but where we should download compensation structure
1. In place of the offer letter.. upload total offer letter.
2. Compensation structure we will get in offer letter only , Annexure 1( compensation plan , we can see basic salary details ,this page and below page" Annexure 2 "upload this two pages from the offer letter, In the compensation structure.

I given three address in ionboard portal. It was asking last seven years. But bgv sent link to verify address. Im currently staying in address1, i given that. But my address 2 and address 3 are my past address. Im currently not staying there. What to do?

It will take some time athar...
Maybe a few weeks.. if u feel it's high time and they are not responding.. mail them regularly..and after completion of other steps like
Bgv , onboarding document ,e-sign process than it will show 100% ..

hello there...so my bgv was completed on oct 17 but till now i didn't receive offer letter or onboarding related mail..how days it will take?
U dint receive offer letter till now ? In my case with in 10 -15 days i completed onboarding process ie bgv and remaining onboarding process.
I think after receiving the offer letter, we will get an email for bgv pls refer to my previous video for more clarity.

@explore I'n candidate portal online onboarding last row is HCL tech onboarding when will be it's completed?
After bgv .. it will open ..and for completion it takes time.. e-sign has to complete.. if u reach e-sign. Then that is the last onboarding process..then after the profile also reaches ..100%. But it takes time.. can't tell exactly..
@@explore5 all is completed Monday i have on-boarding but last onboarding one field pending as hcl tech onboarding. Recruiter no response
They won't respond bro .light....Ok if e-sign is also completed..then just leave that.. and make sure u downloaded e-sign pdf..it may be useful further . i dont know after how many days they will update in portal ..and All the best bro .

I am experienced resource and updated my personal details on iOnboard portal. 50% completed as of now.
Now the next point is Offer letter initiation can you tell me after how many days after uploading personal details offer will be initiated ?
Within a week , yashoverman Singh...and can't tell exactly time .bcz for some people and based on location and based on resource requirements..they are providing offer letters..i think i am too late..hope u received offer letter..

In my case after the interview within 2 -3 days i got an offer letter and login credentials for completing the onboarding process .

Hi actually I selected hcl I have strucked in bgv upload documents I am unable to upload the documents by mistake without upload the documents I entered submitted button after that upload options and submit option is not showing how t rectify the issue , recruiter day by day extend the joining date because of documents not uploaded he saying how to upload the documents

In hcl discover portal bgv status showing completed but bgv team asking the documents and asking sof form what is sof form?
U will get sof form in smart verify portal..when u click on bgv it redirect to smart verify and there at top of page u will see sof document..i cleared share in my video.u can verify

@@harsh_36 actually I account got expired and I informed my hr . Then now my account got cleared with the help of tech team. I tried to change the password by using another mobile phone. U can try it by like that and change the password. User id is your registered mail id and the password was given in the mail.

2-3 days .. for some people less than one week.. but we can arrange it in 2-3 days .

If u get an offer letter and joining date,then leave it aside and enjoy this phase.. u r employment is conform.if there is any issue they will contact us . No problem..
2. I think we didn't get any mail or msg. But we definitely check to discover hcl at least 3-4 time 😀so no worries.. it will take time . I am like you . If they do something slowly..i used to write lots of mail.. at least one person called and informed, we are there to complete u r onboarding.. it will take some time so pls wait .. but i received this call at my last stage i think my profile persentage is 90 ..so don't worry..all the best Happy onboarding

Actually my joining date is September 15 but due to health problem i am not able to join on that day I asked them to reschedule it they told me working on that process till now I don't receive my joining date? Is it possible to hope for my joining date or not December is also came

can you tell me the difference between pre & post BGV in HCL
As per my knowledge...pre is before joining date and post is after joining date.. pre bgv is a mandatory step for everyone . And if they need any document and information or need to verify any documents again..they will do the post bgv process after our joining date .
In Ionboard portal, if we get Bgv status is completed means, it is final? But profile is showing still 60% so.
Yes Bgv is completed and the remaining 40% includes an online onboarding process... U can refer to my videos for more clarity..

1. Pre-joining Bgv ( for everyone)
2. Post joining (only if they require any specific documents they will ask to upload )
