Well, as a haver of both bronya and ruan mei, i must say ruan mei is a game changer tbh. At first I wanted sparkle for my DHIL but still got her (because she's so prettyyyyy) and yes, no regrets having her on my team. Farewell, Tingyun. May you rest in peace with a broken neck.

Same, I was team memories but damn after I saw how many characters need it I just couldn't afford it. It was actually easier getting her Sig than having multiple S5 memories LC

In regards to the Xueyi comps, one idea i had was to run her and ruan mei with Sushang! Since Xueyi has some anti-synergy with Ruan Mei, Sushang can fill in the space there and take advantage of the long weakness broken state, while Xueyi waits for enemy toughness to regen :3
If your compo is built as the usual hypercarry the anti sinergy happens. Otherwise the qua bomb is gonna hit hard

I just returned and got her. I lost every single DPS to 50/50 making my account saturated with support characters 😂 Now I am suffering from lack of DPS, hopefully Clara and QQ still carries my team

Funnily enough, I managed to pull Merlin when I rolled on his banner on a whim. Oberon came twice on his banner, but now Melusine is avoiding me so I have the supports but no DPS. Oopsie!
Honestly i think castoria is more fitting than merlin imo
@@emperortcgWas thinking the same thing, Merlin only buffs buster servants, while castoria is an overall support, though she focuses on arts servants.

Kafka main here:
Ruan mei’s pen res buff helps with landing dots. And her break recovery delay allows dots to trigger twice.
For DoT teams, ruan is absolutely broken because DoT teams benefit from ALL of ruan mei’s buffs

I noticed my Kafka and sampo doing so much more damage now ! I run huo huo, Kafka , sampo and Ruan mei basically like having two Harmony characters in one team it’s nuts

@@d-antgaming5866 imho I think sampo is bc in my experience he applies dots way faster and to all enemies not just a single , Luka can shine in boss fights tho bc he’s more single target focused and builds up bleed dots

I fully recommend using Ruan Mei with Yukong. The extreme crit rate, crit damage, and attack buffs she gives just boost damage off the charts. Yukong is SP-hungry though, but well worth it.

I loved weakness break efficiency in Simulated Universe and when I heard we can get it out of SU (even better stacking in SU), I had to get her.
I just went against the deer in su with ruan mei and he didnt even get a hit in. Because of ruan mei's technique in su the deer's first phase died immediately. shes cracked

If Ruan Mei have her signature light cone, and is paired with Huohuo, is it possible to consistently do ultimate every 3 turn?
Has anyone else noticed you can stack techniques entering battle? Did it on accident the first time.
Used Ryan Mei's technique then switched to a different character. I used silverwolf. It appears that they trigger simultaneously but both animations play at battle start.... The outcome of this was silverwolfs technique would break everything then Ruan Mei's animation would play. It might only be a simulated universe thing. Was able to start the Cocolia boss with the boss broken tough
I imagine her playing "at the doom's gate" with that instrument she's using.
I broke and rolled for E1 last day. It immediately shaved 3 turns off my MoC 12 run and got me the three star, holy cow!
finally got ruan mei after 80 pulls and seriously panicking about possibly losing the 50/50 omf and also managed to get welt on standard at soft pity,, looking forward to playing both w dr. ratio!

Came here to see the reccomended builds and love the "throw whatever you have at her as long as it reaches 180% break effect its okay). Ngl I was kinda lazy tor ead how her kit worked. And its great that the 4* LC is so good in her, I wish I got a couple more copies. As usual great videos!

@@basst7366Yeah so she has a Passive Trace that increases allies dmg by 6% (max 36%) for every 10% of Ruan Mei's break effect past 120%. It takes 6 stacks to max out, so 60% break effect after 120%, thus the need for 180% BE. However, she actually only needs to reach 160% break effect since she has a trace that gives everyone and her 20% additional break effect. A bit long but hope it helped!
ruan mei was my first try in getting a lightcone and i was succesful, not recommending it again, and overall shes boosted my jingliu to great heights. now i have my 2 teams with strong damage dealers.
Would Ruan Mei be good outside of simulated universe? I am focusing on a build that'll be buffing Jingliu but majority of the time I'm not even breaking enemy toughness just using Jingliu to rough them down. Would Ruan Mei be worth it then? Because the team comps I could build would be..

got her, 2 tingyuns which I dindt had and 1 xuey in 50 pulls, now I should save for future banners right? got 6k~ jades left (I'm new player)
I prefarmed her relics like a month back for the 3 turn Ult rotation and 180% BE with 150 speed. Still came to watch the video because they are hilarious. Also got E6 Xueyi, may build her later after I beef my Clara for pure fiction. Probably will run with Jing Yuan. Idk how Jingliu/IL/Seele will work on pure fiction
would you also recommend break effect on the rope instead of energy regen? or is she lacking that much energy regen that its needed. Cuz its kinda hard to reach 180 break effect without it and LC
Waited for her since Topaz and got a 50/50 win but sadly i lost on the LC so i hope i get LC before the banner ends! Also really thankful for the guides even though i played this game since the start, i need these guides to help my indecisiveness XD
Both extensions of Simulated Universe (Swarm Disaster and Gold and Gears) might help you a lot, both of them give a huge amount of stellar jades :D

Ok, let's see what all this is about. started watching this video .......... all I can say is most of the explanation went above my head. Bronya and Asta were essential for my teams to beat the current MoC...I just really needed Asta's huge speed boost and Bronya's Advance Forward and Cleanse. I don't think Ruan Mei will be a huge improvement in replacement of them, even with all her buffs.
I am going to try Ruan Mei and Welt together in a team to see if I can prevent enemies from moving for half a century. I'll probs have to wait a little while tho coz I still gotta build my Erudition units for Pure Fiction.

Luka has become my main damage dealer, he benefits from Ruan Mei so much. Clara, Fu Xuan, Luka, and Ruan Mei is a surprisingly OP combination

If i dont have memories of the past LC, but only s2 meshing cogs should i still use it? Or is it better to go for other 4* lc options
I play Ruan Mei, Xueyi, Jingliu, and generally Huohuo but any support works here it leaves all the other Supports free for my second team- Bronya, Tingyun, asta, pela, and Xueyi's sister (forgot her name ngl) I'd play Huohuo or Fu Xuan as the forth but planning the second team takes precedence
Good Lord, Ruan Mei sounds busted. Really glad I got her within 20 pulls even if it means I don't get Xueyi. Also, for ramen, try Shoyu.

16:20 yup. Dot got the most buff out of Ruan Mei. Break is significantly strong with Dot units.

Ye it is less worth. After 180, just find speed/effect res/hp/def
I got her on the 50/50 but i have motp at e1 and no meshing cogs because I destroyed them all for that pitiful amount of xp not thinking id ever use a 3 star cone lol. I usually only pull for dps limited cones so guess i just wait on cogs.

I'm think RM, Twitter, DR L, and super-fast Welt for the perma break team. Obviously only works for IMG weakness.
I somehow feel like JY gives way much more DMG with bronya and tingyun
