How to make any cookies with one dough| Easy cookies recipe | only one dough [ASMR]

4 different types of cookies by one dough. Learn how to make quick and easy cookies with Easy Baking, from now on you don’t have to spend money on cookies any more.
▶️Ingredients: for about 40 cookies
▪️Main dough:
170g unsalted butter (room temperature)
90g sugar
150g brown sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
280g flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
2g baking powder *
2g baking soda *
▪️Chocolate chip cookies:
90g semi sweet chocolate / chocolate chips
5g flour
(0.5g baking soda + 0.5g baking powder if not add in the main dough)
▪️Matcha cookies with white chocolate chips
70-90g white chocolate chips
5g matcha powder
(0.5g baking soda + 0.5g baking powder if not add in the main dough)
▪️Lotus biscoff cookies
5g flour
Some marshmallows
(0.5g baking soda + 0.5g baking powder if not add in the main dough)
▪️Chocolate cookies
5g cocoa powder
Some marshmallows
(0.5g baking soda + 0.5g baking powder if not add in the main dough)
*add 2g baking soda and 2g baking powder in the main dough before dividing it into 4 small dough, if not you can add 0.5g baking powder and 0.5g baking soda into each small dough.

*cho 2g bột nở và 2g baking soda vào phần bột chính trước khi chia bột làm 4 phần, hoặc có thể cho 0.5g bột nở và baking soda vào từng phần bột nhỏ.

Yes.If u dont use those your cookies can’t rise, and become flat. You can just use one or the other, but combine both baking soda and baking powder will give u the best cookies 😉😉😉
