The ladyfingers are tough....the melindros are tender.

hot water below the bowl won't kill the bacteria that causes salmonella...you had to put the mixture on the pan set to low heat and just make sure to keep mixing it.

Do not use honey people. It’s going to alter the taste of tiramisu too much and ruin it. Only use it if you absolutely can’t use regular sugar.
