Would you PLEASE do a video on working with bowed legs?! I find fifth position especially difficult, a video would mean the world. Loved the video, so helpful as always :)
Hey Claudia, I just wanted to say that you are so inspiring. I used to dream of dancing and I used to always watch your videos. Now, I have been dancing competitively for 8 months and I have also had pointe shoes for about 3 months! Your videos have really helped me to become stronger and become a better dancer. I love to work hard on dance and I love watching your videos to help me do that. You have given me so much inspiration and I just want to say thanks! 💕💕
Hey Claudia!! I am a ballroom dancer who started ballet at 2 and when I turned 13 I switched over to ballroom, but I’m still training in ballet. I just want to say that your videos have helped me so much and your advice and tips have helped me in both worlds. Keep being amazing!!
Can you do a video on how to do fouttues on pointe as I get really scared when it comes to pointe I find your tips really helpful could you make a video ?
Thanks for another great video. You are a beautiful dancer with a great personality! I love how you share your knowledge and experience. And I think it's so awesome that you read the comments! Good luck with all your new endeavors!! ☄️
You can get interval timer apps that you can set to cycle however you want. It will buzzer at each change. That way you don’t have to worry about the lap function and you can focus on the exercise
I love this! Definitely will be using for my next class, I've always been lost on what to do before class to warm up and be stretched and ready but not overstretching or tiring myself out! Thankyou Claudia
Wow, that last tip was so useful for me because I also have issues getting that inner muscles activated. I’m gonna incorporate it for sure everyday to my warm up
Thankyou for the great video!! I just found out about your Class with Claudia Deluxe, Congratulations on this achievement! 👍🥳🥰🤗 LOTS OF LOVE FROM PERTH! 💋
Hi Claudia, I've only been dancing for just over 18 months and I love ballet so much and I am hoping to go to a ballet school for college. Do you have any tip for the auditions? Also I love you're videos I find them really helpful thank you xx
Gorgeous work!!😎Thank you Miss Claudia for your pointers and sharing your Royal Ballet warm up techniques cannot wait to try btw I love the top is it available for purchase??💖
I’ve always struggled with my calf muscles when I used to dance and even when I walk and it’s incredibly painful, I’d definitely recommend acupuncture or seeing an osteopath for muscle help if you’re struggling x
Hi! Thanks for your advice. I'm not a classic dancer but I do pole dance from a years. And I always have a trouble with that split that you showing.. I have the middle without any problem but not that and the usual exercises doesn't help.. Have you any special advice or exercises to show me? Would be awesome.. And thanks!
I’m never going to ever be a ballerina, I’m a 29 year old chubster but there is something really entertaining in watching what you do! I just sat and watched a whole 13:50 of exercises I’ll never even do 😂
It’s never too late to start! There’s a 50 year old lady in my studio who just started pointe. I’m 24 and I only started a year ago. There are people there in all ages and shapes and at different levels. The only thing that matters is if you enjoy it :)
I think there are ways to correct your legs (I think in your case they would be called X legs). You should probably get some correction done. It might help a lot
Hello Claudia, I ordered one of your leotards, black licorice, to be exact. I got a size medium, that is what I where in literally everything. It came two sizes too small. I had ballet classes starting the third this month and lucky for me my mom ordered another leotard in case yours didn’t deliver on time. Anyway, I was wandering if we could exchange it for an extra large? The cost to ship it back is going to cost more than the actual leo, so I was curious to see what could be done to make this right without costing us an arm and a leg. Thank you, ❤️ from Texas.
Do you have any tips for healing posterior impingement ? We have been to two physios who did acupuncture and mobility but neither have worked x I have a vocational exam in four weeks and need to be back on pointe x
Mia Bovis I have had this in the past!!! I healed it through not dancing, massaging it every day, rolling it out every day, eating a very anti-inflammatory diet, rubbing arnica on it, and not pointing my foot for weeks at a time. I bought a brace to help me keep my foot held flexed. I also had gentle physical therapy exercises to strengthen it. Hope this helps! I understand your frustration.
I'm so sorry to hear about your injury. -It's so hard when you've worked towards a vocational exam and then hit a challenge like this so close to the exam date. Do you really really really have to take the exam this time around? Or can you give your body time to heal and take the exam in a later session...I know for sure it's not what you want to do but maybe just think about it. Sometimes a postponement of plans is ok.
just me! I think I’ll push through it x I’ve started dance in September after nine years of elite gymnastics because I realised I couldn’t get as far as I’d want and I’ve managed to push through missed breaks in my wrist and hand before x I will rest up until my exam and just go for it x Thank you though x
Hi ! I have been talking with a friend, we both do ballet, but at a little level, and we were saying that the problem with all the videos we find explaining how to improve our flexibility, arabesques, développés...are done with girls who already know how to do them, so that's not really helping us. Couldn't you do a video for beginners with an actual beginner and give tips to improve ourselves ? Thanks
Hey is there anyone who has started ballet classes at age 28? I also have a kido.. I am quiet flexible...but definitely don't have a body like you..I am only worried about the feet...
i wouldnt worry too much. ballet is for everyone! some ballet dancers have different bodies just because their joints have been molded as they grow. no matter what, you can do ballet!
1. headphones
2. getting warm by jogging for 30 seconds and sprinting for 20 seconds
3. foam roller - roller your back
4. golf ball - roll your calf (30 seconds each leg)
5. back stretch - use a theraband and secure it on one foot, then grab it by the opposite arm and stretch your back
6. splits stretch - thirty seconds on foam roller over splits and 20 seconds without roller

How do I get higher extensions in my ronde De jambes and arabesques?
I feel like fast kicks would help hold your arms in a T motion and just kick to the side as high as you can for how many sets you can
