I just got back from Capetown over the weekend just loved loved it can’t get enough of South Africa 🇿🇦 thank god it’s just a 2 hour flight form Zambia 🇿🇲

As a Joburger, I agree you barely scratched the surface in terms of the many different things you can do in and around the city. You def need to come back multiple times to cover everything, one love brother 🇿🇦

Thanks. You could live wherever you want, however the crime rate is extremely high, so you'll need to educate yourself.

@Hlinela100 I move appropriately through the city, so i've never experienced any crime thankfully. I always tell people that if you use basic street smarts, hopefully you'll avoid drama.
@lifestylepretoria9181 It's 2024. All it takes is a simple google search to look at statistics and crime rates provided by the SA government. But that shouldn't stop a person from visiting. It just means you should be aware and cautious. Many cities in my country also have high crime rates, but that doesn't mean people shouldn't visit. Joburg is one of my favorite cities, but you'd have to be a little delusional to not see that the crime rate is high.

Not yet. There VISA process is a bit tricky...but i'll get there sooner or later.

They have different options, but the one I did was $20 US.
Where do you go to exchange money?
I don't. I just use my debit card at the ATM and get money out. However you can exchange money at any money exchange bureau.

Please never say again a South African club plays Afrobeats. We don't play that music here but we play South African House Music and Amapiano except for a 1 odd song or two of Afrobeats but not up to 5 or 10 songs of that type of music. If you want to offend South Africans you must call our house music Afrobeats.

Yes. I've been to many clubs throughout South Africa and have made RUclips videos on them....and they all played Afrobeats from Nigerian artists.

Unfortunately the crime rate does not make South Africa a good destination.
Even with the crime rate, it's still one of my favorite cities 💯
