J.T. is stabbed at a party at Emma's house.

Same with Adam. There are other ways to write off a character than killing them off.
The feels .. the complete and utter feels. I am traumatized what .. 12 years later. I could barely tolerate another degrassi episode after this. This scene still impacts me today.
I remember when this episode premiered me and my friends always had Degrassi night and we all screamed and sobbed when JT got stabbed. I still remember the sound of Liberty screaming. We did not believe JT was gonna get killed off, he didn’t deserve to go out like that.
I couldn’t believe it when he actually died. I was as shocked as Toby and the rest of them!

I remember watching this the night it aired in January '07. I was a Senior in High School. That was so messed up what happened to JT. And to think 2 years before this people were crying over Jimmy getting shot, but his incident is no comparison to this.

I went to summer camp with this guy who wanted to audition for Degrassi. Couple years later, he’s playing Johnny DiMarco.
