People always say One Piece is so random, it's a serious random though, and I enjoy that, because then, it's not predictable, and everything is a surprise, and not predictable, for instance, every badguy is unique in not just personality, but powers as well, and so on so forth, and THAT'S what makes One Piece the best anime EVER!

please don't stop it because of pacing or something you don't like. One Piece get better with more episodes, the plot is amazing and brilliant written, so please hold on and watch it, if you watched 517 episodes (timeskip) you will see, that it was worth it :) I also like the timeskip, but you can't really say something about, because there were only 2 arcs and now it's the third arc of the timeskip but now it's getting reeaaally DARK Q_q and sad...
***** on episode 60 now i love it so far well yea the animations are not that good .. well understandable its from 1999 or something like that hopefully it gets better soon (:

some people are hired to make amvs, therefor they have no experience on how to make it look good, this guy actually made it one of the epicest amvs ive seen, i don't really recall any good bleach/naruto shippudden amvs being this good , so yeah :D eithere he really likes the anime and turned it good bcz he's a fan, or he has raw talent at making amvs
One Piece isn't good for their totally bad ass characters, nor is it awesome because it has epic battles, nope, it's epic and fantastical awesomness simply because it's been going for 7+ years and still manages to throw me through a loop, hogtie me, and kick me in the ass and say "Didn't see that comin' did ya?"
Shame how it ended with the "To be continued" was pretty awesome up 'til that point. The beginning with the Manga Scrolling behind Sengoku and The Admirals and The White Beard Commanders was fantastically done imo...

Also all those three times Luffy couldn't hurt Smoker which is why he ran away. Smoker is classed as a minor character by the author himself, there is no way he can be Luffy's rival. He was only included to introduce the idea of Logias to the show
This is like my favorite song and One Piece is my favorite show/anime/manga/thing ever created and now they wer put together into one almighty AMV this is by far the most EPIC thing I have seen in a while.

@jesusenthusiast The reason is because Toei animation stretches out the anime. It feels like Luffy took forever to get to Ace, but I still liked the way they did it. The scene when Luffy and Ace are in the flames was animated very nicely. What is to come this Sunday will be awesome. What I love about One Piece is that all the characters have their sense of "Justice." Not a single anime out there is like that. There is only Good and Evil without the gray area One Piece has.
@iain1220 Monkey D. Garp if you are talking about the one that was crying. He was the one that took Ace in when his dad, Gol D. Roger requested him to do that before he died. So you can call him his step-grandfather.
@RyuLoki actually Luffy does blow air into his bones. That's why the technique "Gear Third Bone Balloon" has its name. The air does go into his lungs though
@TheCR155 Also Smoker's speed is top notch, his skin might not glow purple but neither does Kuma. Smoker is plenty fast, and Smoker can use the smoke to sneak up or hide himself. And he has a seatone, which is pretty much the darkness fruit for noobs. If he catchs Luffy with that then Luffy will be unable to use his fruit. And all this stuff is what he had "prior" to this. Smoker is a reoccuring RIVAL of Luffy. He isn't just some Arlong who he surpasses and leaves behind.
