If it isnt broken do try to fix it dingus, just because something is cheap it doesnt mean that its bad, and neither does something being expensive means its good
For simply swapping the ram if the pc boots then it simply did it. However, it may run at the correct speeds and it may not. Open task manager and see what the speeds are. When I went to 32gb of ddr4 3200 it was set at 2666 out of the box so I went into the bios and if your motherboard supports it like mine did I went to turn on xmp then found the memory section where I set it to auto but you can adjust to whatever it has available. I bought an ROG prebuilt that was running at 3200 out the box but had to have xmps turned on for other ram. I know some prebuilts don't even have the ability to xmp in the bios and you get screwed. Other tip would also be to do some research on your motherboard/cpu because if you buy let's say ddr4 3600 it may not even be supported at that speed so why pay extra if it only takes 3200?
Bro your simple chill and a good RUclipsr keep it up but at the same time your grateful your a really good RUclipsr don't forget me when you get famous Keep it up! 👍
Bro just do what i did… i did a 600$ down payment with affirm and bought a 2 k worth prebuilt .. came with the rtx 3070 ti and i fucking love this thing .. plus you get a chance to up your credit with affirm now affirm gave me a 1,500 $ spending power on credit .. it was worth it for me
I’ve had a pc for about 3 months so I’m still new to it all, what does this upgrade do for your pc? Better frames, faster loading times? Or just more storage?
Timings , MHz is how fast it receives info from your cpu , faster ram can get you better fps and less stutters but your cpu has to be able to handle it , also matters how many gigs , bottom line is 16gb most people just get 32gb ,
I upgraded my ram and now my pc is slow as shit... it takes like t minutes to download 3gb where as before it would do it in less than a minute. Any solutions for this issue?
That doesn’t effect your internet speed lol 😂 it’s a minuscule difference, 3200 or 3600 isn’t noticeable, 5600 or 6000 isn’t either , sounds like you ran out of memory or you left it at the factory speed
A little tip for gamers! ram megahertz (MHz) does not affect the gameplay. And cheap ram is actually better cause it’s literally the same parts/quality
Surely it's better off unplugging the wires before putting the new ram in! Either way, great video, I am soon having an upgrade and know what I'm doing but always love a video to help.
No dude it’s not plug and play it doesn’t work like that , i don’t know why this dude is giving false information, you go to make the change in the bios for the speed or else with will run at factory speed
i have a suck pc and i wanna upg it just for gaming bc it always crash even the roblox lol i cant even play cod what parts should i change i only have like 80$
This video is actually rly good why are you so underrated?
Thank you! Trying to grow
he legit cuts out the part where you take it out wonder how many people snapped a pin because of that little cut he put in the video
Cheapest ram you could find...right, but it's white to fit your rig and has rgb....you know what "cheapest ram I could find" mean?
English?

Does the cheapness of the ram really affect stuff?
You are the goat for not gate keeping your build🗿 Also that budget build on your Amazon list is legit
What are the white light lines on the bottom and on the side?
Either its for aesthetic or it is highlighting where the water cooling is
What do you have to do after? Or does the RAM automatically change to the new ram. Do we have to go into bios or anything?
I have the same question
I want to know too but I'm too lazy to find the answer myself
@@Uzui_Tengen haha same
you should always check bios sometimes it doesn’t use the marketed speed

Man I wish I had money for a PC. PC parts are so damn expensive right now.
