When I first started watching I thought your better half just rode along did paper work. That woman can outwork most people me included hats off to great helper
I appreciate how he highlights her contributions because it's easy for me to get annoyed at her constant harping on non-issues or unnecessary feedback, but it comes from a place of genuine concern and helps keep them all safe and successful.
I'm so impressed with the way the two of you interact as you work. Some couples can't change a light bulb with squabbling but you work so well with patience, humor, and more patience in tense and dangerous situations. The way you worked the angles on the box truck was kind of genius.
I've worked with my wife for many years too. There's nobody better to watch your back and keep things organized than your wife. You guys make a great team.
The more EA videos I watch - and I've watched a great many - the more I marvel at how Jeff and Kristen wield their little truck and its equipment with almost surgical precision to extricate vehicles from sometimes potentially dangerous predicaments that other companies shy away from, earning them the gratitude and admiration not only of the owners of those vehicles, but of the public at large. Wonderful stuff!
I never thought I'd like watching a channel about towing adventures. You guys have earned that Play Button! I'm happy when good things happen to good people! 👊💯
Jeff, just takes the man with the plan, and you definitely always have a great one 👍🏻, awesome job on that box van. Jeff, Kristen, and Kendra another fantastic week of videos 😊. From Kentucky.
Found the channel about 2 weeks ago and I have went down a major rabbit hole watching them all. You both are so genuine and true. Thanks for the great videos.
We will be there soon to check out the new lot and the updates! You two made the big box truck winch out look easy! Great editing Kendra and Elora. Great team work Jeff and Kristen!
The only help Y'all need when you're on a Job. You need help from God to keep Y'all Safe when working!! Love your RUclips channel and as Always I'm Praying for Y'all to be safe!!
Growing up I had a friend whose family owned a wrecker/towing company. I always found that that type of work interesting. In my lifetime I’ve had to call a towing company to have my truck hauled in to the shop and again when I accidentally locked my keys in my truck! 😁 LOL!!
I am a new sub, been watching for a bit and LOVE your channel. You both have a great heart and are so accommodating. plus you have an amazing skill. it's incredible that folks will risk their car being towed instead of just paying the parking fee.
My family is coming to the area in June and I’ll be sure to tell them, PAY TO PARK! Maybe we will see you and yours around town and hopefully we can take a picture at your new lot. 221 Newman Rd. In Gatlinberg. Thanks for all you both do. HAPPY NEW YEAR!👍✋✋
You two make everything look so easy. You're both awesome, hard-working, and great people. Keep being awesome! Love your videos. Thanks for the ride along.
Hey Jeff, my wife and I love watching your videos BUT 1 thing drives us nuts and We will tell you what it is and why. The thing is how often you say "Sorry", I'm sorry." Here's why, My wife took her truck to a mechanic's shop to address a problem. It was Friday almost closing time. She waited in there "waiting room" and the mechanic pulled her truck up onto the old "H" style car lifts. He came into the waiting room and asked if there was a trick to opening her hood so she went out to help him. The truck was about a foot off the ground and as she was showing him how to activate the latch, Another "mechanic" thought he would help and pushed the lever to lower the truck while they were opening the hood. The end of the H came down and she was able to jerk 1 foot out of the way but the lift crushed off her big toe and half of the 1 next to it on her left foot! It was closing time on Friday night and as they were waiting for the ambulance She, (Probably in shock) said several times "I'm Sorry" Knowing it was closing time and Friday. Now to the ending, There was a court case and se was awarded a money settlement for the loss of 1 and a 1/2 toes. Then the insurance company appealed it claiming that "Since she repeatedly said she was "SORRY" that she was partly responsible ! " The court agreed and the settlement was the cut in half ! So when we first got together one of the first things she told me was "STOP saying SORRY so much. Just thought I would pass it on to Ya. Love your videos. Stay safe.
What a great team you two are. I can't wait to come to Gatlinburg ,to meet you all, this summer ,you're so well respected , when I saw that box truck, crossways in the road I'm was thinking, Jeff and Kristan will get it out of there. No doubt in my mind. Have a great day
Most of us offroaders have switched from steel cable to synthetic. These days, when someone uses steel, everyone sort of scatters, expecting a high energy break. With the synthetic, it's so nice to not worry so much.
Nice to see your county provides porta 🚽 for drivers on bad roads ( the box van) 🤣🤣 Your area looks exactly like where I live in Wiltshire, England. Same roads too on the back roads, usually with ditches either side, great stuff guys, 👏🏻👏🏻🇬🇧
My husband James and I love watching your videos he was a truck driver for 26 years we like trying to analyze what they shouldn't have done or how you guys are going to get them out. God Bless keep up the good work Be safe.
Synthetic has a lot of great advantages. It does have a few draw backs. Steel has a few huge advantages, but a lot more draw backs. For the smaller vehicle recovery synthetics are the way to go. When you get to heavy recovery the steel is the way to go. Stay safe, keep putting the rubber parts back on the road.
"When you get to heavy recovery the steel is the way to go." I see you've never seen Pepe's Towing in Los Angeles use synthetics for heavy recovery, or Plaza Towing in Indio, California:
Love the video! I think it’s time to stock Big Red with all the goodies and maybe keep that at the lot or something to be able to swap easier. You seem to get a lot more need for Big Red when you are already out
At time stamp 1:00 Jeff, have you been doing burnouts in the tow truck again? lol Awesome job with the box truck as always.Best to everyone at Everything Autos!
He is Jeff, get new tires NOW. You two are too blasted important to not only your family but to us; your YTube family. Know you are busy but I know of a very special little one who is going to need the two of to spoil beyond imagination. Please!
Those tires have more tread than you think, its the way the camera/lighting is. Plus theres no way he would tow for police with bald tires or play all over those steep slippery mountain roads
We Will be down there in a few weeks hopefully get to meet you guys some how. No not by getting towed lol. Hopefully I just see you guys out eating or something.
What was the cause of the pickup ending up on its side? That was an impressive recovery on the box truck. Why do companies insist on sending those large heavy service vehicles up small curvy roads to sites with make-shift so called driveways? Anyway, once again great job you two. Keep yourselves safe, "we appreciate ya!"

How is that sweet baby girl?
Doing well! Getting big & hitting all her milestones!

That heavy box truck came out of that ditch in a smooth pivot just like a country dance move ! EA is the best !

I love how you two work together and just know what to do
You could put cardboard cutouts of you and Kristin for us to get pictures at the new lot.
What a great idea 😂 Best wishes from England UK 🇬🇧
I love listening to both of your voices 😊
There is always something to new to watch. You two are so enjoyable. Those mountain roads are so scary to me!

My brain looked at the truck across the rode and just thought well we won 't use this road anymore 😂 well done as usual! 🎉🎉🎉
Awesome job with that box truck! People sure do get into some weird predicaments!❤
You deserve applause for that box truck pull! You guys are great!
Y'all are so professional, I don't understand why you don't get headsets to communicate instead of shouting. I really enjoy your videos!!
That winch sounds like the Frankenstein monster when someone waves a flaming torch at him.
The new lot is looking good. We stopped by today on our way back home.
Very impressive on the box truck! Great team work!!!

I agree wholely with the last comment. Y’all are one great team. Keep the good work going.
Very awesome guys as always and entertaining watching you guys. Thanks for sharing and God Bless you guys.
You know whoever was driving the cube van must have needed some new pants after that mishap
Good job to the Everything Auto crew
I was wondering if they needed the porta potty that was there LOL

You two are great to watch and see how you work together. One question, have you ever had a job that didn't work out and made things worse?
Its cute how she has to play by play and stop after every suttle movement to make sure its ok and the guy is like lets just do it. Great teamwork.
Y'all's Attitude is Always Calm Cool and Collect.
Absolutely Wonderful Team work
What a great team you two are. I can't wait to come to Gatlinburg ,to meet you all, this summer ,you're so well respected , when I saw that box truck, crossways in the road I'm was thinking, Jeff and Kristan will get it out of there. No doubt in my mind. Have a great day

Wow!! That box truck winch out was amazing.
Maybe Matt would give you a big discount on his excellent "Matt's Recovery Rope" if you promoted or named it in your videos.
Great job, bravo ❤

That box truck was a mess, good job 👍

He just put new tires on 2024. And they are nice looking tires.
