I don't know, I would NEVER want to try to do that with such a large RV AND A TRAILER! Nope! I'm just too old for that stuff! LOL! Great job, Jeff and Kristen!
In the 90's a HS friend of mine stole a road sign for Boogertown Rd. He put it on his sister's bedroom door as a prank. Let's just say, his mom was not impressed and made him take it back! lol
I don't understand why you rent an RV then a rent a cabin in the mountains and try to park in those crazy driveways. Maybe tow a car behind the RV and then drive the car to the rental cabin.... Jeff and Kristen, another great video. Thanks Kendra as well. Stay safe. 🙏🙏🙏♥️♥️♥️
My daughter and her family rented a cabin in this area for a week...I'm so proud of her driving skills especially with living in Florida for the last several years...Jeff your skills never cease to amaze me and your patience...stay safe as always in these thar mountains 😁
I worked for U-Haul for many years and have an extensive amount of towing knowledge and experience. Whoever set him up with that set-up for a drawbar and ball wasn’t experienced or didn’t care to do it right. They should have asked some questions then sold him an extended drawbar, and flipped it upside down, then mounted the ball on a rise. Then he wouldn’t be into the ground with any of it.
I’m always impressed at how well you keep your patients with people Jeff. The jobs you have to do. I lived in that area for 15 years and wonder what people were thinking (or weren’t) as we drove by them. Thanks for what you do. Keep up the good work.
I wouldn’t dream of driving an RV that size much less one with a trailer around those narrow single lane roads back up the those steep Gatlinburg hills!! Unbelievable! 🤓
Hey Geoff, as you know I myself MA Towing, and Recovery OPERATOR I always look forward to your own perspective on how you’re going to handle each recovery. So that said, but this particular recovery that you have done it has come to my attention that I really think you should Get yourself involved in some type of training courses for those that interested in becoming a Towing and Recovery operator! Because you, my dear friend, are extremely very well at describing each, and every single small detail with every detail that is needed for a successful recovery to be done safely and professionally as you show in each, and every single video with you guys! I always look forward to your video as I continue to recover from my near fatal , massive stroke. Be safe out there!
Every time you all winch, I catch myself leaning forward, almost holding my breath, just so invested in your work. I appreciate you sharing your days with us.
Awesome. I’ve had a question for the 2 of you , I wanted to ask for a long time. Did the 2 of you go to The College of Angles for Tow Truck Drivers? If so, I imagine you aced that class with a Masters degree. I had a head ache for holding my breath for so long. Jeff and Kristen , you are the best in your class. God Bless you both. I just love how you both communicate and work so well together. 🫶🫶😇🙏❤️😇🙏🇺🇸
Ive never heard of Gatlinburg before living in the West and all, but now I kind of want to go, beautiful scenery, mountains, will be sure to bring some cash because I park like crap. Lol, just discovered your channel and really like it!!
Flatlanders!!! That is what they are called in Vermont and New Hampshire. Judging from the length of drag on the trailer foot,,, Moe was driving,,,, Momentum. Haha.
Omg! I honestly thought that the Uhaul was going to turn over and roll down the Mt. Yall are amazing at how you finish each others thoughts on what to do next. Still makes me wonder why people think you can park in those low-lying driveways! Keep doing what you are doing!
Whew! This one sounded like it wore Jeff out. I wonder sometimes why folks think they can maneuver rigs like that just anywhere in those mountain roads. Of course the teamwork you two display gets the job done once again. Keep safe EA Team!
Every time I see the intro and see Jeff messing around on the back of the truck I laugh my ass off, because it looks remarkably similar to an “adult” swing. 😂
You would think that if it starts scraping you would stop immediately. What a job getting that uhaul! I was holding my breath when you were turning it and the hitch was so high in the air. Great job!
Hello from Canada! Made my kids day with a new video! We love your videos and can’t wait for new ones! The kids go through all the older ones waiting for the new ones! Keep them coming!
Made the mistake once of disconnecting a small U-Haul trailer like that from a SUV. The trailer wasn't loaded "that heavy" but man that tongue weight was more than two of us could handle...! Found a neighbor with a dolly jack like you used and lifted it that way. Never again..! Wow!
That looked a little difficult there getting them out but like every other time you guys get it done in the end. Awesome recovery guys. God Bless You Guys Too..
Hi Jeff, I use to work at UHaul I know for sure that the safety chains are supposed to be crossed. Right side to left and left to right to the towing vehicle. That is just in case the trailer comes detached from the ball the tongue of the trailer is held up from going nose down into the ground. It is just a safety issue. Not telling you how to do things😊. LOL Love watching you and Kristen. Like you say if your in Gatlinburg if your not paying to park, your doing something wrong! Love you guys! Please be safe!
My dad always wanted a wheel mounted under his hitch for just this reason. We never got stuck in years of running around in a thirty foot motor home, but oh baby! The stories! But good times. Salt River canyon sticks out in my memories.
Great outing tonight on that one. I had fun as usual. That one took a little head scratching, but you all had that RV and U Haul taken out and put away nicely! Also, nice work on all the past snow vidoes. Loved your voice over on some last videos, Kendra! Later.👍
I am so favorably impressed with how clean and shiny you keep Mighty Lil' Blackie. Everything from Blackie's windshield, gleaming silver wheels and truck bed, and ebony paint all look great. What's more is how nice you keep all of your rigging and equipment. That covered blue and black wheel strap (?) from Bailey's looks brand new. Your jack is kept so clean with that custom cover designed and sewn my Kristen. Very professional, EA ! You put the other tow companies out there to shame by comparison.
I stay very clear of motorhomes that say "Cruise America" on them. I am grateful that they mark them so well - not sure if this is to help warn the public that there is a rookie driver at the wheel or to advertise their brand. Did you check inside the trailer to see if they had any 55 gallon drums of Heroin suspended in liquids? Here in Oregon the cops found a U-Haul truck with an amazing payload of such.
I'm surprised that they drove all the way into the driveway the way they did. It might have been a better idea to park at the top, unhook the trailer and pull it to the side. Oh well, great video as always!
this is ronnie and candy from knoxville we meant once at your house this cabin you pulled the camper and u haul is ronnie's brothers that was fun and to watch
Jeff and Kristen, that was definitely an awesome towing job, my hats off to anyone that can drive big vehicles in those mountains, for me the Gatlinburg inn please lol 😂. Jeff, Kristen and Kendra have a great weekend, it’s been an awesome week of adventures 👍🏻. From Kentucky 😊.
Nice Scrap in the driveway, no way they can blame y'all for that one lol 😂 definitely someone who hasn't driven with a trailer much unless they were on flat ground, good job Jeff, Kristen,
Great job of getting g the trailer and RV out. When you rehooked the trailer the safety chains should have been crossed to make a saddle for the tongue to fall in should it come unhooked.
I watched your video talking about fixing your VW. My ex and I had one . I loved it except the heat is air movement. If you had to stop in cold weather, the air wasn't moving through the radiator . This caused the windshield to fog up. By the time the light turns green, they were so fogged up that you could hardly see. I recommend you have an alternate defrost source.
That ain't no problem! Getting it out is gonna be the problem! 🤣Nuttin' but a thang for the PROS at EA! That flimsy strip of metal is ornamental but identifies as a bumper...Dude did a decent job for an amateur backing that trailer, the short ones are the worst. Great rescue, Y'all ROCK!
Definitely an interesting one. Had to rewind a few times but I'm pretty sure the camper levelers (camper jack on the passenger side rear) was part of the problem also. Good job ya all .
If the area wants to be a vacation destination with cabins on the side of the mountains, the powers that be need to require stricter standards on road width and access to the cabins.
Hope that UHaul was empty if not watch out opening the door...was quite a high lift....still a great job Jeff, although some damage to driveway, but minimal
Ive never in my life driven an RV or pulled a trailer. But i took 4th grade science and would have taken one look at that driveway and went “welp, we are not getting this thing in there” Hell, id be a bit leery driving a 4wd car down that incline. Duh!
Not sure if the UHaul twist or no crossing bothered me more. There’s a catch under to shorten instead of the unsafety twist Guessing they couldn’t but years of other idiots burying the ball my first thought was drive the pin out and put it back in after he pulls or backs out
They really should have left the RV and trailer in one of the paid lots since they had a second car with them and just used the second car to transport everyone up to the cabin.
After watching your videos, Gatlinburg is off of my bucket list.
I don't know, I would NEVER want to try to do that with such a large RV AND A TRAILER! Nope! I'm just too old for that stuff! LOL! Great job, Jeff and Kristen!
You all are always so kind to people when they are feeling bad about getting stuck somewhere crazy.
Kristens knowledge of (physics) towing just amazes me. She does such a great job, and she and Jeff make a wonderful team. Love these videos!
I’ll second that opinion. 😁
That’s what we said.
Exactly! Well done Jeff & Kristen! Jeff, you sure married UP🤩
Pretty sure Jeff took over on the Uhaul trailer.
Once again, I have to say, Jeff, you are a hero and with Kristen by your side there’s nothing the two of you can’t do together. Great job!
Crazy how I hold my breath when you two are trying to get drivers moving in the right direction. Great teamwork.
I'm so immature, every time he says Booger town road I giggle a little. 🤭
In the 90's a HS friend of mine stole a road sign for Boogertown Rd. He put it on his sister's bedroom door as a prank. Let's just say, his mom was not impressed and made him take it back! lol
Your not alone, and I'm 68yrs old...😅🤣😆😎
I'm from Tennessee. We call spooks/ghost boogers. Don't let the boogers get ya!
My husband doesn't hear well and kept saying Booker. I holler BOOGER..Jeff said BOOGER..
Grandkids thought it was hilarious..😊
😂😂
I don't understand why you rent an RV then a rent a cabin in the mountains and try to park in those crazy driveways. Maybe tow a car behind the RV and then drive the car to the rental cabin.... Jeff and Kristen, another great video. Thanks Kendra as well. Stay safe. 🙏🙏🙏♥️♥️♥️
I get the feeling none of these people knew what horrible driveways they were coming to. They look like such a nightmare to me.
My daughter and her family rented a cabin in this area for a week...I'm so proud of her driving skills especially with living in Florida for the last several years...Jeff your skills never cease to amaze me and your patience...stay safe as always in these thar mountains 😁

Jeff and Kristen just wanted to say thank you for taking a few minutes and chatting with my wife and I today. It was a pleasure to meet you
I’m always impressed at how well you keep your patients with people Jeff. The jobs you have to do. I lived in that area for 15 years and wonder what people were thinking (or weren’t) as we drove by them. Thanks for what you do. Keep up the good work.

And I thought I was the only one that does that. 😊
Me too!
Definitely hold my breath.

It's nice to have someone you can bounce ideas to and she can give you her thoughts. It works so well with you two.
Hello from Jamaica 🇯🇲, did the back of thar trailer realy say "Easy to tow". I found that funny
“Does he need any help?” No- I think you’ve done quite enough, thanks. 🤣
Haha.
In Wisconsin, we call folks from Illinois flatlanders.....
I got a chance to say hello in person today! What a joy to stop by and say, "Boo!" 😊
crossing the safety chains is the proper way to hook up a trailer
Hello Everything Auto appreciation club ❤ Best wishes from England UK 🇬🇧 👋👋
Omg! I honestly thought that the Uhaul was going to turn over and roll down the Mt. Yall are amazing at how you finish each others thoughts on what to do next. Still makes me wonder why people think you can park in those low-lying driveways! Keep doing what you are doing!
Kristen is the beautiful brains and Jeff is the brawn.

@@SRKIMMIE Ontario here, eh!
I’ll continue to stay at a hotel the main strip, preferably In Gatlinburg! Great video!

Cross The Safety Chains!

I didn't think about drugs, my mind went to illegals when they talked about going from Texas to Florida and back. 🤷
Oh dear God, Florida tags again... Jeff you need a sticker on your truck that says "President, Florida Rescue Squad".
😂
That was definitely a predicament they got themselves into. Jeff and Kirsten to the rescue! Did an awesome job as usual!!
😊
I'm surprised that they drove all the way into the driveway the way they did. It might have been a better idea to park at the top, unhook the trailer and pull it to the side. Oh well, great video as always!
You both are amazing. So calm…..
you guys just amaze me on what you can do!!!! you are awesome together.
i wouldnt have driven that rig up that mountain or back down with that much weight nice to have met you guys at the lot when we were in gatlinburg
Jeff-Gyver did good on this one!!!
Jeff , He's the Man 😉.
Love that the back of the U-Haul says “Easy to tow”😂
this is ronnie and candy from knoxville we meant once at your house this cabin you pulled the camper and u haul is ronnie's brothers that was fun and to watch
Awesome job you guys!!! The whole time i kept saying "but whyyyy do they have an rv and a trailer in the mountains??" 🤔🤔 Lolol
That was a tough one very nice job team work at it's finest stay safe out there and God Bless thanks Kendra
"Easy to Tow" sign.... lol Camper needs a sign "Adventure Awaits"
Wow just wow!
The professional EA team gets things done and quickly. Thank you for the ride along. Keep being awesome from Colorado
Well at least they have a gorgeous view from the cabin
Kristen you have an eagle’s eye!👍🏼 👀
Nice Scrap in the driveway, no way they can blame y'all for that one lol 😂 definitely someone who hasn't driven with a trailer much unless they were on flat ground, good job Jeff, Kristen,
The RV and the trailer was both rentals so that's just a bad combination for an inexperienced driver.
Great job of getting g the trailer and RV out. When you rehooked the trailer the safety chains should have been crossed to make a saddle for the tongue to fall in should it come unhooked.
1:21 love this part thanks jeff. Magnificent voice
Another great job by the professionals.
That Godzilla V8 sounds awesome!
Gotta love the Voltron comment! 26:54
Hello Jeff and Kristen More great work by The Dynamic Duo God bless you both and stay safe
You made this look eazy!!!!!😁
That was crazy my friend. Love the Voltron’s reference.😂
Such a great team😊
That Little JACK, gets its Up ⬆️ & Downs ⬇️
Didnt they see the no getting stuck here sign? 🤠
Another great job guys! A big hello from the Adirondacks in New York!
WOW!!! Sure glad you all know what you’re doing, cause we’d never figure out what we were doing!!😂😂
It's a motorhome. Campers are the RV's that go in the bed of pickups.
Wow! To even take that camper on those narrow mountain roads is ridiculous!! Keep you busy and food on the table!!

Hi 👋 from Ontario 🇨🇦🇨🇦 you guys are the absolute best. Look forward to every single video.❤🎉🛻🛻
Great job guys.
If the area wants to be a vacation destination with cabins on the side of the mountains, the powers that be need to require stricter standards on road width and access to the cabins.
Jeff , you’re supposed to cross the chains on the trailer
great work
Brother and sister, throwing you a Like even before I watched the video!!
Great Job! Always professional!
Hey guys, that was a wild one. You all did a fantastic job, stay safe.
Wow I was nervous on that one. Great job!
Great job
Jeff you're a better person than me i would have declined the job as soon as i saw the pickle they where in.
Too cool.
Hope that UHaul was empty if not watch out opening the door...was quite a high lift....still a great job Jeff, although some damage to driveway, but minimal
In the mood 😂😂😂
HEY! Hello Jeff and Kristen!
How do you not hear that scrapping of the hitch?
How do you hear it and keep driving?
Ive never in my life driven an RV or pulled a trailer. But i took 4th grade science and would have taken one look at that driveway and went “welp, we are not getting this thing in there”
Hell, id be a bit leery driving a 4wd car down that incline. Duh!
nice deadpool reference in there lol
Hi guys!!! PAY TO PARK !
Colorado Springs uhail trailer. Live about 30 min away.
Not sure if the UHaul twist or no crossing bothered me more. There’s a catch under to shorten instead of the unsafety twist
Guessing they couldn’t but years of other idiots burying the ball my first thought was drive the pin out and put it back in after he pulls or backs out
Oops, guess that’s the older tongue without the slots. That sucks. I never accept that if I can avoid it
They really should have left the RV and trailer in one of the paid lots since they had a second car with them and just used the second car to transport everyone up to the cabin.
The "bumper" holds the sewage hose!!
It’s really not a bumper on back of rv that’s where the stinky slinky is stored
