Kristen is the hardest working woman on RUclips! She puts a lot of men to shame by working them under the table. You guys do a great job and the folks in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville should be happy they have you two.

Jeff you and Your Hard Working Wife Kristen did a EXCELLENT JOB get that Truck out of the Ditch and you didn't even have to tell her to get the Mud off the Road She just did it because she is a Hard Working Partner and it's a Shame when she can OUT WORK ALOT OF YOUNGER PEOPLE. All the rest of the Tow's you got She was right there giving you 100%. Keep up the Great Video's and Always be Safe out There.
Advice for Jeff, never make Kristen mad. Any woman that can use a shovel like she was, could bury you in the woods and join the search party looking for you.
Nice job on that F250, I was thinking it was a "hold my beer" moment. Until you gave the back story. Then I realized it was an "Oh 💩 " moment.

Kirsten…you rock! It is not easy being a female in a male dominated industry. People doubt your knowledge and ability. I owned and ran a landscape/design company for 23 years and people gave me a hard time…which, frankly just amused me. I climb trees, pruned and could cut stone faster than anyone. If you listen closely to Jeff and Kirsten’s conversations they discuss the possibilities and come up with a solid plan of attack. They work well together and talk to each other with respect. Go have a nice dinner together. Cheers to the EA TEAM!

Damn, they hit that ditch hard before coming to a stop. I can actually see how this happened. I would never worry once I seen you pull up at the scene. Where's there's a will there's a way, when you are on the job. Kristen under that truck working was impressive. She also done a wonderful job scrapping the mud off the road. I think I know why the cops were chasing him. Two TV's, a chest-a-drawer and something else. Kristen always has good ideas.
Living local (Gatlinburg) I get a kick when I drive around and recognize one of Jeff and Kristen’s “Rescue” spots. This one is like 500 yards from my home… Glades road, very popular, but if you don’t watch yourself and sneak over the 25mph limit, just a teeny mistake will end badly, especially the stretch this happened on. There’s a “Ditch Diver” every couple of months on Glades. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS! Our peaceful little town (yeah right) of about 4,000 receives about 15,000,000 visitors a year. J&K are helping to keep all our visitors smiling (well, not those who don’t pay to park) and coming back.
Great job w/ that 4x4.. But, just saying, that young Cop should have taken that shovel from Kristen and scraped that road as a gentleman. I know it's not his job. I would have done that. Not only to Protect, but to SERVE !! That's what it should be about.. You guys SERVE to the nth degree ! And we appreciate that SO MUCH !! HooAh ?

You guys should add a leaf blower to your truck. It would make the clean up go a lot faster than using a shovel.

I'm impressed on how little your little Dodge squatted while lifting that heavy Super Duty those things are not light. If I remember right you had auxiliary spring put under your truck. If you did they work.
That truck was stuck fast in the mud. Kristen you did a grand job of cleaning up the road - looked like tough work. That dealer was a nice guy but he is pushing his luck driving that distance with no tags. You all keep safe. Dave Birmingham England

We are planning a wedding in January in The pigeon forge ,Gatlinburg area, Any suggestions on a nice wedding chapel, And maybe a cabin rental for 10 people that's not gonna break the bank. Thank you.
Gatlinburg Little Log Wedding Chapel is a great location on Glades Road. Our daughter used The barn at Chestnut Springs and it is also a very nice spot. However most things are very expensive here in this area and I’m not sure about cabin rentals. Also another good spot is go onto Facebook and join East Tennessee wedding connection. Congratulations and see y’all soon.

Why do people involved in accidents take their keys? It's an all to common practice that continues to baffle after many decades in this business.
My cousin sold a car at Barrett-Jackson for $100,000 a few years ago. It was beautiful had won over a hundred awards.

I watched that male cop walk by while Kristen was shoveling mud off of the road and wondered why he didn't offer to help. She didn't need his help as she was doing a fantastic job but in the interest of clearing up the road faster, if there was an extra shovel around why not help?

When the police call you out to remove a vehicle that the owners abandoned do you get to tow it back to your yard so that you can collect the towing and recovery fees?
Great videos as always Jeff and Kristen. Just out curiosity why didn't you all take the roll back wrecker to get the truck and white suv in one trip, and are you legally allowed to release a vehicle with no registration on it. It could be stolen.
