You have really given me hope because i feel like for the pass couple of months i have fallen off track since having my vsg surgery but your words and food ideas have hopefully given me hope 😊
You didn’t fall off track, you’re just human !! Part of being consistent is knowing how to hold yourself accountable when you haven’t been doing what you need to be doing and getting back to it. You already know what you need to do and you will continue to be successful 💕💕💕

I enjoyed watching this. I am trying to lose some regain. I had my surgery in 2009. This was so helpful for incorporating protein into each meal. Will definitely be watching again.
The Nescafé Blonde Espresso is my fav. I’m definitely an iced coffee girlie and now I’ve gotta try mine this way. When you took that first sip I felt all of that 😂

Also....YES to leaving in the footage where the sauce didn't go your way and you moved on to "Plan B"....we don't know until we try and with many aspects of VSG we gotta keep moving to find what works! It wasn’t there before but I just added them to the home section of my storefront! The stirring spoon thing came with the shaker bottle , I added that too ! 💕

I'm can relate 100% on the whole size 6. That was smallest as well and really wanted to get there but my body prefers a size 8. I've had to come to terms with it too and I'm glad I did. Jean size doesn't mean much when it comes down to it. I'm definitely trying the iced coffee recipe. That's my go to at starbies too. Have you tried the apple crisp oatmilk shake epresso? Delicious!!
Yes ! Getting my brain to understand that the pants size doesn’t matter is a work in progress but I’m getting there !

You can try making this same drink but just use a vanilla protein shake instead of oat milk !

Love watching your videos. I am new to your journey but I have started catching up on your videos from the beginning. I have my first appt on monday Sept 30. I meet with the dietician and one with the NP. Bariatric surgery has been suggested to me by my Primary Care and my heart dr. You have answered so many of my questions and I thank you. The fact that you are still in this and stiil recording your journey is very encouraging

I went to like every supermarket in my area lol. Don’t know where you’re located but in Jersey ShopRite has been having it.
Using salt helps the water boil faster
For some reason oat milk makes me dump instantly :( I just get suuuuuper sleepy and have heart palpitations. Then I need to lay down 😅😩 that looks so good
I think it would taste just as good with almond milk of any milk that works better for you!

I'm 4 days out of the hospital. I'm so dehydrated I'm trying to intake water but I get full fast. I can't drink the broth it seems like it's giving me acid reflux. Any advice for me.

I know this might sound crazy but you’re eating wayyy too little for being this far out of your journey.. I don’t mean that in any negative sense but those small bowls are not sustainable being almost 2 years post op… you should be able to eat about 6oz of protein either way a side of veggies without an issue..
I hear you, but I’m eating what I can eat everyone is different and should absolutely eat what they can. I would never eat more than my body feels comfortable eating. There are people who think I eat too much compared to what they can. Everyone’s journey is different, I’m just showing what works for me. Anyone who can eat more and wants to eat what I eat should absolutely adjust their servings to work for them.

@@Daisy339-r6m nope , everything I show in the video is what I ate this day. And usually what I eat on most days. However if I’m hungry I will eat something else.
