I've never gotten leaks that aren't supper dirty between the layers so I couldn't do it that way. That does give me a great idea to make low carb BBQ Shotgun Shells, using a single layer of the leak in place of the manicotti noodle.

Great recipe idea! I think these would be great for dinner partys! Just curious whats the price of pork where you are? In Cyprus its almost €6/kg depending on the fat content less fat more money and beef is way more €10/kg with fat
