Yes CoolerMaster fans are coming up as well as there cases. The fans are super nice with nice heavy and durable plastic molding which is superior, but once you mention no light adjustment and you got to change everything in the ARGB software but overall nice and looks good in a white case.
hi, can i connect this to argb fan hub of pc cooler(5v) corona the one taht you reviewed before? im planning to buy just 1 fan of this coolermaster halo(as repalcement for the air cooler fan),, although the fan hub of corona have 4pins, but i bought an additional corona fan but it comes with 3pins so i just punch a hole on the connector using heated paperclip so that i can insert it to the hub good thing it works,.
hello, i have a question, if i want to install 9 pcs of this fan, could i sync RGB with main with only 1 port 5vRGB or 12vRGB, cos my mainboard has only 1 port 5vrgb and 1 port 12vrgb, thanks
I have a question, my mb only has 1 4 pin rbg header but I have one non argb fan and 3 argb fans, how do I get them both to be connected to that 1 pin? Do I have to just use a hub?
Hi, iv recently just bought 2 cooler master mf120 halos and daisy chained them together both have the rgb on but only one is spinning, any advise would be massively helpful
You can also buy one of those third party argb controllers, since these fans come with the 3pin and not a proprietary, and they also come with the remote If you pick a good one you'll also have a variety of RGB effects
So if im using the ARGB on th emotherboard..can i then install 7 fans or am i limit to 4 fans on one ARGB connecter on the board since i think they only allow 4 units on 1 argb port
Did anyone have any issues with the screws included with these fans not really fitting very well in their case? For my case the flathead part of the screw is barely wide enough to hold the fan on the fan mounts without the screw from going through the mount holes on the case. My fans are all installed and holding on my Lian Li Dynamic Evo but I’m afraid they will come loose over time and the screw will slip through. Does anyone have any recommended alternative screws for these fans with a wider flathead?
Thanks for the helpful video. I was really going crazy trying to set up these fans. The instruction was a little bit too complicated, why do they never include written instructions instead of these drawings? Still, thanks to your video, I was able to set them up. My problem now is that, since I'm using the splitter, the motherboard refuses to detect the presence of the fans so now they're at full speed and making a little bit of noise. Is there a way around this problem or I'm stuck with fans rotating at full speed?
@@AhmadMaseh I was able to change it through the BIOS menu, so it's no longer rotating at full speed. As to why it was not detecting its speed, I have no idea, but it's working now.
The EZ DIY and other Chinese knock offs are usually rated at 40K hours mean time to failure (MTTF - or average failure time). The Cooler Master fans are rated at 160K MTTF. So, in all fairness, we should be looking at technical specs also, since the MTTF rating is how long the fan lasts. 40K vs 160K MTTF is is over x4 longer life for the CM fans. Incidentally, the Noctua Redux fans, also excellent fans, have a 150K MTTF.
Hi I have a question, can i control the fan light and ring light separately from the controller ? Like if I would like to use ring light one day and change to fan light another day ?
I bought just one unit of this fan, but the 140mm version, it's a great fan so far, the led ring is very beautiful, the air flow is strong, and the best, the connector is the standard 5v ARGB 3-pin, it worked with a simple Coolmoon controller. The only concern is with the screws, the head is not wide, in my case (corsair 4000d) the screws almost did not hold. Another problem with my corsair 4000d (in fact it depends on your point of view) is because my fan is 140mm, some parts of the led ring were covered in the front panel.
thank you so much, I suck at wiring and am a bit dumb sometimes, have never done this before so your tutorial helped me out alot more than you think. Thank you
I have the same case as you. The Corsair. iCUE 465X. Did you get the HDD slot inside the case? I managed to but that really made the stuff around it tight inside.

I know that you mentioned in the video it doesn't work with Giga mobo, but not sure if there are any updates. Hope someone can help me with this. Thank you.
What about using a remote control hub from something like Montech Z3s or LEDless controller? I wish CM would just make a fully remote controlled hub instead of RGB MB bloatware or the internal hub.

I do have 2 argb headers but with the mb software you cant control the individual lights.. By far the best video for these fans it's great thank you
I'm about to try to take ML240R ARGB AIO and add Halo fans to it along with 6 Halo case fans. The ML240 controller has 4 ARGB ports so I will daisy chain 2 fans each to the ports trying to keep the load down. The ML240 controller has a USB 3 port in the bottom that can be linked to a USB connector on the mobo to give me access to Cooler Master's control panel (I hope). My mobo doesn't have a dedicated ARGB connector. Expensive, but all 8 fans should be the same.

If i am after a white fan i want it to be fully white so this included white cable, white hub sticker and white rubber pads. Hence why the cooler master makes sense for me. @KosherTech Love these, have 8 in one of my builds (Meshify C Mini to boot!). Yes, they do work with Gigabyte RGB Fusion/Mother Boards and they look spectacular! However they do not work with Cooler Masters own MFY-RCSN-NNUDK-R1 RGB controller, like the one included in the Mirage 240 AIO. Not sure why, maybe something to do with mirage effect but only a hand full of Cooler Masters other fans do.
@@KosherTech I have had mixed results using many ARGB fans with the Cooler master MFY-RCSN-NNUDK-R1, it seems like maybe 2 of the wires are switched. they look pretty nice, still sticking to my fans :D not fan of no hub again. but I got a gigabyte x570 board and got two 3 pin headers. so the newer gigabyte boards come with 3 pins now. like you said it mostly older once. nice video as always it was FUEGO
Lol appreciate that 💯☺️
good vid man good detail best ive seen
best fans with outer rings?
Maybe
Why do people insist on putting an exhaust fan above and in front of the cpu cooler ffs
they look GORGEOUS indeed
Real talk, These or the pc cooler halos?
I see you are obsessed with white :)) Not all fans white are beautiful, but these fans are extraordinary, and i'm very pleased you make them a presentation. I like how you present all of stuff. Ok, if you like so much white, please put youre hands on a Arctic P12 white and if you want blink blink (leds) put them some halos from phanteks, you will like them. P12 are very powerfull, quality and silent even at 1800 rpm. Nice presentation man, increase in work and much success in the future!
White just shows better on camera thus improving your viewing experience
Yes, you are right. On camera are beautiful, but in real life are extraordinary. I have the black pieces and i love them. I like how you pronounce ”sliky flow” :))). Keep up the good work, I am keeping my eyes on you! :)
Lol appreciate that bredrin 💯
I plan on using these fans with the razer controller.
@KosherTech Love these, have 8 in one of my builds (Meshify C Mini to boot!). Yes, they do work with Gigabyte RGB Fusion/Mother Boards and they look spectacular! However they do not work with Cooler Masters own
MFY-RCSN-NNUDK-R1 RGB controller, like the one included in the Mirage 240 AIO. Not sure why, maybe something to do with mirage effect but only a hand full of Cooler Masters other fans do.
Good to hear. I have B550 Gigabyte board and was interested in these fans. Thanks

Will they work with this?
I actually just bought one from Amazon. It should make it work idk I will review it
@@KosherTech I have had mixed results using many ARGB fans with the Cooler master MFY-RCSN-NNUDK-R1, it seems like maybe 2 of the wires are switched. Right now I got it working with 2 stock ARGB 120's from the CM Mirage 240 AIO & 3 Deep Cool ARGB CF120's. Had to make custom splitter and couldn't get more than 5 total fans going through the controller.
