4:54 One important thing I forgot to mention ( and I keep getting messages about) is turning Page Assist off!. When you import multiple pages to Procreate, it'll automatically turn page assist on. However when you add a new layer to start filling the nails, it'll go BLANK and you won't be able to see your templates. Turning Page Assist off easily fixes that problem. HOW? 1. Click the wrench tool. 2. under Canvas, you'll see the Page Assist button. 3. Toggle it off :)

Also can you give tips on how to add different glitter shapes? (hearts, moons, stars etc.) rhinestones & stickers? Also do you think you’ll end up making a duck nail shape? TIA! 🫶🏾

So my clipping mask is giving me issues, I filled the nail on one layer, I added another layer on top to do the french but its not staying within the nail template below, its like drawing over the shape and not staying under the shape. I have the nail template as reference and the clipping mask is on my color fill layer and the layer I am trying to create french tips on….it was working yesterday idk whats the difference today, if you have any tips I would really appreciate it! Thank you for your videos!
Hi, I think the problem is having clipping mask ticked on, on the colour fill layer. Your french tip layer should have clipping mask on and the arrow should point to the colour fill. the colour fill shouldn't have an arrow beside it. Does that help?

Heres a list of possible solutions: 1. make sure the template you want to use is on top. Procreate layers work in order. 2. When you’re filling a shape, make sure its closed with no holes 3. Turn reference off on the template layer after you have filled your nails base colours 4. Your clipping mask arrows should not be pointing to the templates, they should be pointing to the thing you want to fill with pattern, colour, etc.
Hi! I just purchased your ultimate template packet. I’m following through and it’s going great however I noticed my colors are going over the edges of the nail template. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Help please 😊

You can only get it on tablets with the pen.#Procreate
@@Leela373 you can get it on procreate pocket (iphone app) as well, and use a stylus instead of apple pencil + ipad
So turning this feature off I can no longer add a layer and see the template underneath… im feeling really discouraged. I’m trying everything

either that or make sure the colour fill layer is on a different layer than the templates themselves

Ahhh when I bring my layer out of the group, and add new layer to fill in nail color, the new layer is on top and I can’t see the nail template 😢
