This was certainly a kick in the butt for me!!
I’m also doing your 7 day core challenge so I’m hoping this will really help me with core strength because that’s what I’m currently struggling with while riding!
Thanks for posting these. I did a bunch of your workouts for leg strength and my trainer said there was a huge difference in my riding in just a week or two!

Amazing Nadia! 👏 Sounds like you are on a roll in your fitness journey 💪 So happy to hear you (and your trainer) are seeing results in the saddle too! I'd love to hear more about it so keep us posted! 😊

Hello, I have been using your videos for a while and love them. I started taking horse riding lessons earlier this year. We are learning how to lope. I was wondering what exercise would be best to feel more comfortable in it. My sister just started a lope, and she is still a little shaky in the saddle. I was just wondering what workout would be the best for that? Thanks 😊.

Hi Hannah! I'm so happy to hear your loving the videos and working out with me! 😊 Congratulations on starting riding lessons (and your sister too!) - that's very exciting!
First a little disclaimer - I have never ridden Western so I did some research on lope to make sure I know what you're working on 😁 What would you say is your biggest struggle?
In general, I would say number one when learning to lope or canter is to focus on your breathing and to relax as much as possible while still maintaining correct posture. After that, core strength will help your stability in the saddle and flexibility and mobility in the hips and lower back will enable you to move with the motion of the horse. I hope that helps 😊🐴 Let me know how you get on!
