    Hello! Just wanted to comment and say thank you 👍 I'm 13 and i'm planning to start riding lessons. I attempted to do so a exactly a year ago but had to quit very early, after two lessons, due to health issues that I have since taken care of. Since i've handled it, I think i'm ready to try again! I'm trying to get down all the knowledge I can know as a beginner, and starting extra workouts now will help, I believe. As a teenager my whole thought process is trying to be cooler and smarter than others, and that has clearly gotten the best of me, lol. But back to the point, this video is very helpful and I'm adding it to my playlist 😊!

      Hi! I'm sorry to hear your riding lessons got interrupted by health issues, but well done for powering through and getting back into it - I'm excited for you! I'm glad these workouts are helpful and I hope you will have a great experience getting back in the saddle. I'd love to hear how it goes! 😊❤️

    I was really shaking at that last plank, but I did it!
    I've done this exercise maybe once or twice a week this month (when I have time) and this is the first time I managed the planks without having to pause for extra rest!

      If we don't focus on training the core it often ends up being somewhat weak - that's completely normal. I love that you're taking action and signing up for the challenge. If you need the link, it is www.horselearnerfitness.com/free-challenge 😊💪

    • @HorseLearnerFitness
      @HorseLearnerFitness  3 года назад

      Oh my! A stronger core can certainly help you with your balance and stability in the saddle. There are plenty of workouts on the channel that should help you get started as well as a playlist. I hope you have fewer falls in the future! :-)

    • @HorseLearnerFitness
      @HorseLearnerFitness  2 года назад +1

      Hi Amber. I choose not to focus on weight loss on this channel. Regular exercise (strength and cardio) will certainly help you lose weight, but I'm afraid that is not the goal of the workouts I create. I hope you still find them useful and that you reach your riding goals! 😊💪

    • @HorseLearnerFitness
      @HorseLearnerFitness  2 года назад +2

      That's quite normal. There's a lot of weight put onto the shoulders and arms in a plank position. Try to remember to keep pulling your belly button towards the spine to fully activate the core in the plank position as well. Great job! 💪😊
