its officially too dark and cold to ride in the morning, so back to online fitness mornings :D. I 'cheated' on a few, but the workout was nice to get this old lady started again - Thank You. i can recognize how tight my left side is.
It's that time of the year, yes! Adapting exercises is never cheating 😊 Well done for keeping momentum and staying in shape also in the cooler months 💪
Your workouts are great. I would just recommend limiting hyper extensions on the back, i.e. Superman exercises. I work everyday about 40 minutes then ride . Really helpful. I’m no youngster and jumping around 3’ and winning. Actually you would not believe on the way way backside of 60! Thanks
Thank you Rose Marie and wow - you are truly dedicated to your riding and fitness which obviously shows in your results! Super inspiring 💪👏😊 I'm glad you're enjoying the workouts and if you find the superman too intense, the bird dog can be a good alternative ❤️
Hi there! Riding in the heat usually does means sweating quite a bit and it's great that you are aware of the importance or hydrating yourself! 👏 There are many variables and I'm no expert on this, but I'd suggest having a drink whenever you feel thirsty or simply stop every 20ish minutes for a quick water break (that's what we did when I was teaching riding classes in Thailand). Hope that helps! 😊

When riding, how often do I get a drink of water when it is 80+ Fahrenheit out? Thank you in advance!
