@@ursulaquadros8212 Hi Ursula, don’t if you don’t have a thick coconut milk(cream) then don’t add to much water or skip adding water. That should help.
Hello Wendy , will definetly try this recipe of yours, my late mother would make this curry with fresh bombay ducks fish, it was yummy, but sure will try with pomfrets.Just checking , are these fresh pomfrets which you used in the recipe or frozen ones,since in Boston we get only frozen ones.Thanks & god bless❤

It is a very delicate fish that cooks very fast but if you want you can cook it for longer.
