      Does the alcohol In the toddy move away out completely in the steaming and fermentation process ? Concern as if it has alcohol may not want to give it to kids ...

    Thanks for the recipe, Wendy. Mouthwatering. Reminded me of my childhood days.
    My mama made sannas, using fresh palm toddy and coconut milk. She insisted on using coconut milk.
    Today, many do not know the difference between sannas and idlis, like appams and dosas.

    • @PlatinItWithWendy
      @PlatinItWithWendy  2 года назад

      I’m sure the sannas your mum made must have been delicious 😋 my grandma always used fresh grated coconut and toddy that came from her coconut plantation in Goa. And yes a lot of people mistake one for the other.
