    Yep, isometric pulls are great. Went from not being able to hang on 20mm to being able to squeeze out a pull up on 20mm in about a month

    I love these videos, I have been climbing for about 8-9 months, and just sent my first v9 (in gym) I find a lot of your foot technique tips really interesting, but also really helpful (I cut feet a lot) Keep making amazing videos!
