Michael J. White is a real martial artist, never trash people with his mouth, and he is a real force to contend with, well equiped and very well trained. My respects for the guy.

I think Micheal Jai White has to be one of the most under appreciated and under rated professionals in this industry. Black Dynamite is still one of my favorites. He is so respectful of everyone involved in this whole scenario even though they really want him to drop the dirt.

This is not a heard story, or someone told me this and that from other videos. This is directly from the horse's mouth. He summarized and stated (I'm giving the very very short version), that Van Damme waited outside for 2 hours for Segal to come out to fight him and Segal was scared to fight Van Damme. I remember hearing this live and thinking like, holy shit! Definitely look it up, completely exposes Segal. I think this is where the jealousy and hatred for Van Damme comes from.
