I think its evident that Armando's main language is NOT ENGLISH, so there is no need to be rude about how he pronounces the word as long as its understandable. Without this fundamental and clear explanation, it can be so confusing especially when we use terms interchangeably like homologous pairs and sister chromatids. Most lecturers just say n or 2n or whatever without really going into this level of detail. I know this would help a lot of people.
