- Mitosis (Mitotic cell division)| The M Phase | MCAT Biology...The cell cycle is divided into an interphase (G0, G1 and G2 phases) and a Mitosis phase (M Phase).
Mitosis (M) phase is divided into prophase, metaphase, anaphase, and telophase. They end in cytokinesis (cell separation). What are the chromosomes? What is DNA (the genetic material)?
What's the difference between Mitosis and Meiosis?

I love this language. Makes so much sense to me who grew up reading the dictionary. Great video once again. Thank you.
Wow 🤩
You're the kind of person who students should learn from :)
@@MedicosisPerfectionalis Awe shucks. I am happiest when I am learning. I'll never stop. :)
Awesome 👏
For some reason when he talks down to me it makes me remember it better .... Today I have learned a lot about the cell cycle.. and myself.
I appreciate you!
Is it too hard for college teachers to explain things like this? God
😊😊😊
This was an english class too😂😂🤝
:)
I studied MLS for the last 2 years- I used your videos for Hematology and coag. I passed my board exam this past Monday. Thank you so much for what you do! You make such a difference with each video that you make!
Briana, you’re awesome 👏
Congratulations 🎉🎊🎈
I am so happy for you...You made my day!
I didn’t do anything...You did it 👍
I speak spanish, and it was really complicated to understand this in spanish, but in English... Goooood, I love you man, I understand everything nowwwww, it was so much easier to understand with you, thank you, now I'm gonna have the best biology grade in my classroom
I am honored, Arianne! Happy to help!
Amazing video!!!! I watch these for fun bc they so good 😂😂you should cover some more mcat topics!! 😭❤️
I will!
Thank you so much 😊 for watching:)
M phase. During the mitotic (M) phase, the cell divides its copied DNA and cytoplasm to make two new cells. M phase involves two distinct division-related processes: mitosis and cytokinesis.👍
Thankyou
.
My mum has stage 3 lung cancer and this has helped me to understand the biology of what's happening to her.
Thankyou..
You’re welcome!
Don’t give up!
this was SO helpful! thank you so much for this breakdown!
My pleasure 😇
Thank you so much.
Actually I was confused with M phase but your lecture made it vanish.
Thank you❤❤
Love from Bangladesh.
Thank you!
Love from Bangladesh.
Thank you!
awesome video, just some things that poped me up since I am greek. meta means after and telos means end :D
Wow 🤩
Thank you so much 😊
I have no word for u ,❤❤❤❤❤🌺🌺🌺🌺
I appreciate you!
Came here to mark my attendance.❤️
Thank you so much 😊
This is basically the same level of depth as high school biology...does the MCAT cover mitosis and meiosis on a greater level of depth? (I’m a sophomore in high school, not a premed student) also great video
Only high school biology doesn’t talk as much about the processes within each phase of mitosis
Good question!
MCAT gives you a little more detail, but the differences will be more apparent in other chapters.
Am Happy to Study with Medicosis From The Beginning ❤
I'm 16 but I freaking enjoy your videos. Thank you.
You’re very welcome 😊
Thank you so much for watching!
This helps a lot. Thanks, its well entertaining too. subbed man

Dude... It's amazing... Thanks man...👍
Welcome 😊
Thank you❤
lol love this now it makes sense.. thankyou
Thank you 🙏
What is the difference between aster and centrosome? Regarding centeriole
Aster connects to centrosomes, but centeriole connects to kinetochore which connects to chromatid
I am from india and i am studying in 11
Good luck to you!
@@MedicosisPerfectionalis thanku!!

Can Never Stop Liking .😊😊
amazing presentation
Thanks 🙏
Are you fluent in speaking other languages? I'm just starting to learn Arabic now but I'm thinking that learning ancient Greek or Latin would help me immensely in the medical world.
Yes!
I started learning Latin and it’s helpful.
More importantly, get a medical dictionary that explains the etymology of medical words. Also reading a medical terminology book is a great idea 💡
@@MedicosisPerfectionalis Wow so cool. Would you recommend any specific ones? Or any of them would do?
Can Never Stop Liking .
😂😂😂😂👌👍👏👏👏👏👏
Thank you!
underrated
Thank you so much 😊
Great sir
Thank you so much 😊
IN MY ONLINE CLASSES SAME TOPIC IS GOING ON U POSTED THE SAME NYC VIDEO!!!!!!!!!
Thanks 🙏
Dr, what about the other 22 chromosomes? Here in this video are just 2 chromosomes?
It’s for simplicity sake.
@@MedicosisPerfectionalis i have difficulty in understanding this. Should each cell has 4 sister chromatids in order to make 2 chromosome in a single cell?? Be patient with me please. I just want to learn because of you . Second, after the end result division, there is only ONE chromosome in each single cell! How come?!
Thank youu...I learned a lot
Awesome 👏
