Thank you all so much for the love on these videos! Make sure to follow my Twitch if you want to catch some of these adventures live! :) www.twitch.tv/butchx3 :)
Hey man! If you plan to return to WoW again, to look at something new, here's my recommendation without spoilers for some cool stuff to see 1. Talk to Chromie in orgrimmar (near an hourglass in western orgrimmar) and join the Chromie Time for Cataclysm, then pick up a quest that leads to you Vash'jr (the questline will talk about uncharted islands). I wont spoil anything else. 2. Talk to chromie, and choose Shadowlands. Do the small introductory questline, and then you will be introduced to a really visually cool expansion area
You went to an alliance fp. As a horde you just found out you can't go there. You were at Azuremyst Isle and went to bloodmyst Isle. Both Islands are for Draenei to quest. Rut'theran Village is the Night elf questing area. It's Alliance area's , it's impressive that you got there with your character.
Heya, Hogrosh here! It's great to see our little adventure from your perspective, I had a blast showing you around and sharing stories. This game means a lot to me as I've been playing it on and off for the past 20 years. My favorite part of WoW by far is the world itself, and getting an opportunity to share it with someone that's genuinely curious and excited about it the same way that I am was an absolute joy, and our time spent together will honestly be something I remember fondly for the rest of my life. One thing I do regret is the fact that you couldn't go through the Dark Portal, because the first thing that you see on the other side would have genuinely blown your mind. (hint hint wink wink) I hope we bump into each other again some day!
I commend you Hogrosh for showing what the WoW community can be when its at its best, at a time when so many want to make it look so toxic and unwelcoming. We can all take a little time our of our day to encourage and help out those little murlocs starting off for their first adventures in Azeroth
Hogrosh! This was so amazing of you to take time to help a new player with what some vet players would see as silly and a waste of time. You have opened his eyes to what the world of Warcraft is and can be. Us Vet (been playing since vanilla beta on and off) forgot that the world is massive, beautiful and full of joys and wonders. At the end of the day you have helped us players realize something. Weather it's killing bosses in dungeons, felling huge beasts or crafting the best items in the game. At the end of the day we all have our pink flower.........
Agreed, same I've been playing since vanilla and it's good to see someone explore the game from a fresh perspective where we usually just run past people and barely interact with the playerbase due to time crunching heroics and mythics
Dude this made me want to get back in and play. I played classic WOW many years ago before BC. I've flirted with the idea of coming back but idk lol it feels overwhelming. But this video really did it for me, really makes me want to step back in, not for the leveling, not for the gear, but just for the sheer enjoyment and community and lore of it all.
It made me tear up too, wow has been my whole childhood and I sometimes lost the reason for why I love it so much. This just makes me remember why I fell in love with it in the first place
Your WoW videos are in a rare class that few content creators get to achieve, they actually make me go back to 2005 and almost relive my first WoW experience, oh and that moment you got to fly on the rocket was epic! , i love to see you dive into a world that has been a big part of my gaming life, keep them coming!
This is a huge compliment! I really do appreciate it. Whenever I play games that are as big as WoW for the first time, I always have a slight level of apprehension because I know how much people love the game. Glad I’m doing it justice for some people at least!
I’ve been playing WOW for over a decade. These two videos have made me smile till it hurt and laugh till I cried. Watching your appreciation for people helping you and the lengths you go to help them back is really inspiring.
This is the first time I’ve watched one of your videos, Butch, and I don’t usually comment on things, but I had to this time. I’ve been playing World of Warcraft on and off for around 18 years now, and seeing you reminded me so much of myself when I started. The way you explore the world with such curiosity and interact with people - it took me right back to those early days. Your reactions mirrored mine in so many ways. WoW has been a part of my life through some really tough times. It’s helped me cope with things when nothing else could, and honestly, seeing your experience hit me hard. I haven’t cried this much in years. It’s amazing to see the happiness the game can still bring to someone new, just like it did for me as a teenager. Right now, I’m going through a lot, and WoW continues to be my escape. Hopefully, I’ll have some friends joining me soon, but in the meantime, your videos have given me something to look forward to. I’m officially a fan for life, and I believe in you. I can’t wait to see where your journey on RUclips takes you, and I hope you go far. Thank you for doing what you do, and thank you for all the future content I’m sure you’ll share. You’re the best!
This is awesome, and so true. Refreshing to see in every aspect. 🥲 This is exactly the feeling I had when discovering the world, making friends/joining guilds, and learning how to play back in the OG BC launch days. Miss it, and would give anything to experience it again!
Watching videos like this make me realize how much baseline knowledge I have now which is why the sense of wonder is not as strong as it was the first time I discovered undercity not even know what a capital city was.
@@starfreek101 I remember getting lost in that place and it seemed to take forever to get out. I avoided it like the plague after that. heh, pun there. That was many years ago.
Fun fact about Gamon "The Hero of Orgrimmar" in the Orgrimmar inn. Back before they revamped Org, he used to be one of the only NPCs in the city that players could just choose to attack for no reason, so everytime he spawned, players would kill him. There were A LOT of players hanging out in Org back then, so this happened pretty much all the time. Then, they made him extremely strong, and now I don't think you can even attack him anymore... He was once bullied and now he's just... The Hero of Orgrimmar 😂
that was not for "no reason". Gamon was quest npc for rogues to pick pocket. and since u cant pickpocket target which u cant attack (at least u couldnt back then) - blizzard made him attackable. but since gamon was like lvl 12, so had low hp and "lived" in the only one inn in most populated horde city which also is near auction house and bank - he was slain almost all the time, u had to camp him at late night if u wanted to complete quest as rogue. later in cataclysm expansion they made him more "fat" in term of hp and dmg, so he can be pickpocketed but cant be easy killed, but it didnt stop players from killing him :D so to get rid of body of warcraft most killed civ they made him friendly in wod and gave him title "hero" for all that pain he endured for 8 years :)
@@heavymetalboi Yep! You find him chained to the tree just outside the entrance of the Cleft of Shadows in that raid and you can free him to have him help. He's linked to an achievement that gives you a toy (Gamons braid) that allows you to change your character into him with a war stomp and a war cry of "Gamon, will save you."
Once upon a time, there was a player who struck out on an adventure of discovery on a planet called Azeroth. Learning something new or meeting someone for the first time was exciting and, years later, still never tires of it. He's you, me, your neighbor, the person who lives in Scottland or the U.S. or Brazil, or Africa, or Japan. We take it for granted but never has a world wide group of people had the ability to play, have fun, interact, and share all in one game. Yes, there are the trolls, the toxic antisocials, and the griefers.😢 But you demonstrated that it's still a beautiful game, a labor of love, and a never-ending adventure. Thank you for reminding us all of the REAL reason why we play WoW and why, sometimes, we NEED to just take our character and set out on an adventure just for the simple pleasure of it. Nice videos; well done mate. 😊❤
Picking an RP server was legit the best thing you could have done, they're some of the most fun and relaxed players! This journey makes me so happy, not a lot of people take the time to just... explore and appreciate the game. It's really beautiful and there's so much of it, but most of us are stuck in our "try-hard" mindset, rushing to the end and not appreciating the little things.
Man, seeing all that excitement from a new player learning the game, just exploring lands and travelling all around without a single knowledge about whats what and whats where is just amazing. Especially your excitement in the last 2 chapters made me smile from ear to ear. Seeing all that pure hapiness in a person is simply incredible. Hope to see more videos like these from you in the future. :)
These two videos are probably the most wholesome thing I've seen related to WoW in a very long time. Your excitement about everything just really brought me back to when I started playing some 15+ years ago, I honestly can't remember at this point haha. Thanks for the smiles and laughs, my dude
My goodness....I watched this from the very beginning.....to the very end...and I must say, this was the most entertained that I have been in a very very long time! Just the ending, flying to the top of Sargeras' sword and sitting there, while being told some great lore by a wonderful player really moved me. Thank you so so much for this nostalgia, and for going on such a wonderful journey while taking us all who watched you....with you.
The editing, narration, and music, phenomenal. Its great to see someone enjoying the little things. If I was cat lady, I would keep those flowers forever.
These past two videos have made me incredibly nostaligic from when I was a new player bumbling my way through the world of Azeorth. I hope you continue to play the game, and have grand old adventures and I hope you'll continue to share them with the world. If you ever get lost and need a hand hit me up, I'm Krelgosa (horde) on the realm called Sargeras.
What an epic adventure! I hope you continue playing and letting us oldtimers relive the magic of experiencing WoW for the first time through your videos and livestreams.
longtime wow player here, this is how I played the game when I was younger and new at the game, really cool seeing you going through the same wonders I went through. I had like 5 things I wanted to watch tonight after a long day and right when I saw this video it went to the top of my list. keep it up man
I stopped playing WoW when I turned 22, I'm 36 now. After 5 years of consistently playing I lost the awe and grandeur of how beautiful WoW is. Butch, you have brought it back in these videos. Your way of playing the game is exactly how many of us fell in love with WoW. Lol, I have 3 major experiences playing the game I'll never forget. I'll tell my first. My friend insisted for me to play WoW, and told me to role Alliance. My first trial character was Horde, but I eventually caved to my mates wishes. I started a nightelf rogue. Leveled him up a little then my friend said i should make the long trek to stormwind. A level 10 going across the entire world was crazy, especially for a noob. But oh my god the sights. The terrors! The thrills. Catching boats, stealthing past ?? Crocs, seeing Ironforge, taking an underwater train and then arriving in Stormwind. It was an adventure. For me it felt amazing and I want a game to make me feel like this again. No game has ever come close since.
Exactly how I fell in love with it too. Truly a special game no matter what your opinion may be I think WOW undeniably accomplished things no game has ever done or even came close to. Thanks for sharing your story Mitch!
Man this had me thinking back. When I first started I just wandered around looking for quests, I remember being really happy I discovered the path of a vendor that had a +5 fishing pole on him that had a CD on purchasing. I made a bunch of gold finding that guy and selling them back before Wowhead/thottbott were a thing. It was more about exploration than the end game back then. I still play and enjoy it, but it isn't that sense of wonder anymore. Most things area already solved by the time a new xpac drops.
as somebody that plays this game for like 15 + years already! it made me so happy to see a new player having fun! by the way try the death knight best class in the game❤
The way you presented the story filled my soul in ways I cannot explain. the memories you brought back , that feeling of meeting new friends. I thank you for giving me that love and hope for the game i loved for so many years.
Butch, seein you being excited and enjoyin the adventure on a game that alot of us love, i cannot thank you enough, you have not just inspired me, but made me remember of the old days. where we could wander anywhere we wanted, and just enjoyin the gameplay. i hope you'll continue to make more videos, and continue to enjoy wow, together with everyone else and i hope you can find some great people out there who you can call friends. i wish you the very best. stay safe Sincerly Mydrieth - old wow player!
As a 20 year veteran, i often forget that there's a very large number of players like you playing wow, who're absolutely clueless about the game. And i dont mean that in any negative way whatsoever. When i started WoW i had already played EverQuest, so i had knowledge about how MMO's worked. But the feeling was still magical. It is fascinating to me that even in 2024, players like you exist who can get this mind blowing feeling about the scope and adventure the game brings. I hope this feeling will stick with you for a long time and that you will enjoy discovering what this game has to offer.
After fervently binging your ARK series, I continued with a game I've played as well. Your adventures and masterful narration of your journey brought tears to my eyes and a great smile to my face. Thank you for exploring the world (of warcraft) with such an air of wonder and sharing it all with us.
I am side to side on your journey. Great to see somebody else experience this massive game without any prior knowledge. Good luck on your journey fellow champion.
When I first started almost 20 years ago, I did something similar. I was starting on the other side. An elf from the forest island of Teldrassil. I decided at level 2 i wanted to come to Orgrimmar and sneak in. I made it as far as Astranaar (although that was my town, not an enemy one.) i gave up and came back at level 4 and made it to Orgrimmar - where I got scared away, but I got in the entrance! Soon after I traversed the infamous wetlands run which was very hard at the time without any knowledge of the game to get to the city of stormwind. I also made a plan to hijack horde zeppelins to Undercity successfully and sneak inside. What adventures :).
I've been playing WoW since 2015, (circa; Warlords of Draenor.) Got dragged in by a friend, was sure I would hate it, and was hooked for life. You have absolutely mastered the game, despite still being a newb and a "filthy casual"- The wonder and magic of the game _isn't_ in the dungeons and raids, or the mythic-plus buttplug, or the triple-edged sword. It's the journey. The moments, the strangers, the friends... and riding around really fast on a rocket. Welcome to Azeroth. You're home.
Ive been playing for 18 years, i know this game better than anything else. I love your genuine enthusiasm about the tiniest details and sense of wonder :D
I so totally love how you are just exploring The World of Warcraft on your own without looking at videos on RUclips. Just flying by the seat of your pants in a most intrepid manner. I raise a pint to you sir. I have been playing WOW since Burning Crusade and watching you explore the game as you do brings back many happy memories of fun times, I thank you and please keep doing what you're doing I truly appreciate it.
id love to see you play classic on an RP server, there is a deeper sense of community in classic, interacting with strangers is required while in retail you can solo the entire game more or less
@@Warmongeringgladiatorfoxyglint i didnt say it was better, it would be interesting to see him experience the OG version to see how he reacts to it and give us his honest opinion on both
As someone who played wow when i was younger and started fresh again recently I find your videos so interesting and fun to watch. I went in the opposite direction using my boost, levelling other characters through dungeons spam and mainly playing the endgame. Its fun to see someone just spend their time exploring and doing things 99% of the modern playerbase would probably never think to do. Gg's to you and I hope you carry on with your wow journey, reach endgame and do some dungeons/raiding! :)
I'm not gonna lie I teared up a little at the end there lol I'm so glad you found some kind people to help you! The playerbase can be a bit mean sometimes (well, more in high level group content), so when you started playing I was a bit afraid for you but clearly you're doing perfectly fine. Excited to see more of your journey in the game!
Makes me really happy seeing new people discovering WoW. Take your time you’ll end up falling in love with the places and quests. The game and people in it have brought me so much joy over the years. I’ve met so many people over the years in WoW some who I now consider real life friends and we’ve met up for drinks and stuff. Sounds cheesy but WoW is so much more than a game. Loving the videos can’t wait to see more.
WOW! These two videos have been amazing! The way you made the most out of the free trial and made your own adventures! It was epic and made me miss WOW so much!!
Thanks so much for those two WoW videos. You really embodied the feel and camaraderie of the early game before Cataclysm when everyone played together and helped each other out. We were all learning it for the first time. I've not subscribed to a channel in over a decade. Today I hit the subscribe button. Hope that gives you a real sense of just how much I enjoyed your adventure :) Keep up the good gaming!
What a start of my Sunday. Absolutely stoked to see this vid was up. Been waiting for it. Please make this series 2000 episodes, I promise I WILL WATCH THEM ALL!!!!
Oh my goooooood. Why do I have tears in my eyes. I'm 33... been playing this stupid game for nearly 20 years and this video shows the reason WHY us vanilla players are still around. The memories made, the friends, the excitement. I'm all emotional now and tonight I'm gonna go to OG or SW and look for some noobs to give them gold and stuff and and and and help 😭 what a lovely video
I rarely watch videos this long, but you managed to make it enjoyable the whole time. Really reminds me of how I played WoW for the first time many years ago, just questing and exploring. Didn't even know dungeons were a thing back then lol. I hope you someday try to travel to the edges of the world in Classic WoW. The goal might be the same, but the journey would be quite different I imagine. Have fun! :D
Stellar work again! This story was so immersive and so relatable. It's good to know that adventures like these are still possible in the modern era of Wow. I really hope A LOT more people will see this video and support your channel :)
Amazing story telling and a new way to experience wow. Watched both part in there entirety. I have been playing wow on and off since its launch in 2004. Its an amazing adventure. Keep it up. I wish i had your ability to story tell.
Please never stop doing videos like this, I don‘t play games anymore bc sadly I don‘t have the time for it anymore. But I‘ll take the time to watch you go on adventures for all of us.
This is some incredible content that really takes me back to my early days of playing. I love that you're exploring in game rather than googling everything. I hope you continue your journeys for us!
These videos make me feel like I am playing for the first time, the joy of seeing random things, not knowing where and what to do.. As a long time player it's really really refreshing!
This is the best World of Warcraft video I've seen in a long time! I recently saw part one and didn't expect a second part to be released so soon. Please don't stop playing wow.
I'm sitting here having problems holding back my tears. Man these two episodes and this second one in particular have taken me on an emotional roller coaster ride! I'm playing WoW for more than 10 years now and have quested through all the zones, have played both casually and progress oriented. The way you have edited these videos with the music and with your emotional reactions has brought me back straight to the beginning of my very own WoW journey when everything was totally new to me and the world seemed unimaginably vast and sometimes pretty terrifying. I fondly remember the time with my blood elf character which I had leveled through the Eversong Woods and Ghostlands on the northern part of the Eastern Kingdoms. I then wanted to travel to Orgrimmar and have sneaked my way through the super scary Plaguelands zones to Tirisfal Glades where I could finally board the zeppelin to Orgrimmar. It was such an adventure and a big journey for me back then. With all my WoW knowledge today, this almost seems ridiculous. But your videos have refreshed my memory on exactly this first time playing experience that I had almost forgotten about. I can't thank you enough and I seriously hope that you will continue documenting your WoW journey =) Big love, Marvin
I am one of those players that you talk to in the new player help. I am a 20 year veteran and love this game so much. What a great story and adventure.. i really enjoyed all the twists and turns. Shout out to my fellow guide Hogrosh.. you make us all proud. Helping a genuinely new player full of curiosity is the ultimate experience for me as a crusty veteran. So if anyone else wishes to try there hand.. we are here to help. Thank you for these videos and i hope you continue to enjoy the game.
truly the best wow videos...shit...gaming content ive seen in a while. Makes me miss those good ol days in the game. i wish you couldve been part of a release where everyone is in one new area all at once. keep meeting players! theyll show u all the tricks to traversing azeroth. portals, zeppelins, flight masters. boats, and asking a player mage to portal you somewhere. man theres so much ahead of u. dont stop yet!!
Fantastic episode Butch! Loved the first vid. Your vids are honestly my favourite first impressions vids of WoW that I’ve watched. Hope and can’t wait for Episode 3!!! On a different note, if you want a cool thing to watch about WoW that is a fan film basically, watch Tales of the Past 2 and 3. (1st one you can skip). A content creator and his friends years ago made a story about their characters ingame and made a really cool story. Worth the watch!
DUDE! I loved this, the enthusiasm, the spontaneous encounters and thrills of discovering a world unknown filled with dangers and wonders! This takes me back more then I would think it could have to my own adventures in this game. I am glad I watched this. Great video!
The sheer giddiness and reactions to the world are so infectious. It's so cute to see the innocence of a beginner especially when he's so enchanted by the smallest things. I love this series, subbed!
You will need those mouse-buttons : ) and 1through 6-7, and QERTFV probably too! All in good time, though. Happened upon part 1 of this discovery of WoW and I really like the effort you put into the editing. It makes for a very enjoyable video. While waiting (hoping) for this 2nd part, I saw your Ark-series (another game I love and have spent too much time in) and so in the meantime I went through that on a binge! Hat off to Deano for making it through to the end in solo play. Hat off to you for a great series. I hope you keep finding joy in WoW for a while longer (and not just because that may lead to a part 3... and maybe 4... )
Its fantastic watching you enjoying WoW, and as many comment's this game is held so highly in gaming community's who have played it, you bring back all of the same emotions that I and many others experienced all thos years ago... For The Horde
What a gem of a series, made me both laugh and cry... wish i could re-live first time playing wow again... thanks for sharing your journey with us. All the best /p
The amount of nostalgia I felt watching this video is incredible. Seeing you and Hogrosh sitting at the top of Sargeras’ sword reminded me of my early days playing WoW with my ex. We used to sit on top of the highest tower in Dalaran with a picnic basket after going on mount farm runs. I hope to see more of your videos! It’s amazing to watch your excitement as you discover all the little things across Azeroth.
omg - the moment where you spot gamon for the first time and say "what makes him the hero" - there is so much depth to this question you have no idea haha. great video keep them coming :)
killing it my dude! if you enjoy the world this much and the interactions with people, you’d love classic wow even more tbh. it’s def more old school but the community is much grander over there. cheers mate! -Btizzy
so exicted to watch this, man. you dropped the first one around the same time i started playing, truly awesome getting to experience it for the first time and kinda feels like i am on this journey with you. be cool to see you in game some time !
Welcome to the adventure! It's awesome to hear you're falling in love with WoW, even 20 years late. Though as a person who has been playing since launch starting with Classic WoW would have been a much easier introduction to the game. Enjoyed the videos so far and will be looking forward to seeing one when you try finally try out Classic! It's never too late you can play both Classic and Retail at the same time, lots of people do. :)
Having watched both videos, I must say they were incredibly moving and enjoyable. I found myself in tears, overwhelmed by the emotions they evoked. Thank you so much for sharing this experience, and I sincerely hope you continue this series if you wish to do so. Your storytelling ability in exploring the World of Warcraft is truly remarkable. As someone who has been playing WoW for many years, I was left speechless by the patience and joy you exhibited throughout your adventure. Thank you again. Happy to see more videos in the furture.
I wish i could experience this the first time again. Great Video, i rarely watch a 2 hour video but this got me hooked. Well done, hope you continie playing WoW.
It's honestly so wonderful to see someone playing WoW like I used to - just running around exploring and having fun. Makes me appreciate how much adventure there's still to be had in the game ^^
1:02:40 As someone who loved in his spare time to sneak into enemy capitals and mess with the opposing faction this brings back lovely memories. You are a *god* for getting this far at level 12 without a stealth ability.
hey, I've been playing the game for almost 20 years. your enthusiasm brings me back to the wonderful years I spent in Azeroth, there were many friends and adventures, thanks for remembering them. Good job with the videos by the way. kind regards Avnan
Nothing like seeing something you know and often take for granted through fresh eyes to remember the excitement and grandeur you can get in WoW. Loved these vids.
Thank you all so much for the love on these videos! Make sure to follow my Twitch if you want to catch some of these adventures live! :) www.twitch.tv/butchx3 :)
Yo man. i have been following :)
Hey man!
If you plan to return to WoW again, to look at something new, here's my recommendation without spoilers for some cool stuff to see
I think I saw you in Bloodmyst isle
You went to an alliance fp. As a horde you just found out you can't go there. You were at Azuremyst Isle and went to bloodmyst Isle. Both Islands are for Draenei to quest. Rut'theran Village is the Night elf questing area. It's Alliance area's , it's impressive that you got there with your character.
If you want to know more about the lore, Nobbel87 has a youtube channel and on there he tells about the lore of World of Warcraft
(hint hint wink wink)
I hope we bump into each other again some day!
Hogrosh! What a journey it was! Thank you for taking the time to show a bumbling newbie like me all of the cool sites!
awww now this is too cute!
Hogrosh! now this is cool
At the end of the day we all have our pink flower.........

No better way of putting this. It becomes a story to relive with him.
@@ButchX3I remember my dad letting me playing the game when I first got to start. Love seeing this cause I did all the same stuff it was awesome
you doing amazing videos!
Please keep us updated on the story with the Cat Lady! That was so wholesome! They seem like a genuinely kind person.
you could be surprise by the number of god person playing the game but its like in everything 1 bad apple will ruin the basket :)

This was the most wholesome thing I've seen on WoW. So good to see people enjoying WoW like back in the day. Enjoy the journey :).
The adventure with Hogrosh, and the mention of the legend himself Blorthog. So wholesome, never stop making these man!
The names kind of match even. 😭🌷
Didnt he get the Hero title in Pandaria when he helped defeat Garrosh in SoO?
@@maksymy.7348 damn, you definitely know more than me 😂
@@heavymetalboi Yep! You find him chained to the tree just outside the entrance of the Cleft of Shadows in that raid and you can free him to have him help. He's linked to an achievement that gives you a toy (Gamons braid) that allows you to change your character into him with a war stomp and a war cry of "Gamon, will save you."
Butch. You're the most adorable noob ever ❤️ 😂
It's so refreshing to see somebody playing a game just the way he wants to without following this grind mindest. So relaxing, Love your wow videos.
the cat lady giving you 10k and bags was absolutely heart warming wow
the amount of secondhand joy I got from you flying for the first is so high I can't even explain..
Omg it was so good. The fact he took him up the ramp to the ledge and leap off added to the whole occasion beatiful
@@CorneliusJonesMD It felt like a very special moment that's for sure.
@@TRGoldjkp Big shout out to the man Hogrosh, he nailed 😂
Well said, mate. Well said.
"It's kinda like the shire in Star Wars, where Frodo and Simon are from" I lost it when you said that 🤣
Yeah, me too. Giggled for quite a while.
I couldn't tell if it was a great joke or a slip of the tongue.
@@TheBaldr I'm not sure either, but hell was it funny
Its fun to see someone making Wow as his own singelplayer game with quest and stories:D
The Irony of him declining a 50% durability loss, to completely destroy his gear 100%, in an endless death loop... Love it :D
yes, this section had me laughing out loud - a lot! brilliant.
The editing, narration, and music, phenomenal. Its great to see someone enjoying the little things. If I was cat lady, I would keep those flowers forever.
This video is just as good or EVEN better than the last. Dude, you're journeys in WoW are EPIC
This video is making me feel nostalgic to when I started playing wow over 10 years ago
What an epic adventure! I hope you continue playing and letting us oldtimers relive the magic of experiencing WoW for the first time through your videos and livestreams.
Soooo... about that portal from Orgrimmar directly to Twilight Highlands.🤣. Good video mate.
Journey before destination
longtime wow player here, this is how I played the game when I was younger and new at the game, really cool seeing you going through the same wonders I went through.
Hey dude if I get back in and play it will you? :) I started w/ Classic WOW and haven't played since BC.
That priest who waited for you at the sea to heal you... ❤ 37:20
Is it a night elf?
@Valleystick No, only Horde faction can heal other Horde. It would be a Blood Elf or Nightborne if Elven.
The way you presented the story filled my soul in ways I cannot explain. the memories you brought back , that feeling of meeting new friends. I thank you for giving me that love and hope for the game i loved for so many years.
This guy gets it. This is how you enjoy WoW.
There’s a reason that dam is broken and why the loch is drained - a very big dragon, the tauren with presence you mentioned’s anscestor
Butch, seein you being excited and enjoyin the adventure on a game that alot of us love, i cannot thank you enough, you have not just inspired me, but made me remember of the old days. where we could wander anywhere we wanted, and just enjoyin the gameplay. i hope you'll continue to make more videos, and continue to enjoy wow, together with everyone else and i hope you can find some great people out there who you can call friends. i wish you the very best. stay safe
Sincerly Mydrieth - old wow player!
I thought Rav's video series was the best new player content in years... Now you have this gold star material. Well done!!
Thank you for this comment. Now I will watch Rav’s videos!
Once again man, I think you did an awesome job. I will keep looking forward to these videos, if you'll keep making them!
That mount bit was bar the funniest i've seen in a while. Props to the dude for going up the ramp and jumping off the edge, he nailed it.
Thx for the great content, bring´s back old memories and the feeling of the old days, when everything was new and exciting.
Don’t listen to this guy ^^^^ classic is ass while current wow is better than ever
@@Warmongeringgladiatorfoxyglint i didnt say it was better, it would be interesting to see him experience the OG version to see how he reacts to it and give us his honest opinion on both
@@Warmongeringgladiatorfoxyglint maybe even SoD for the next season
As someone who played wow when i was younger and started fresh again recently I find your videos so interesting and fun to watch. I went in the opposite direction using my boost, levelling other characters through dungeons spam and mainly playing the endgame. Its fun to see someone just spend their time exploring and doing things 99% of the modern playerbase would probably never think to do. Gg's to you and I hope you carry on with your wow journey, reach endgame and do some dungeons/raiding! :)
Brother keep this wow adventure up! I wanna see you reach 80!
Watched your first and this one! And man they're so joyful to watch!
never stop playing wow
I'm not gonna lie I teared up a little at the end there lol I'm so glad you found some kind people to help you! The playerbase can be a bit mean sometimes (well, more in high level group content), so when you started playing I was a bit afraid for you but clearly you're doing perfectly fine. Excited to see more of your journey in the game!
A second WoW video? A sub has been earned.
Wow can be a toxic community, but when it is good, it can be truly epic. Props to Hogrosh.
WOW! These two videos have been amazing! The way you made the most out of the free trial and made your own adventures! It was epic and made me miss WOW so much!!
I've been playing wow since vanilla. It was so nice to watch someone have that sense of wonder I had as a 15 year old 20 years ago. Incredible video.
AND AND LIKED AND SUBSCRIBED
Your videos have been something most amazing I have ever watched.. Man.. Your journey has just begun!
I NEEED more. This is my new favorite content. And I watch RUclips for hours a day. Absolute gold! ❤️
So happy youve made another WoW vid. Your attitude is tops mate 💛🤘
IM SO EXCITED FOR EPISODE 2 BABBBYYYYY getting my popcorn
This is some incredible content that really takes me back to my early days of playing. I love that you're exploring in game rather than googling everything. I hope you continue your journeys for us!
These videos make me feel like I am playing for the first time, the joy of seeing random things, not knowing where and what to do.. As a long time player it's really really refreshing!
This is the best World of Warcraft video I've seen in a long time!
I recently saw part one and didn't expect a second part to be released so soon.
Please don't stop playing wow.
What an incredible video. Thank you, Butch. I'm really, really looking forward to more World of Warcraft adventures.
I hope you keep finding joy in WoW for a while longer (and not just because that may lead to a part 3... and maybe 4... )
Amazing! ❤ Hope you will bring us along your journey all the way to lvl 80 in Dornogal!
It’s amazing to watch your excitement as you discover all the little things across Azeroth.
omg - the moment where you spot gamon for the first time and say "what makes him the hero" - there is so much depth to this question you have no idea haha. great video keep them coming :)
ok - you've just topped this when you looked at a worg and said "lions" haha
killing it my dude! if you enjoy the world this much and the interactions with people, you’d love classic wow even more tbh. it’s def more old school but the community is much grander over there. cheers mate! -Btizzy
That was actually a really fun watch and great narrating.
so exicted to watch this, man. you dropped the first one around the same time i started playing, truly awesome getting to experience it for the first time and kinda feels like i am on this journey with you. be cool to see you in game some time !
From the seas of subnatica to the skys of azeroth I'm so proud
Oh yes, I loved the first one now we have another. Love seeing new player play wow.
Its really enetrataining to see a person playing wow as a normal rpg. Reminds me of a time when I played wow for the first time myself.
Just stumbled over this video and it's been a great freaking watch so far. The joy, the raw emotion, the music, everything! Welcome to WoW my friend
Nothing like seeing something you know and often take for granted through fresh eyes to remember the excitement and grandeur you can get in WoW. Loved these vids.
Your videos are amazing, man. Thank you so much for playing this game 🛐
Was and always will be (certain expansions exempt) in my heart, the greatest game ever made
