- Having seen recommendations on social media groups and forums for people to buy flag pole to be used as gutter cleaning poles, I wanted to demonstrate the many noticeable differences between the two sets, showing why flag poles are not a beneficial choice for your business.
Hopefully by watching this video, it will deter you from purchasing something that is not fit for the suggested purpose and could potentially cause you physical injuries as well as wasted time on site.

Hi again I'm just set up my business and have bought a flag pole and all the necessary claps and fittings all in it came to £124 so it maybe a bit heavier but it's what I canafford at the moment but I would like a set of gvs poles hopefully in the future good video thanks for your reply

My flag poles work absolutely fine. Have done for 2 years. Yes slightly heavy but hardly a workout
Also that pointing wouldn't get sucked up and get stuck in the pipe due to the reduction so would at worse only have to take end peace off.
Price is a massive factor
Wd40 on the flagpoles works a treat for them to go together and come apart

I admire the video... however a guy like me only just starting out my business.. getting a lot of people asking me for gutter cleans.. i cant afford 600+ off the bat for a setup that's branded (unless your willing to send me a kit for free) however I'm debating the Flag pole option as I know I can get the full setup for around 200 pounds. i guess it will do for now until I can have the spare cash to buy something better later on.
If you’re on domestics as a start up, consider a system with a 28ft reach. That will allow you to clear residential gutters and have the reach for over conservatories. You can always build with additional poles later for commercials. If you need advice on a set up or looking to start smaller with a single motor compact machine, consider the Panther. You can use any of the 51mm poles with all of our cyclonics should you then later decided to move onto a triple motor machine with the poles and then add for height..

@@guttervacuumsystemsltd4091 the thing is I'm not saying I don't want to go for a branded kit.. just at the moment I cant afford one even though I've been asked by so many people to do the work.. i have experience in this as I've done it for a company in the past.. however I'm running my own show now.. as a sole trader and doing it by myself.. id love to finance one but my credit rating is that bad I cant get anything.. and that's literate.. so for me.. I'm having to go down the flag pole route for now. with a basic wet n dry budget vac from screwfix.. window cleaning and gutter cleaning etc is not new to me.. but I've been driving HGVs for a few years and its been a bloody tough year and worked solid 15 hour days for little to no pay.. having to do this to make a better living is better in the long run.. but right now I can not afford much.. entering competitions everywhere but no luck... just the way of life I'm afraid.

About to buy a system off your website but only red top ones are available .. is this just an upgrade from the green top , whats the difference ?
blueberrynoon hi sorry I’ve only just seen this. It’s the only one we can get at the moment. We’re having some supply issues, the red top machine is a very powerful machine it’s got slightly more power than the green top, it’s a very similar machine made by the same company.

With our many years experience of clearing gutters by all methods, we have developed our aerospace aluminium gutter vacuum poles to be not only the lightest on the market at 500g per section but fully fit for purpose for our domestic, commercial and industrial use customers.
We also include our quick release clamps to prevent unfortunate accidents on site. Our 135 degree neck, nozzle securing clamp and three gutter clearing attachments and hose cuff if required depending on the hose used.
This means our pole kits are fit for the intended purpose from 20ft to 40ft with additional poles for extra height reach desired.
